      These are the worst people ever they have stole my information and created an entire new loan on my credit! I signed up with them through credit karma and caribou and this Hughes place have sent me 50 spam emails of welcome letters saying welcome no further detail of my loan or anything. Every time I call them no one is answering! They are not legitimate company at all I have paid my car on time every single month and now I plan to refinance they told me my interest rate would go down and the interest amount would be cut in half basically. However they have now reported the loan on my Credit it in fact does not match what I signed up for at all!!!! The loan is way higher than it originally was!!! And they have not even contacted me I keep getting sent to an after hours company!!!! Im super upset about this!!!!! They are fraud! I would not refinance with them. I could have just kept my loan with whom it was with and went with a company that had better reviews! This company will only hurt your credit!!!! They will not take care of you the legitimate way. I am going to have to go through so many obstacles to get this removed or have to just stick with their horrible service and possibly get my car taken because I cannot reach anybody the phone number they have on file nobody is never available! And no one ever calls you back!!! Only ******* calls asking for surveys!!!!! These places are horrible!!!!! Dont not reply saying call that number! You guys need to call me asap!! Before I report this as fraud!!!!! Because thats exactly what this is!!! Fraud! Its been about 2 Mo the trying to get this situation resolved!!! Ive never been through this problem ever with any company!!!! You guys need to fix this ****!! You lied about the loan amount and lied about everything. contact me now! This is not ok this should not be legal!!!

      This is the worst credit union that I have ever dealt with. I am a good customer until they gave me c a excuse for not refinancing my auto loan or raising my limit on my ***** Pass poor customer service. They should be closed down

      I.am grateful for the lady from the management team reaching out to me and helping rectify the problem I was having. But to be perfectly honest it should not have got this far. I really think the loan officers I was dealing with need training in the area of customer service and loan servicing. If there is a problem with the customer and the loan officer then they should turn it over to the management to see if something can be done in stead of reading a complaint on the BBB web site.. But like I said I'am thankful for the management team reaching out to me and helping me resolve the issue. Sorry it took so long for me to answer but I had to think about it first.
