      Purchased Oct. 7 Totalled spent is ****** Purchased a customized controller for gaming. When I first received it the audio wasn't very good. I contacted them and they told me to return it so they could fix it. So I sent it back, when I got it back the audio was slightly better only. So I compared it to my old stock controller to see if it was the same. Sadly my old one was better so I tried emailing them a few times and have not gotten any responses back besides that they have received the email only. I then try to schedule a call because that was the only way to talk to them on the phone.

      Having been born with cerebral palsy, I am unable to use both hands effectively and equally with controllers when playing video games. I contacted EVILCONTROLLERS.COM ************ and after discussing my specific needs, I was advised to purchase a controller for $143.90 on June 7, 2022 (order #**********). Upon using the controller, it was evident that additional tweaks needed to occur with the controller. Here are the issues with the controller: (1) smaller than average sized when compared to other controllers, (2) cheaply manufactured, (3) the buttons on right backside of the controller that were supposed to be the 'accessibility', meaning applications made to help me be able to play, were flimsy and spaced too closely. I sent an email to EVILCONTROLLERS.COM on August 1, 2022 explaining the situation. '*****' replied on the same day stating, "We cannot change the size of the paddle on the back, but we can move it up if you would like so it is in a more comfortable position." I was told that the company would look into my requests with their techs and get back to me. After that, I asked what the charges would be for making adjustments, in addition to returning controller. Since early August of this year, I have tried to make several 'scheduled phone calls', through email, which is company policy. It is now Tuesday, August 30, 2022, and I have never been contacted. Also, my credit card was charged $54.94 on July 29, 2022. I have yet to hear back from the company. I have read many reviews from other people who have ordered from EVILCONTROLLERS.COM, who are experiencing the same (poor) service. I could appreciate if the company is busy, but not to communicate back to customers, particularly, those of us who have made purchases, is poor form.

      We do apologize, for the delay. The warehouse had a Covid outbreak and playing catch up had put us very behind with multiple team members being out. We have refunded your entire order.
