      I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Journey and have had to put $1600 in repairs in 2-3 months of owning the vehicle. Main issue was an oil leak which was not covered by the warranty (valve cover needed to be replaced). The oil was causing the serpentine belt to break (3 times before pep boys figured out that I had a leak). Drivetime stated that I had to own the vehicle for a year to trade it in and since I had it for more then 30 days I had to pay out of pocket for everything the gap coverage did not cover. I do not think its fair that I had to pay for that and also that I couldnt return the car for a different one. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will no longer be purchasing vehicles from them.

      Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to address them. We deeply apologize for any mechanical concerns our customer may be experiencing with their vehicle and for any inconvenience this caused. We want to assure our customers that all our pre-owned vehicles are inspected before transporting them to the sales lots in an effort to prevent mechanical issues. Should something occur after the vehicle leaves the lot, every vehicle comes with a 30-day/1,500-mile Limited Warranty for mechanical failures. We also have an optional *************** Contract (VSC) to assist in most situations there-after. It is important to know that if the repairs needed on the vehicle are determined to be non-covered components, they would be considered the customer's cost of ownership. In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). With that said, we are sorry if this negatively impacted our customer's impression of our **********************. Should our customer wish to discuss their experience further, they may contact our Customer Relations team at **************, and a representative will be glad to assist.

      I highly recommend DriveTime. It was fast and smooth. My salesperson ****** was terrific, not like the stereotypical car salesman, he was attentive, patient, and not bad on the eyes either. I will recommend DriveTime to my friends and family. Thank you DriveTime..I love my car.

      Was helped as soon as I arrived. I had a few cars in mind and they were very helpful talking me through all my different options. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. Was able to get a monthly payment that worked for me.
