  Took way to many days to ship my order and 6 days after shipping label was created for package to be given to the ************ Also, took almost a week after ordering for the shipping label to be created. Then took almost a week for package to arrive. Sent four emails to find out status and never ever got any response. Returned package to sender without opening and it has been 1 1/2 weeks and no response or credit to my credit card. Also, I suspect it was conterfeit windows 10 software. Buyer beware and I suggest you find another place to purchase.

  I purchased a key and it has been a day. Digital keys shouldn't take this long so I am pretty sure this is a total Fake site. They also say they are BBB accredited on their site.

  Didn't reply to support requests for weeks, then didn't reply to refund request after I gave up on trying to install their product. I will either submit a complaint or just eat the money i spent.

  If I could give 0 stars i would Purchased Window 10 64BIT physical DVD and License...they sent blank disc and print out of license Im not installing DVD operating system that's NOT a ********* disc Their ad clearly show correct packaging disc and license information displayed But that's not what they send you and then they treat you like garbage and threaten with deformation lawsuit if you post on social media what they dont know ...ITS not deformation of character if its true and can be proven. So good luck with that lawsuit against me You guys are a joke!This company is shady and needs to be shut down

  FAKE I ordered AirPods 3 and they kept cutting out and then I realized the microphone doesnt work at all. I made several attempts to reach out to Shop Software Keys for a refund with no responses. My box serial number didnt match the AirPods, the version is wrong and wouldnt update to the new. Luckily I used Amazon Pay for the first time and they refunded my money after trying to reach out for me.

  I purchased Apple Airpods from this company on 11/28/2022 and they shipped on 12/12/22. They did not work properly, so I went through apple support to try to get the problem fixed. After countless hours, we came to find out that the serial number on the box does not match the serial number on the case and Apple confirmed that they are counterfeit. I have emailed them and called several times without and return email or call.

  I placed an order 11/28/22 for AirPods, and a MagSafe charger and power adapter as well. I got an email saying it was shipped 12/12/22, but **** tracking said they were still awaiting item (and still are, over 5 1/2 weeks later). I never received any items, yet they took my money back on 11/28/22. I've emailed 4 times without a response, and called at least 6 times, no one answers, and I leave messages without a return phone call. This company is a scam.

  They only send part of the order. Tell you they will ship out the other part within a week and never do. And its a joke when you try to reach out to them. Left a VM and also sent to emails. Ended up having to do a charge back on my card for the missing item.
