      My son had an urgent care visit last June. He has insurance through my employer and ******** for a disability. Nextcare billed my health insurance but did not bill ******** and every time I call give me a different answer as to why, each of which is factual wrong or an out right lie. When I call, i get various excuses and told misinformation, such as they are waiting for ******** to contact them with information to submit the claim even though I facilitated a three way call between Nextcare, ********, and me and the Nextcare rep said they had all the information they needed for the claim. It seems Nextcare is willing to take advantage of those with disabilities by not billing correctly, or fixing the issue the first, second, or third time it arises. Money is the obvious bottomline as my out pocket through personal health insurance is more than ******** will pay on this claim.

      I had an urgent care visit at the **************** clinic in March 2023. Because I had recently retired and had insurance through COBRA and my insurance card had not been reactivated, they charged me $535, which I paid via credit card at the time of the visit. I submitted the claim to my insurance company, who then also paid Nextcare. Nextcare acknowledges that they owe me a refund of $535 but refuse to pay me. I have called multiple times and each time I am told that yes I'm owed the refund but no action has been taken. At this point I have no recourse but to file a complaint with the ************************* for insurance fraud.

      My husband got turned away at the Nextcare on Willow ***** in *********** 12/27, that was at 11am! He had also scheduled a 9:45am virtual visit and no one called him back so he drove 30 minutes into town to get in.

      This complaint is for the next Care urgent Care on *****, ******************************************************************* They don't have an address to choose for this location for some reason!I came to check in my daughter here at NextCare urgent Care on Unser we sat here for about two almost three hours as we're waiting for the doctor to come in my husband calls to let me know that he has to drop my two year old off because he has to now go to work as I'm on the phone with my husband mind you the doctor is not even in the room yet and we've been waiting 2 hours he tells me he's going to bring me my son, the doctor decides to walk in mid conversation gave me a dirty look rolled her eyes and tells us that she cant help us because we're on the phone and slams the door. Then I proceed to hang the phone up and walk out the room and explain to her that I'm off the phone but the way she acted was poorly uncalled for then she began to tell me that she's not going to work with us or give us the test results and we needed to leave mind you we sat there for 2 hours my 4-year-old daughter is still sick I was late to work and told that I am immature because I answered the phone to my husband so I could be updated of my little baby boys whereabouts. This visit was sad for most of the visits I've had it's ridiculous how people treat kids these days ???????. The names of the lady's are *********************, *******, and ******* these lady's are ridiculous ??.

      Very bad!Avoid going to Nextcare as much you can!Hidden charge without notification until a billing statement sent to your doorstep; a simple blood sugar test fingerstick asking for $29.00 that you can buy from Amazon.com about $30.00 for 100 pieces, plus the other necessary devices to test and monitor the blood sugar yourself. Should just give NO-STAR but the system wants to select ONE at least - what a shame!Avoid them!

      I went on October 15 for a sore throat. A week prior, I went to my normal clinic for the same sore throat and got antibiotics that helped A LOT but run out. So I went to this clinic to get a new prescription of antibiotics, because my normal clinic was closed.I waited 20 min in the office to then be told that Im doing a virtual visit on my phone. The virtual visit itself was not more than **************************************** Never prescribed anything, didnt ask me anything about my symptoms, no advice on how to manage my pain, just said I should be tested for strep, even tho I said I had a negative test one week ago. The whole visit was 30 minutes of absolutely nothing, I would have learned more from a ****** search.I was in a lot of pain and thought if I was tested, I could get my antibiotics prescription. One week later, I never received a call with my test results, but did receive a $300 bill for a 45 minute consultation with the doctor? On top of a $82 bill for the strep test? This business offers NO CARE WHATSOEVER. You are paying for them to listen to your health issue then just send you back out again.

      I am being billed for a visit my adult son made. Cannot get a live person on any billing lines. How can they bill a non involved 3rd party for medical care?

      This place is a joke! You cant ever get a hold of a person! If you have a billing question they say they dont have a "lead" to help you even tho you have been waiting 45 plus minutes to talk to someone! I Will NEVER GO BACK TO NEXTCARE AGAIN! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't give this place your money there is better medical places ran than this one!

      I called NextCare's number to see if they could do a hip x-ray. I waited fifteen minutes to get a ***. The *** I talked to gave me a location but said that they may not be able to get all the necessary views. I told my girlfriend, she made an appointment. She just told me that they could not do any of the views. Now, not only did she have to pay for the visit, but she has to find another place to get a hip x-ray.

      Worst place ever. I waited 2 hours to see someone. They prescribed meds but when I got to the drug store( and I gave them an hour before going) the drug store said they didnt receive it. I called nextcare and waited on hold so long that I drove all the way back over still on hold the entire time.when I got back to nextcare, They said they sent it when I was there hours ago, so thinking this is the drug stores fault I go back to the drug store. No! The drug store still had not received my prescription. Frustrated and not feeling well, I went home and tried to call nextcare only to be on hold so long I gave up and drove back to nextcare. Now my 3rd time there in one day. I could hear them talking in the back room and could tell the person who sent the prescription did it wrong and it never was sent. They finally gave me an old fashioned paper written prescription. The pharmacy was so nice and rushed my prescription through in a few minutes. Dont go to nextcare. They also have a five foot sign in their office that says they dont tolerate aggressive behavior, verbal abuse. Lol I can see why. Life is a test! Yesterday my patience was definitely increased. I pray I treated people the way I would want to be treated when I mess up. But that doesnt mean Id go back there again,
