      We scheduled our vehicle pickup with Carvana over a week ago, making sure everything was in place for the assigned timeFriday between 5 PM and 8 PM. As it got close to 8 PM, we called to confirm, and the representative assured us the appointment was still active and that the pickup team should be on the ****** the time passed, no one showed up. The representative informed us there were no notes or updates and, shockingly, no way to contact the pickup team directly. All they could do was add a note in the system. Their system still showed everything was on track.This was the only day that both owners listed on the car title were available at the same time. We rearranged our entire day, canceled plans, and prepared everything in advance, only for nothing to happen.After waiting over an hour past the scheduled window, we finally received a generic text message stating the pickup team couldnt make itand we were now rescheduled for the following Monday at a completely random time. That is not acceptable. Friday was the only day that worked for us, and we had been planning this for nearly two weeks.This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. We were left in the dark, wasted hours of our day, and now have to start the process all over again. I would never recommend working with this company after this experience.

      This company tried to pull my credit an excessive number of times for someone who was NOT me , do not trust they use a thorough verification process . If I could leave No stars I would .

      ****** refused me sale of a vehicle indicating my proof of verified documents were falsified, I provided my ***** bank statements, pay stubs from my employer and previous tax documents retrieved from my IRS tax record. I submitted my my documents along with my payment and was advised my documents couldnt be verified via email, the company refused to give me a live person to connect with indicating they had done a 2nd review and would not be able to Saks me a vehicle ever. This was a huge disappointment as have worked tremendously hard to save and wait for a vehicle of my choice to pur*****, I have no idea what document couldnt be verified as all documents were from legitimate accounts that are solely mine. Caravan than advise that Id have to wait 15 days for refund if payment, Im overall concerned as to what the actual issue, and should have been given the right to prove that my documents are legitimately mine.

      Bought car 17th of May took to shop on the 22nd. Repair shop recommended rotors and pads. Denied pads. Car as of June 18 same issues and carvana and repair company ********** refuse to repair. Do not recommend as the 7 day window isn't enough time to know if the car has more issues than what is shared.

      This company routinely false advertises to its customers. I used them twice. The first time was great. Second time they sold me a lemon that I had to exchange and then pay $700 shipping fee. On top of that, the exchange was advertised with equipment that was not installed upon arrival and the wrong size truck bed. I contacted multiple times and gave them ample opportunities to make this right and they refused. I am unsure why this company is still in business at this point. Good idea in theory, but if you don't make the customer happy; you should be out of business already.

      My experience with Carvana has been an absolute nightmare and has shown how poorly this company runs. The car I purchased had to be transported from ******* and I paid $1990 for this and scheduled my drop off time/date. This continued to get pushed/rescheduled until almost a week later. I finally called and demanded the car be dropped off because I was moving my work schedule around and was able to get them to agree to a drop off that night. Turns out the car was sitting here locally for days just waiting to be cleaned and no one could be bothered to do it. I then get a notice that my drop off time had to be moved by 3 hours because the vehicle still hadn't been cleaned, resulting in the delivery driver having to do it himself. The car was not as clean as it should have been so I called to complain and was told I would be issued a refund. A few days later I received an email letting me know a refund of $1990 would be issued to my account. It has now been 4 months since I purchased my car and I received a call today stating that money was erroneously refunded and I needed to transfer the money back "immediately" over the phone or I am in violation of the contract I signed.

      First time dealing with Caravan , not a bad experience . The major problem is the finance company they use ( *********** ). It is a multilayered obstacle to deal with. You can't talk to a person, they don't respond to email and the only way to get a prompt response is by texting. When paying off the loan they take for ever to process the paperwork and basically tell you ( via text only ) they'll get to it when they feel like it. Unfortunately for Carvana , due to the frustration in dealing with Bridgecrest I will probably not buy Carvana again.

      My car came with damage on the driver side door which I had to go in and get fixed. When I moved out of state, I called Carvana and was redirected to my loan provider so I ended up listing them as the lien holder. Now Carvana is reaching out to me to correct it and list them instead. Theyre only willing to reach out after youve struggled and made a mistake and even then its through incredibly vague and non-descriptive emails that force you to call Bridgecrest (not Carvana) for clarification at every step. This is the worst customer service and handling of loan services Ive ever experienced. Next time Im going to an actual dealer who wont make my life h*** for trying to get a over priced used car

      Would have said a descent experience, but we discovered there is no spare tire. Tge 150 pt inspection said there is. Because we are outside the 7 day guarantee (i think I've had it 4 weeks maybe) they won't do anything and claim its not their responsibility to be sure it was there. Even though they said it was. Won't be a repeat customer and won't recommend.

      1st carvana just so a put together Lemon SUV I would definitely rate 0 stars. according to their website the car shows it wasn't in a accident but after the 7 days come to find out the car was indeed in a big accident. that the whole car was tamper with and put back together.all of the exterior and interior parts or coming out of place both fenders need to be replaced the front and rear bumper needs to be replaced there a DENT on the exhaust pipe. the tires were different name brands for each tire which has no rubber on the tires. the car also has a damage wheel bearing and the entire axle on the driver side has to be replaced which the total cost in repairs is over ****** dollars
