      I purchase my vehicle two months ago and not even a full month in it needed a whole engine swap which the warranty company is just trash Over $4000 in repairs and I have to pay $2300 out of my pocket. I have been without my truck for a month and some days so two months of dealing with the headache worst experience Ive ever had to encounter. And then they want to talk about only reimbursement of $300 that will only cover like 3 to 4 days of a rental and its been a month and days without my vehicle this has cost me so much money. I would never ever recommend anyone to drive time hands-down worst experience ever!!!

      Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to address them. We deeply apologize for any mechanical concerns our customer may be experiencing with their vehicle and for any inconvenience this caused. We want to assure our customers that all our pre-owned vehicles are inspected before transporting them to the sales lots in an effort to prevent mechanical issues. With them being pre-owned we are unable to determine if or when mechanical concerns may arise. For this reason, every vehicle comes with a 30-day/1,500-mile Limited Warranty for mechanical failures. We also have an optional *************** Contract (VSC) to assist in most situations there-after. As you mentioned in your review, the coverages we offer include Rental Reimbursement for every 8 hours of labor at a daily rate of up to $30/day up to $300 per breakdown on Covered Components. It is important to know that if the repairs needed on the vehicle are determined to be non-covered components, they would be considered the customers cost of ownership. With that said, we are sorry if this negatively impacted our customer's impression of our **********************. Should our customer wish to discuss their experience further, they may contact our Customer Relations team at **************, and a representative will be glad to assist.

      The car buying experience was absolutely great with the dealership I dealt with. Some of the other Drivetime were not as friendly or helpful. My overall experience though was great other than paying way to much for the cars, it was good.

      I am not Happy Customer !!!I have purchase over 10 cars in my lifetime I never experience what I am about to share with you today.First week of purchasing the *** 2015 the Engine Light comes on. Couldn't drive the car normal because of the 30 Day ***** Mile Warranty.Call Silver Rock Warranty was given a list of Auto Repair Shops to reach out to.The Mobile Mechanic advised me to have *** ********** look at the car. Was advised by *** ********** my car needs a engine.Drive Time Warranty Company Silver Rock replace the engine Picked the car up from *** a few weeks later with a used engine replacement. Drove the car for one week call *** advised them the car is driving slow sometimes.Set up a appointment with *** ********** to checkout the car was advised by *** ********** I need a another engine.This will be the 3rd Engine in 2 in Two Months !!I haven't driven the car for a complete 2 Months !!! I also reach out to Drive Time Customer Relation Team Member the agent advised me to reach out to a Family member and ASK THEM COULD I USE THERE CAR !!! My Expense have been Car Rentals , Personal Time Loss from my Job, I driving a U Haul now due to shortage of cars rentals here in ************.Not Happy Customer !!! 3rd Engine in Two Months !!!

We regret to hear of any mechanical concerns our customer has experienced and the frustrations this caused. Please know that we make every effort to prevent mechanical malfunctions by inspecting each of our vehicles before transporting them to our sales lots. However, since our vehicles are pre-owned, we are unable to predict exactly if or when these issues may arise. To alleviate the potential impact on our customers, each of our vehicles includes the initial 30-day/1500-mile Limited Warranty, as well as the *************** Contract as an optional add-on. The coverages offered include Rental Reimbursement for every 8 hours of labor at a daily rate of up to $29.99/day for Covered Components, with a maximum of $300/00. Any time a customer may be experiencing a mechanical issue after purchase we would encourage them to contact the warranty provider, SilverRock, for the next steps aimed to resolve our customer's concerns. In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchases. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). That said, we apologize once more for our customer's dissatisfaction with our **********************.       **** at the Altamere location went above and beyond to get me a great deal and was very patient as I was shopping and test driving vehicles Definitely a ?????????? store very friendly and professional sales team thanks !!

      Sales staff was good, very professional and helpful. Only issue I had was the car was not cleaned properly. Trash, peanuts and gum wrappers under and in the crevices of the seats. Windows dirty etc... All cosmetic. Car is fine and in great shape mechanically. Only complaint is the clean up and prep of car was not up to par. Not being ****** picky, I worked in a major dealership in high school and college as a detail/clean up tech so I know how vehicles should be prepped for retail sales.
