My name is ***************, President of **** Ministries. I have been attempting to get access to the go daddy account for timeministries.org for over a month now. I have experienced nothing but road blocks. I can appreciate the protections you have set up for the account, however I have proved with no exceptions that the company I work for **** Ministries owns the account and I am its President. I have set every none ID to your staff with no avail. We use Go Daddy for the **** Missions the *** of **** Ministries. We access that account. However you will not release the **** Ministries account.I Have tried to recover access to my account for timeministries.org. I have complied with the proof, I am president of the nonprofit in all ways! TWICE! But still they will not release the web site access that my company **** has paid for since ****. They keep telling me the original email address must be used. I cannot find **** as he had not worked with **** since ****. **** Credit Cards pays for the service, I have proved my position with **** sent the original 501 c papers of the corporation. But still I am held out. At this time I am considering not paying the bill and allow the site to go dormant and change from using your service to another. Your people have no reason to withhold the access other than they lack reasoning skills and obviously they cant think on their own and get my request taken care of for me. I am completely upset and will spread the word about go daddys lack of service to consider my request. This is completely unprofessional and I will lodging a complaint to the appropriate agencies. The **** BBB, *******, FCC will be contacted if this issue is not resolved. I will also be on the internet complaining as much as I possible can. I tried being nice, it go me nowhere.GoDaddy.com LLC

The advertised price was $2.99 for the first year. When I selected the domain to check out it went to $11.99. Nowhere on the page with the advertised $2.99 did it state that there were any other requirements, nor did it state anything in the cart that there was a 2 year commitment. This is clearly a bait and switch. On chat '*********' stated that it was a browser cache issue. This is false. I am a web developer and deal with caching issues all the time. I cleared all cache/cookies and local stored and the price was still showing the same. I offered to send a screenshot, but '*********' didn't care to see it. I will be moving all of my domains/hosting to a more trustworthy company. Get your domains elsewhere. GoDaddy has become too scammy.GoDaddy.com LLC

We thank you for sharing your candid feedback. GoDaddy provides promotional offers for new product purchases. These offers have an expiration date or other limitations, which can include the length of the term of purchase. If a valid promotion is applied and it meets all requirements, our cart adjusts the price accordingly. Beware with this site. My son registered two domain names and I found they added $9.99 to his renewal stating it's some sort of protection. It took two chats to finally get it resolved. The first person, *****, was highly unhelpful. ****** finally refunded me but not before stating an invoice number and saying the protection was on the initial registration. I looked it up and it was NOT. So lying and overcharging. I will keep an eye out for any more overcharges and hopefully find another domain provider soon,GoDaddy.com LLC

We thank you for sharing your candid feedback.Full Domain Privacy and Protection is a premium, add-on service that provides proxy contact details in a domain's WHOIS information and protects against the cancellation, expiration, or transfer of a domain name. Domain names that have this service cannot be canceled or transferred until the Full Domain Privacy and Protection is downgraded. The steps to downgrade this service can be found at: ********************************************************************************. GoDaddy suddenly blocked all of our purchased domains without notice in advance. Our main business websites are all down because of this action and till now, it hasn't been reviewed and reinstated even though we tried our best to submit all the documents and waited for their response which claimed to be ***** hours. BUT no response at all and it's been over 1 week. It's beyond tolerance and patience for anyone.GoDaddy.com LLC

Recently I received an email from GoDaddy explaining how to transition from their webspace email to ********* 365. As I followed the instructions, I suddenly was locked out of my account. I was told to submit an account recovery form, which I did on Dec 18th. It is now Jan 3rd and I have not been able to access my business emails during this period. I have no clue how much business I have lost and there seems to be no urgency from the account recovery team. I have called, texted, and messaged with customer service. They have been utterly worthless. At one point I received an email with this response - "As you requested, we have updated the email address for your account. You can retrieve your username and reset your password by visiting our login screen. Click "sign in" and follow the prompts." This was followed three minutes later by another email stating that they needed an additional document from me. I provided the information they requested immediately and this took place on Dec 22nd. I still don't have access to my business emails and now exactly every 72 hours I get this response - "Thank you for your online submission. We have not yet reviewed your request, but we will be getting in touch with you soon. Once your reply has been reviewed, well let you know if we need anything else or if youre good to go." This is a completely unacceptable canned response. Waiting two weeks is not soon and I'm tired of being strung along. To say I'm apoplectic with rage would be an understatement. I've jumped through all the hoops and followed all the instructions and I'm nowhere. I'm losing business by the day and the anxiety is too much. I've been a customer for ten years and am renewed through ****, but I can't see myself as a customer in the future. There just seems to be a disconnect. I am not asking for a favor, but I am a paying customer who is not getting the service they have paid for.GoDaddy.com LLC

I agree with the complaints below. THey offer help, don't fulfill it or give you something else. Then you write or call back and it's a 90 min process at minimum. Their refund policy is a joke. You supposedly can get a credit back to your bank card but then they said they couldn't do it, would send a check. Then issued a store credit which I can't use and then refused to issue a bank credit again. Hopefully by week 4 I can get my refund which is creating a financial hardship for me. They don't care. Went through a similar process trying to get my domain name released. Went 3 days without email ** they wouldn't release it. They dont' care. Even on this site they paste a generic response about them trying to provide good service. Total indifference.GoDaddy.com LLC

Constantly scammed. Every step of the way in creating our site they broke things or infected it with malware intentionally to get us to pay more. Should have been simple, secure hosting with SSL certificate included. But, instead we had to pay for extra email services, SSL installation, higher security. They clearly have a plan on how to make sure that every part of starting your website is a nightmare so they make more money.GoDaddy.com LLC
