    The appointment and arrival of technician was accomplished very quickly. The technician, ****** was very inquisitive about my concerns. He diagnosed the problem and quickly made the necessary adjustments while he answered every question I had about the situation. Then, later the same day I discovered an unrelated electrical problem for which he returned the next morning to then fix the second concern. In both experiences ***** was very efficient, thorough, and willing to explain to me what he was doing and why . . . which I very much appreciated!Thank you for a job well done. *******

    In my opinion, this is a company that takes unfair advantage of retired, single women who have sustained a catastrophic weather event with resulting damage. My A/C unit was damaged in a hail storm. I called Rite Way and they came out and gave me an estimate of $3900.00 to repair the unit. I submitted the written estimate to my insurance company and while I thought it high, they approved it. Repairs were made but since the unit is on the roof, there was no way I could observe what was done or how. After he repaired the unit, he handed me a bill for $3900.00 with an additional charge of $19.99. I assumed it was a one-time charge related to the repairs. I was wrong. He wanted a check for the repairs but I had to give him a debit card or credit card for the other as it is an ongoing monthly charge for prepaid services. I never asked for this service or agreed to participate and told him I did not want it. He said the only choices I had were to pay the monthly fee or the cost of repairs would be over $7500.00 and not the $3900.00 on the estimate. The paperwork showed this service but there was no physical paper work to read only a small hand held computer where you signed re the work. I would never allow anyone near my debit card and thought it inappropriate that he requested it. I put the charge on the credit card since he refused to take a check for it. They billed my card. The following week they billed it a second time for the same amount. I had the credit card company remove the second charge. For the next 11 months I had to pay this outfit for services I would never use. There is no way I would trust them to evaluate my units, touch the units, or make any repairs. While they give you one amount to get the repairs approved, they come up with a higher amount if you dont agree to their yearly service contract. This company will never set foot on my property again. The money paid to them was a loss. Would never recommend this outfit.

    Your representative **************** was fantastic. Contacted me three times by email, cell phone and landline to let me know he was on his way, this alone sets him apart, how often does a repairman do this, Never. He diagnosed my electrical system and procures necessary parts, to fix my electrical system. A real professional, insured my system was fixed and explained all his work. Fixed my system the Rite Way, thank you.

    My HVAC broke down on late Friday afternoon, and Rite Way still incredibly sent out ***** within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and kind recognizing my need for a new unit, he immediately notified *******, who arrived 45 minutes later to educate me on my options for a new HVAC. No pressure. He was still setting up my service at 7:30pm and rather than complain about the long day, he focused on what my needs were and that we matched that with the best option. He was conscientious and responsive in his follow-up the next day and again on Monday, making sure the plans were carried out to my satisfaction. Monday morning ***** and his co-worker arrived and spent a full 10 hours making sure everything was updated, corrected and replaced. Everyone was kind, professional, well-trained and prioritized the quality of their work and customer relations. I am impressed with Rite way! I shared my experience with my friends and they already knew about their reputation of great service and quality.

    I called Rite Way around 1:30 pm on July 24th after my AC stopped working, it had a hard lockout/shutdown and wouldnt run at all. It has been 111 degrees and my husband is on oxygen. I explained his condition and they had a technician at my house by 5:30 that same day. ************ was our technician. He had several issues that he had to diagnose and fix. He stayed until 8:00pm and made sure that he got us up and running again. He was so focused on getting it fixed for us. He and his supervisor had to do a bypass to get the unit to work for the night until they could get parts from the manufacturer. The next morning they called first thing and said they would pick up the parts and come out and and replace them, which they did. I have had several interactions with this company and they have all been extremely positive. They are not the cheapest and they are not the most expensive but they stand behind their products and their work. They are very customer focused and I will continue to use them and highly recommend them. I am so appreciative that they helped us so quickly and a special thanks to **** and his supervisor. After a long day of work in the heat, they saved us and wouldnt give up until we had AC.

    I have had multiple service request with Rite Way. They replaced my AC unit and shortly after I started to have really bad asthma, I went to an allergist where they started testing me for an autoimmune. All the steroids I was taking wasnt helping. Blood work came back fine. I had what indicted elevated immune response to allergies. Turns out, my AC unit was leaking coolant into my house. Now this wouldnt bother most people and they came out and fixed it once it stopped working. They should have checked their work a day later to make sure it wasnt leaking. Fast forward to a year later, my husband calls them to have them lift the toilet ****** up. He replaced the toilet and the wasnt level with the floor, hes out of town and knew it would be a problem. Rite way comes out and says its the wax ring. They wanted 380ish dollars to replace the wax ring-less than an hours work, two if you want to include the drive. They wave the call out fee and charge us 300$. I pay it because I just dont want to deal with it any more. FIVE plumbers later, they build up the ****** and tell me its a 1200$ job. Its still less than and one hours worth of work, he then leaves my toilet off (only way I have to pee and I work from home), GOES to ********** and picks up the ****** extender kit (at most is 23$). Tells me they are just charging me for parts and shows me the amount of 200$! For the part. He then says he will just charge me a service call which is 89$. I would have called another plumber if I knew they were going to charge me more than quoted for the work that I initially asked for. This shotty work is not worth 300$ an hour and I will never use rite way heating, cooling and plumber again. So now I am in a situation that I could have fixed right the first time by MYSELF and at the cost of 23$. This company is crooks who do not charge fair hourly rate for their work or time.
