Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. If this company was about customer service, I wouldn't be leaving this horrible review. I first came into contact with Reborn through ****** as I was walking out. When they came to my home for an estimate. I was promised: Increased water pressure, my shower layout will extend around my bathtub to give it a sequencing look, my shower doors would not have to be cleaned with a harsh abrasive like comet or bleach. Well when Reborn claimed the work was done I had NO shower doors at all, No tiling around my bathtub, decreased water pressure and a lot of junk and trash sitting outside my house for over 1 week. it's still there to this day. I paid this company 14 thousand dollars for this scam of a ********** me, if they will do this to me, they will do this to you. A company who believes in great customer service, would not subject there customer to these issues without resolve. I would have been better off getting Pookie and them from the hood to do this work at least I would have had shower doors.

***** and **** did the install. They were very professional and polite. ***** was our salesman did thoroughly explained the options and process. For them, they get 5's. The process of getting the inspection complete has been a little frustrating. There was a miscommunication and misalignment in expectations which has been inconvenient. ************ have followed through well. My only complaint about the installation was that the only barrier plastic put up was between the bathroom and bedroom which wasn't up long and so after 3 days of work we had a layer of "dust" all the main living area of the house and all the flooring, bedding, etc. I was glad I taped the openings of our bathroom cabinets and around the closet doors to minimize the mess. We spent hours on the clean up and mopping.Reborn Cabinets LLC

I was defrauded and I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. I found a deal from ****** and was pressured to sign a contract within 3 days because otherwise the deal would expire. The work order took 4+ months to manufacture and the installers took 3 days to install. The kitchen installation was very poorly done, with dust and dirt all around my house. They used my garage for sawing, cutting etc but did not have the courtesy to clean up after. They created dings on the resurfaced cabinets during installation and when we pointed it out, they created a warranty order to fix it. They also threw away my good shelves, while their resurfacing contract doesn't provide new ones. It's been 2+ months, I haven't got shelves for my cabinets, making my kitchen unusable. I have scratched out cabinets that look worse than my old cabinets now.. The customer service is non-existent, they only answer new order queries. Their project managers are irresponsible and rude when I asked them for accountability.Reborn Cabinets LLC

Once they got to my job (permit problems in *****) the job took 2 weeks to complete. The complete job took 2 months overall.My Domo *************** and **** were great, clean, fast and thorough. My Install team ***** and ***** were as good or better, very efficient and thorough. They left me with a really nice shower conversion and cleaned up after the job was done. My review is based on installation only: Installers ********************* and ********************* were extraordinarily courteous and professional in our home. Weve had many technicians/installers in our home over 30 years, many with foul mouths and a kick back attitude. These two men displayed class and character as they worked full days for almost a week respecting the fact they were in someone elses home. Very nice to see these days! Big thanks also to *************************, the supervisor of our install. *** ALWAYS answered our calls and IMMEDIATELY got the ball rolling on any and all issues pre and post install. We appreciate you so much ***!! When you pay thousands of dollars on a remodel, this is the service you deserve but rarely get. Five stars to these 3 men!!! ??????????Reborn Cabinets LLC

I had my kitchen cabinets refaced by Reborn Cabinets, LLC in ******. A salesman came to my home and told me I would not be charged interest on the loan for ************************************************************************************************************************************** LLC and was told that Reborn never sent any information regarding a deferral of interest. I contacted Reborn several times before finally being told I needed to contact their ************* When I contacted Reborn on (12/27/23) I was told by the person I spoke with that they would send an email to the *********** that day telling them to allow the interest to be deferred and I would be contacted once this was done. Approximately a week later I contacted ******************** and was told again there was no record of Reborn contacting them. Once again I called Reborn, they said they would contact the company again and cc me in on the email. My concern is that Reborn has delayed taking care of this situation and I've made two payments with interest already. The entire paperwork has to be redone due to the carelessness of the salesman that initiated it. At this point I don't trust them to do what they need to do to correct THEIR error! There was an approximate $200-$300 discrepancy in what I was told I receive in a ****** rebate card as well. No one can answer where this salesman got the figure he came up with. The craftsmanship of the work done on the cabinets was great by the men from ********** but their office's customer service and ability to follow through in a timely manner is horrible. Even the Manager's don't seem to know what they're doing.Reborn Cabinets LLC

One of my bathroom walls didn't match the ordered color. Installation was delayed, due to absent workers and non-availability of a sliding door. Workmanship is very poor. Since May till now, nobody has returned to correct a sliding door that doesn't slide. Molds are growing easily on adjacent sides that are not smoothened. The door strips leave openings that allow water from the shower to flow out. Sales agent was very eager to close the business without good results. $35K and this is what Reborn is doing to us.Reborn Cabinets LLC

The installer, *****, was extremely helpful. Hands down, his customer service surpassed the sales individual. He understood a concern I had when the sales person showed no interest in assisting. Do not use this company . They delayed my project for months. Then tried to *** rush me to complete the job when they did not have all the parts. I told we will not start the project until all parts were received A week later someone from Reborn called and scheduled a third appointment with me. On the appointed day I waited and no one showed up. When I called to determine their arrival they said they did not schedule the appointment I told them I no longer wanted to do business with them If their lack of responsiveness was indication of their professionalism. I drove from 89 miles one way fort two appointments that did not happen. I ended the call believing the matter was settled. They sent me a demand letter almost a year later for payment . I would leave no stars but the system will not let me.Reborn Cabinets LLC
