      I would never recommend drive time to anyone. Their customer service was poor. I bought a vehicle and less than 24 hours had to replace the headlight bulb on it. Dealership refused to do anything to help me. All they said was to contact SilverRock. Never ever do business with drive time. I have bought many vehicles and this was by far the worst experience ever. I am only keeping the vehicle because I cant get approved anywhere else. If I could give a lower rating I would.

We regret to hear of any mechanical concerns our customer has experienced and the frustrations this caused. Please know that we make every effort to prevent mechanical malfunctions by inspecting each of our vehicles before transporting them to our sales lots. However, since our vehicles are pre-owned, we are unable to predict exactly if or when these issues may arise. For this reason, we provide a 30-day, 1,500-mile warranty and offer our customers the option to purchase an additional protection plan. It is important for our customers to know that if the repairs needed on the vehicle are determined to be non-covered components, they would be considered the customers cost of ownership. In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). That said, we apologize once more for our customer's dissatisfaction with our **********************.       Do not waste your time going to drive time the choose your down payment choose your monthly payment is just.a bait and switch unless u have fair to good credit and make 3100 a month then they will make u believe that they going to get u into a car and go thru all the ******** they do and then send u on your way they wanted me to put down ****** dollars on a ****** dollar car that the ***** blue book the car is only worth 6000 I told ***** ****** I had 400 I can do today and I do another 450 august 1 plus I could put down 300 in three weeks they wanted my son to come from ********** and co sign so his income from being a EMT and my SSI the down payment would be 6000 don't buy anything from this company they bait and switch which is illegal and my daughter who is a paralegal and works for a great attorney office her boss is having her get the information he needs to sue drive time for discrimination
