    ApnTech is a complete SCAM!! on their service. On the original call with the agent, I asked several times if I paid for the service ($698.00) that it would pull me up by location and not my rating on ******* etc. I was very specific on the initial call with the rep and was told that it pulls by the location when used and not by your ratings. Then after the process started, they tried to sell me another program for over $2000 and an additional $199 per month to clean up the sites (82 directories - yelp, zaubee, etc) where my information might not 100% match to increase my rankings. Since I was told on my original call where I purchased the service that it pulled by location and not your ranking, I was not willing to pay for this additional service. I tried working with **** (a supervisor), and he told me that because one site was not showing our suite that it was causing the issue. That site was fixed, and a month later it is still not pulling my information. They try to tell you that if you search by your name/business it will come up which it already did without their service. I was told when I purchased the service that if people searched by your key words it would pull up your business by location which is the service I paid for. I provided my key words and tried to search for them several times, and my information has never showed up. Why would I pay for something I already have. I have requested my money back several times and they are refusing to give me my money back. If they recorded the conversation as they say they do, then they should be able to go back to the original sales call when I signed up and see that I was told by the sales representative that it is not by ranking and is by location.     Settled on a full refund. The client populates by name on all devices but was frustrated with not populating by keywords as promised. Found a discrepancy with the location (not on our behalf) that we are currently fixing, and we will process the refund once he has resolved his complaint with the BBB as both parties agreed to.

    I registered for APNtech services on May 1, 2023, for the voice searches on all platforms for the amount of $698.00. I had a setup call on May 3, 2023, and upgraded to the directory search for an additional $1,496.00. And found I am now to be charged an additional $199/mo. nothing has been done as of May 19. 2023. I have no signed contract with this business. I only have invoices. I have tried to review their website with no information. I have tried to call and nobody ever picks up the phone it does go to an answering service and nobody ever calls back. I have emailed cancellations with no response. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I want a full refund and cancellation.

    The customer service manager finally was able to reach *********************** she and ****** had a great conversation in regard to ******'s confusion and concerns about the program and the products. ******'s main concern was a lack of communication The customer service manager explained to ****** her expectations were set to 3-4 weeks we are now just barely reaching the 3-4 weeks now. After speaking to the customer service manager ****** decided to stay in the program and continue.

    ApnTech Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the Voice Search product I recently purchased from ApnTech. As a customer who placed trust in your company and its advertised service, I regret to inform you that the product is not functioning as promised. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund in accordance with your company's refund policy.When I initially purchased the ********************* I had high expectations for its performance and efficiency. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite following all the provided instructions and troubleshooting steps, the service consistently fails to deliver accurate results or fulfill its basic functionality.Specifically, the issues I encountered include:Inaccurate Search Results: The ******************** consistently provides inaccurate and irrelevant search results. Even when I enunciate clearly and provide concise queries, the system fails to comprehend the context or retrieve appropriate information. This severely undermines the purpose of utilizing a voice-activated search tool. Such unreliability hinders productivity and diminishes the overall user experience.These persistent issues have caused significant frustration, wasted time, and a loss of confidence in the product and your company. As a result, I kindly request a full refund of the purchase price, as stated in your company's refund policy. I believe it is only fair to receive a reimbursement for a product that fails to deliver on its promised functionality.I kindly ask you to review this matter promptly and process the refund in a timely manner. I expect the refund to be issued to the original payment method within 7 from the date of this request.

    Explained to the client that we have been trying to get in touch with him since he opened a support ticket. He was frustrated that he was not showing up on Apple devices. Let him know there are discrepancies in his voice search profile that he would have picked up on his complimentary screen share appointment we offer, but he never got in contact with the onboard specialist after numerous missed calls, texts, and emails. Let him know he is populating on Android and ****** devices, and sent him over a link to assist with other voice search devices. I also rescheduled the client for a screen share appointment. No refund was processed because services have been rendered, and we are further assisting ***** with his appointment in a couple of days.

    This company cold called me late last year and signed me onto services they promised were above board and did not provide me any services as far as I have found and researched, besides answering my call on occasion and telling me to keep hanging onto the service they were providing, that it will get better. 6 months plus of promises were given and still no results. I asked for a refund and they told me services were rendered when they were not. They just kept takimg my money monthly. I just called them and they are supposed to refund only o e out of the 6 months and told me services I paid for, that would be *****************, they are backing out of their word. I feel robbed and scammed of a couple thousand dollars over the last 6 months. They call themselves reputable but they are certainly not.

    The customer service manager called and spoke with the business owner. They are going to move forward and see how the disputes are completed. The business owner was upset about the last conversation he had with the representative at apnTech and feels misled about his expectations. The customer service manager reset expectations and what he should have looked forward to no longer wants to do business with **. We are trying to find a solution base that's going to be satisfactory so the customer can feel content and happy with the outcome waiting for assistance from the bank letting ** know the update on the dispute and we'll be able to see how we can move forward from there. Business owners were willing to take down all negative reviews in regard to apnTech in exchange for some type of reimbursement but we were unable to complete that negotiation due to the dispute that's open and pending.

    On March 24, 2023, I received a call from APN Tech about their voice search optimization. I was skeptical about the call, but I continued to listen after a long conversation; the representative pulled up my information on his screen; we were on screen sharing, and he said your business would be found on ************* Bing, etc. He started performing a keyword search; he was very deceptive but did not notice then. All of this will be optimized in 4 to 6 weeks, and your company doesn't have to pay for S E O services, and you will save thousands of dollars. I gave the credit card information but requested to speak to a supervisor before proceeding. He said the Supervise would call me back next week to continue the conversation. They never called back; then, I started noticing a request to pay $199 from this company ********. I began investigating and saw other charges of $698 and $1295. I called APN, and I asked to speak to a supervisor. She came on the line and said, " Let's set up an appointment next Wednesday; the call never happened. I called the bank to let them know what is happening with this company and to dispute the charges. I hope this is helpful.

