The whole process took about 2 months, which we were told initially by our sales rep. **** gave us updates through every step and answered any questions we had, we are excited to see the savings come in.

We had our solar panels from Suntria installed and working in March 2023, it worked and saved us two months of electrical bills, then we had a hail storm in June 2023 and that is when problems began. Suntria has been all smoke and mirrors when it comes to getting someone out to our house to even get an estimate of time and money of what it will take to fix our solar panel(s) damaged in the hail storm. It is now August 2023 and after repeated calls, we still have nothing.Suntria

1 starThis company is a through and through 1 star company. I wish I had done more research on this company before making my decision. Biggest red flag is that the installers are 3rd party. 2nd red flag communication is poor at best. 3rd red flag is the turn over rate, I spoke to several people and each time had to explain my issue. 4th red flag time line didn't even match up, they said 1-2 days installation, 7 days later work was done. 5th red flag damaged that was done by the installers was not fixed. 6th red flag the cooperate supplied no support and attempted to resolve my issue. 7th red flag the company still owes me $$.So much for "White glove treatment" I was told I would be getting.Review fromPhylis S

5 starsI love this company. I meet *************** who explained solar panels and the benefits. This was a easy transition. The install was great the team was courteous and professional. I not only had my one house done I had the panels installed on my second house as well. This has been a great experience. Thank You Suntria!!! .Review fromJames W

1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I kick myself in the a** for not checking reviews. The sales rep **************** was full of BS from the start. But I wanted the solar because I was tired of paying my electric bill. I was promised a $500 gift card which I never got. He told me they wouldn't have to change anything in my panel then weeks later I get a phone call from my electrical company saying their coming by to derate my panel. Installers also damaged my gutters and left a bunch of bolts and nuts in my gutters as well. A few days later after they were done I noticed a bracket holding 2 panels together was broken. First I contacted my sales rep and he texted me saying his guys would be by to fix it. This was the last text I got from him and his guys never showed up. Then I contacted the project manager told her the issue and she also said we'll send someone by to take care of that and nobody came. So now I'm contacting customer service and their telling me the same c*** It's been a month and can't get the bracket repaired. I feel like this is a safety concern and have told them that but they don't seem to care. I will be seeking legal help with this and will continue to pursue this. Bottom line is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Review fromJanet O

1 starWish I could give Suntria no stars. Had the system installed in June 2022, activated in July 2022. About 75% we're producing ok, when I contacted them they said some panels may produce less every now and then. Then June 2023, 33% quit producing. Finally after emailing, calling they sent a subcontractor out, he found a box with burnt up connectors, surprised it didn't blow the whole system. He also told me that the mapping of our system was horrible and needed attention, but he doubted Suntria could be accountable enough to do it. Now our system is 50% down and after 15 emails NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US TO REPAIR, but I'm still making payments for the system and paying electric bills, ????????????DO NOT BUY SUNTRIA SYSTEM. wish I could upload pictures of the damaged box and burnt connectors!!!Review fromAngela W

1 starThey prey on the elderly! This company is such a scam. They came to my 83-year-old dads house to sell him solar panels that he didnt even need. He said he didnt know how to sign a contract electronically so they came inside took him to his office made him open his computer and sign the digital contract! This company is so stupid if they think an 83-year-old man is going to fulfill a 25 year loan, SMH. Stop hunting the innocent, you pigs!Review fromRee P

1 starThese salespeople went door to door in my neighborhood. The rep got nasty and with a menacing attitude with me when I told him I wasn't interested. He went on and on to try to engage me in an argument after repeatedly telling him No Thank you, I told him that he at this point was harassing me on MY PROPERTY and I told him I have a NO soliciting sign but he continued to argue. Also, he started lying to me about the "government" and trying to instill fear and present himself as if he was "educating me" and not selling me something which he was. ACT PROFESSIONAL, this is harassment, if someone says NO THANK you, MOVE ON! DOn't stand there and argue with me, he was lucky I did not call the cops! Then a third guy comes by to "find out" what happened and continued the harassment! I am very close to the mayor and PO in my area and they are being reported. This is NOT the first time, this is the second wave of these guys using the "I am not here to sell you something but to talk about your meter" You are not my energy company so need to talk about my meter. I would not buy anything from this company on these actions alone.
