      I had my solar installed by Suntria in December 2023! Suntria went above and beyond with the entire process start to finish. We received great communication and expectations of what the process would look like. The project manager was amazing and communicative. When they came to install, the crew was quite professional and organized. As soon as they finished, they left the entire space cleaner than they found it. Our inspection passed first try and we got our system up and running within a couple weeks. Overall great experience with Suntria and very happy I chose to install solar through this company that takes care of their families!

      I dont put any stars, because the salesman is a liar , he told me that I will get 2 credits from the government after the panels one will be 30% from the value to the panels after the installation and the other after one year paying panels that will be 25% of the value to the property and that I will receive that money after I filled my taxes and I will be able to apply that money to the panels that way I dont have to pay the total amount for the credit, he also said that if for some reason the installation didnt pass the inspection the contract will be canceled without any penalty,

      I've been a customer for a little over a year now and there's been 2x now that my Solar monitoring hasn't been working. The first time the monitoring team did reach out, but that was 3 months after the fact. Come to find out I wasnt provided the cell kit during install, so I have to use my own personal Wi-Fi. This time I've had NO monitoring now for 5 months and NO call or email from Suntria. I've been trying to get past customer service to a manager or supervisor with NO luck. I want to be reimbursed like last time, but there's NO one who'll return my call, email or messages sent. Suntria is definitely quick to sign you up and take your money, but no existent when an issue arrises.

      I think suntria Isa **** they promise you alot of great thing one being the solar tax credit rebate you can use for your own bills to payoff debt and for home improvement which none of that was valid including they said we would get ****** for referring a friend or family member which still never seen that either me and my wife got a new house and before we got the solar we asked "if we either had to prepare our roof on our old house or got a new house would the panels be covered and warranted for free movement they said Yes which again was invalid so now I have these panels that are not useful to me and I'm not paying on something that Is no use to me and my family and felt like all this was a waist and a complete scam. Including we didn't sign any contracts they electronically signed them for us before we could ready the documents. So all this wad a fraud and away to s**** my life up so now wait and see what happens. Either get an attorney or do nothing

      If you considering Solar for your house, don't use Suntria. The sales rep from them ********************* out of ***** is the guy that talked me into using his company. I was convinced to roll another loan in to the solar loan, but then didn't get told how the first loan was going to be paid off, until after I'd signed for the solar loan. Also I was promised 3 months connected to solar before I would have to make the first payment on the solar loan. Instead of the banks paying each other, the money is supposed to be dispersed to sales rep and HE has to bring you a check. Sales rep lied about when Suntria got paid from the loan company saying the solar has to be completely installed and connected before Suntria gets paid. After Suntria gets paid and the solar is connected, instead of bringing me a check I got vague answers as to when he's going to bring me the check and when the money is supposed to be dispersed to him. He lied to me about what was causing delays in the project when delays occured as well. My solar was finally connected 5 months after the install. Now I have 2 loan payments and I am still waiting for the money to pay off the loan the sales rep added to my solar loan.

      Terrible communication, lack of empathy.The entire process has been a nightmare and a financial burden. Suntria installed our panels 7/5/23, but it took until 12/9/2023 for someone to come out to actually turn on the system, so we didn't receive any solar benefit for a solid 5 months ; I'm still paying full electric bills on top of paying for the solar panels. It is now 2/1/2024 and we've failed inspection 4 times, which gives me the impression Suntria does rushed jobs, neglecting adequate safety standards for proper installation. This company does not care for quality installation or care about their customers.On the date of installation, 7/5/2023, one of their service techs dropped paint and damaged my garage floor and wife's ************** I would have turned a blind eye on, but now it's just left a bad taste in my mouth and my wallet.On the 3rd inspection,12/8/2023, one of the techs for some reason tried climbing on top of my water heater and caused a short, leaving my family with cold water for 2 days, which Suntria tried to avoid accountability, until I made a big fuss for someone to come out, on 12/9, in which all they did was reconnect the burnt prongs back to the outlet of my water heater and turned the setting to make my water hotter; they didn't replace anything. On this day they finally turned on my solar panels, making it seem like they saved the day, but it was just something that the first time installers forgot to do on day one.After the 4th inspection, 1/5/2024,Suntria said they would have someone the following morning of 1/8/2024, but their techs came late in the evening, and had to shut off my power in the middle of the night, leaving my family in the dark during our dinner time. I tried calling the ****** Branch Manager, *******, to inform that I was upset with how this was coordinated, but never got a call back; just complete lack of empathy.

      I have had my system up and running since June 2023. Man did they have me fooled. Everything from the sales person to the install was top notch. I was very excited about saving some money and helping the power grid.However, I am out more money per month on average than I was before the system was installed.Summertime - Between the solar equipment bill and the power company bill to make up the difference, the monthly cost was the same as the previous summer with just the electric company.Wintertime - Between the solar equipment bill and the power company bill to make up the difference, the monthly cost is quite a bit more than previous ******* with only the electric company providing.I was told at the beginning of this process that solar would cover almost all of my summer energy and that in the winter I would be producing more than I used.THIS IS VERY FALSE INFORMATION!I have reached out to *********** to see if there is a problem with my equipment since it isn't doing what he said. He has basically just ghosted me and vanished.I totally regret doing this now and am stuck with it and the payment for the equipment for the next 19+ years.
