We have experienced twelve, 12, Mangers/GMs in fifteen, 15, years at ********. ***** ******** is the first to deliver Budget worksheets for each GL showing the details of what is the planned spending for each GL. I've worked with ***** ***** on numerous projects and have always found her response time to be quick and informative. ***** and Seabreeze have always acted professionally and communicated their expectations on each project in a way that makes my job so much easier. Our HOA has been with several property management companies in the past few years, and our experience with Seabreeze has been the best by far. The lion's share of the credit for this goes to our property manager **** ******** who in my opinion has gone above and beyond in his performance.
