Bought this software on the 25th of January, they state on their website *********************************** that I would receive it in 15 minutes, its been 3 days. I ordered a software license from this vendor on January 19, 2023. The product's description stated it was compatible for PC and Mac (I have a Mac) so I specially purchased this because of that reason. When I was forwarded the software for download, the software was "upgraded" to another product and the software is for a PC only. I emailed the vendor that day for assistance. No response to the email as of today (January 24, 2023). I called. No one answers so I left a message. No call back as of today. I decided to send a message via their website on the afternoon of Monday, January 22, ****. I finally reached someone. The person stated they would alert their fulfillment department of the error and they will send me the correct software for my Mac by the following business day. I have yet to receive the software. This company represents to sell authorized ********* Windows 10 pro software. The key they emailed me was already in use and the software arrived on a generic usb stick, not official software in ********* packaging. These guys are a total scam.Business Response

Product download does not work. I have tried contacting them for a refund, which their site said has to be done within 30 days and no activation of the product. It has not been used/ activated. I have been emailing and calling with no response from them for a week now. The phone rings for at least a minute, then a recording telling me all representatives are busy and asking me to leave my name and number and they will return my call. They never call back. I recently purchased a Windows 10 disc from this company for my sons birthday. It arrived on November 10 and gave it to him on the 12th. He said it was the wrong one. I have tried contacting them for a refund, which their site said has to be done within 30 days and no activation of the product. It has not been used/ activated.