    The customer service manager called ****** to address the BBB complaint when speaking to ****** he was upset about the past conversations he had with representatives at the apnTech he was not in an amicable mood I can see why since the interaction has been poor from his perspective. ****** was suggesting that he never approved the charges I went ahead and proceeded to ask if he had time for me to pull the phone calls so that he could see it was him in fact that approved the charges he then said no I didn't have the time to do this we need to go ahead and set up a time a so we scheduled a call. I'll be speaking with ****** we are in the negotiation phase right now since he is willing and ready to rectify and make the situation correct if we are willing to refund since services have been rendered that is why we are in the negotiation phase because we can prove services or register registration for the voice and the prime listings. ApnTech is more than willing to make the situation right and provide the means for ****** to feel comfortable.

    Signed up with them on March 3rd for voice search service. Paid them a 1 time fee of 995 dollars and was told in about 1 month my company would show up on voice search.On March 14 one of the reps called me and did a search on my business name and said there was a few things he could do to help my company show up better on web searches nothing about the voice search I signed up for. So I paid another 500 and agreed to a 199 a month plan....now my business is still not showing up on voice search. And apn is telling me they have no control over that...they are scaming people out of money

    The customer service manager called and talked with *****. The BBB complaint was not correct from the amount paid to the expectations for each product/service set. The rep tried to understand the complaint and tried to explain to ***** what was going on he stated he was mad at the rep from the other day. ******* called and canceled the account 3 days ago 5/1/2023. What he purchased he would have received for the Prime Listing he canceled before the recommended time frame by 4-8 months earlier than recommended. When the rep was trying to explain he said get doesn't have time for this and hung up, Rep emailed him since ***** ended the call.

    They lied to me about many things before I spent money with them. They show you reviews from people that they asked for immediately before their customers even get results. My money literally paid for NOTHING from them. I was already eligible to show up on all voice searches just by being on ******* They offered a 100% money back garuntee but they will not respond to you. I want my money back. They said that there were only 5 people on ***** in my area that is not true. They said it would rely on how close you were to the people that searched not your reviews and such and that was not true. I am still not showing up on ***** when I search movers near me, and I want 100% of my money back. They trick people into giving them money, and then try to get you to sign up for more with another almost $2,000. Glad I didn't do that but obviously the first chunk ofomey I spent was nothing but a way to get extra out of me for nothing in return.

    I was told I'd be sent an email to start my refund process and haven't received anything. Everytime I call I get hung up on. Im trying to get my refund of $500. Not sure what else to do besides report them here and report them to my bank about this scam they pulled on me. Stay away from this company. They will scam you.

    The ******** Service agent attempted to call unable to reach **** so sent a follow-up email and a voice mail requesting a call back on this time-sensitive matter and especially because he also mentions in the complaint that he called his bank and just escalated the matter to a higher degree. Unable to clarify the dispute and unable to speak to **** has left apnTech not being able to have a solid end resolution. ApnTech is willing to speak to **** and see what our options are.

    After paying this company way to much money for a one time business listing in the in the directories they supposedly would list me to find my company through voice services like Siri, ****** assistant, ****** home, and Amazon ****** I complained about not being listed because they never sent confirmation emails showing a successful sync of my company in the business listings they said they would like corona ect.. they responded send pictures of a snap showing only one of the five successfully synced. I called demanding a refund go pushed through around to different people. The final guy sends me pictures of the yelp account I created on my own and the ****** my business account I created on my own from a ****** search and a search from an iphone. In no way shape or form would I ever recommend doing business with this company they are tricking people into thinking they are getting something out of this voice listing. When I reality if you create your own ****** my business and ask your ****** assistant to find your company it will find it. They are a scam. And it's impossible to explain this to there customer support because they can find the business I created a listed on my own doing. Super mal-practice they should have to refund everyone they promised this service to especially when no results are shown.

    The customer service agent called to speak to **** regarding the Voice Search. **** was upset because he felt that apnTech did not provide services, However, apnTech has sent proof of rendered services on multiple occasions. Despite the proof of rendered services, **** filed a dispute of charges 12 business days ago, and also this BBB complaint. Both were false claims of services not being rendered and false payments. The apnTech customer service agent was unable to assist with a refund because the client did not qualify for one and already opened a false disputed leaving apnTech with no option but to allow the dispute to be completed and allow the process to be complete.

    I paid them to do my siri, ****** and Alexa ***** search and they told me that if I wasn't found thru ***** search they would give me back my money. So I just found out that they never did the registration and I contacted them saying I wanted my money back and they sent me back a statement saying that they just did the registration ( almost a year later) so I told them I just want my money back and they refuse even tho I still can't be found.This company has many bad reviews for the same exact thing so ik it's not just me or I'm just over exaggerating. Please I just want my money back as they also told me I would be listed on SIRI and that is a blatant lie as SIRI won't list a service based business that doesn't have a store front so they lied the whole time just to get my money with no intentions for doing what they promised!

    The customer service manager called and spoke with *******. There was confusion about what he received in the email regarding his registration just being complete that was not the case. I explained that the email was in error and that services were rendered and registered however it's been a whole year since we registered the company and it would be hard for me to show him now where he is because we do not control ranking. I did see why he would be upset and this being a nontangible product and he was not willing to allow me to re-register his company but rather his money back was wanted. Both parties came to a mutual compromise and the customer will be writing back with this being a satisfactory turn of events.
