      ******** was a hoot!!! It was a little refreshing to get good customer service from her. She was very clear and concise, answered all the questions we had. Excited to see the savings roll in!!

      Would defiantly recommend. I agreed to take a look at solar after a young gentleman knocked on my door. I was skeptical at first but the consultant, ********, was very educational and took her time to break it all down for me. From what it looks like, I'm going to be saving a decent amount of money. I signed up in February, my panels have been installed for about 2 weeks and I just passed my inspection with OG&E and had my panels turned on. So far so good!

      Absolutely horrible company. I would never recommend Suntria to anybody. Their salesman ****, tricked my wife and I into signing a contract that only covers 62% of our electricity, then ghosted us when we had any questions regarding the process. If I could get rid of these panels and the loan from GoodLeap, I would 100%

      I'm really struggling with how this company has an A+ rating as it seems to make a mockery of the Better Business Bureau. Would a company that has been unable to set up panels up to code and to *** standards or even be operational prior to being charged by a Goodleap loan company for services receive an A+ rating? Should a company that does not return calls and texts for weeks on end to remedy these oversights even be operational. We were lied to by our solar sales rep on so many levels. From the beginning, I addressed concerns about the height and slope of or roof as well as the need for *** approval. I was told repeatedly these would not be issues. They were. Suntria was unable to put panels on the roof and they changed plans last minute to install them on the garage. They submitted two plans to *** that blatantly violated the conditions the *** expressed. I had to point it out because it had been overlooked by the team twice. The team often doesn't seem to know what it's doing or communicate well Recently, hey sent a manager from TX to remedy the situation. Since finally contacting me and checking out the home and saying he would help with the ***, the manager has read my request for updates and not responded for weeks. In three weeks my bill for a non working, non compliant solar panel system is due. How does that work from a business perspective? What does one do to remedy unacceptable business practices before more people get hurt by them?

      Thank you to *********************** as our salesman. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of throughout the sales and installation process. Thank you to the guys on the installation crew. They worked well together and completed the job in a timely and professional manner! Great overall experience!
