Back in 2019 and 2020, I purchased tickets to the Motley Crue/Def Leppard Stadium Tour. Live Nation is the sponsor of this tour and who sold these tickets and VIP platinum status. My tickets were ******* for 2 front row seats. My first issue is I missed half the concert due to issues pertaining to the VIP team who was supposed to organize the meet & greet experiences. This show kept getting postponed due to Covid. I chose to hang on to my tickets as I was very excited about this opportunity. Secondly, I purchased the VIP meet & greet package where I was promised photos with he band members, signed lithograph from the band members, one personal item to have autographed by band members, a seat in the first 5 rows of show, a pair of drumsticks of Tommy Lee's, VIP commerative tour items and 225.00 credit to spend on the motley crue store/website. When the day of the show finally arrived, on 6/22/22 at the DC Nationals Stadium show, I was put into 3 different lines awaiting to go backstage for the meet and greet. First line was covid testing which was a hour wait, then another line to obtain results and get wristband. Then we entered the venue and was shifted over to the VIP section of stadium where we waited another 90 minutes and the first band was on stage that I was missing. When we finally were escorted back stage, we waited again for another 45 minutes (while second band was performing that I missed.) It was in this line, we were informed we were not getting any of the items we all paid for and we could only get a photo 6 foot from the band. We were rushed in for about 10 seconds for couple photos, then rushed out. Nobody knew about giving us our items that came with the meet & greet package. I was then told I had to leave the area and go to my seat. By the time I got finished with all this I only saw 2 out of 4 bands. I am asking for full refund for meet/greet and half of my reg seats. Meet/Greet was ******* and seats were ******* for front row

I received a single sentence response asking for my confirmation number to the event and what I paid for (that I never received) As of 7/19/2022, I have not received any answers. Again I am attaching receipt of my purchase containing the items I never received from them.

I bought tickets costing $314.60 for a concert to be held on 10/7/20. It was cancelled due to COVID restrictions. I opted for a credit. I have tried numerous times to use the credit, but for each event the response has been "credit cannot be applied". After I tried again about three weeks ago, I called LiveNation for a refund. I gave my info and was told I would hear from them. Nothing. I then filled out the form on their website. Still nothing. I called again today and was told to use the website. The credit expires 10/31/22. I don't care about their worthless "bonus credit amount". I just want my money back

I will accept this response when I can actually use the credit. I am looking at ********* and ***** **** concerts and will be satisfied with a guarantee that the credit can be applied to these shows. (There have been numerous events for which credit has been refused.)

      Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/07/18) */
I am sorry the events you have been interested in have not accepted the voucher. Not all events will take the voucher. I can not guarantee********** or ********** events will accept the voucher.

      Thanks,

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It should be stated at the beginning of a notice offering credit for a cancelled event that there is a good possibility that the credit will not be allowed for upcoming events. If I knew that it would only apply to little-known performers and tribute bands, I would have taken a refund. I expected to be able to use a LiveNation credit for LiveNation events.

I am in receipt of your recent complaint submitted to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I apologize for any inconvenience. Please attempt to make a purchase for an event taking place at the original venue you purchased from before the event was cancelled. This should allow you to use the credit code in your account.

The original event was to be held at the*****************. The rescheduled event is being held elsewhere. I am still trying to find an alternate event at that site. What would be acceptable would be providing a list of venues which will accept LiveNation credit, for me now and at the beginning of the credit offer, so that other customers will not feel defrauded by your company.

      Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2022/08/02) */
I am in receipt of your recent complaint submitted to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I apologize for any inconvenience. Your credit code along with all other fans who applied for credit codes only work for events purchased at the same venue your original event was supposed to take place at. This would be the ****************.
