1 starOur insurance contacted VR Restoration to rebuild our kitchen after water damage. After waiting several weeks with no contact from them, we called our insurance company to cart them. VR Restoration said that they decided not to do the work on our kitchen. They didnt even have the courtesy to call us. I would not recommend this company at all!Review fromdavid s

5 starsEverything went right. We had a significant roof leak following a storm. ATI came ,assessed, and repaired our roof . We were always in the loop. We were kept informed. Everyone went out of there way to assist us. Everyone was quick to clean up and I could always call and chat if I had questions. I would certainly use them again if needed.Review fromHattie Jean O

They were able to complete the project of 3 rooms with new floors and wall repairs within a week. ATI was assigned to me through my insurance company. The project director didnt show up on time for our first meeting because he forgot. Following that, things appeared to go smoothly until I signed the contract and despite multiple attempts to contact them, did not receive a response for three weeks. The project director convinced me that he had extenuating personal circumstances (bereavement leave and an 2 week vacation but no out of office or other people checking his email) and that things would improve from there. The project manager came and told me they would start within a week and a half. After a week I had texted him twice with no response. I emailed the projector director who called me and ensured me the ** would call me the next day with a start date. I emailed the project director the next evening because I did not receive a call. I still did not hear back. I emailed the project director again to state that I would like my contract canceled due to their lack of responsiveness. I did not have a response. I emailed again about two weeks later and finally received a response that the contract was canceled, but that was was only after I informed them I would be filing a complaint with the BBB.ATI Restoration LLC

Our family never had a major leak before. Great for us and bad. Great, as in we did not have to navigate such an experience in our home for years!! Truly wonderful. But also bad, in that when this did occur for us - - beyond obvious steps to contain the damage - - we were at a loss for steps on repair and rebuild. ATI saved us! ***************************** and her assigned team provided options, overviews and detailed steps of each. They worked seamlessly with our residential insurance provider. And for testament to our restored home, we had pictures, and successful testing certificates, and fabulous peace-of-mind. So ... how do I say this?? This is the luckiest disaster team I never thought I needed???? 5 stars "start to finish".ATI Restoration LLC

5 starsOne of our buildings suffered a roof leak that caused a substantial amount of damage to a large gathering space. We contacted ATI and they had technicians out to our building within an hour and started cleaning the water and debris. The representatives kept us updated and in contact throughout the entire process of cleaning, dry out and repairs. For a horrible event, ATI made it as pleasurable as possible. We will contact them again in the future if needed.
