      I am so upset right now. I have had my vehicle less then six months and has become a money pit. The sales lady that sold it to us said that you all go through it with a fine tooth comb and is in good work order Their 30 warranty was a joke. No one wanted to touch it. First my transmission was jolting coming of a dead stop. I took it in for a regular oil change two months after buying it. I had them do a transmission flush. I am glad I did. The fluid that my mechanic drained out of it was black not pink like it is supposed to be. A basic thing thier mechanics should of done for both oil change and transmission flush before selling it. That costed me $210 for for both oil change and transmission flush. Secondly a week one or both of my manifolds have gone out. I have a appointment tomorrow to have that problem fixed. Not yet sure how much it is going to cost. Thirdly I am not getting a message on my dash something about my steering assisted something might be going. And who knows what is wrong with that. So now I am frustrated to the point of driving back to your *********, ********* store and demand my as of the 3rd my three months payments back plus my down payment. I understand these are used vehicles you sell, but even your name brand dealerships make sure their used inventory is in good working order. And give better warranties then you all do. I will not recommend DriveTime to anyone. The only reason we went is because we needed a vehicle.

      The worker there blew out my speakers after I paid for the car. I did the test drive and they were fine. He drove the car up to the pick up spot with the music blaring and I noticed the speakers were blown on the way home. His name was *****. He was very nice in the buying process but just such a bummer with the speakers.

      Me and my family came in after getting denied other places and told we had to pay an obscene amount. Came to drive time and worked with ****** at the ********* location. He informed us this was the last stop and we were leaving with a car. We were approved and got a third row vehicle as we were looking for. We got a third row and with under ****** miles. God is so good. I thank drive time for giving us a chance and allowing for us to get a car for our family of 6. Will refer others and also will be doing business again when the time comes.

Im grateful for their hard work, dedication, knowledge, and patience. They made me feel welcomed and immediately met my needs! Again, Im very Grateful!!!       Have always been afraid to buy a car by myself as a female. But working with DriveTime was one of the best decisions I made when buying my car. They made the process super simple and were never pushy. They informed me about all of my decisions and made the experience very easy and welcoming.

      On Monday June 9, 2025 I purchased a used vehicle from DriveTime Auto in *************Upon arrival I experienced the worst customer service experience ever especially from these car sales men identified as ***** and Max".These individuals are incompetent especially when comes to customers asking questions about the car history.I received several phone calls from Max and **** constantly harassing me about the vehicle wasn't smog, DriveTime failed to do to get it smoke when they sold it in the first placed.

      Saw the car on the website, went in the next day, reserved it and bought it two days later! Has been great so far with no difficulties or complaints.
