So, I purchased the *** package for " *******************" concert in *******. The package included floor seats, a commemorative lanyard, & a gift. When we made it to the Live Nation table, no one greeted us. Mind you there were two unoccupied employees playing on their phones. So, I got their attention. I asked if we were in the correct area & if they needed to see our electronic tickets. After seeing our tickets. They gave ** two shirts & a poster. I asked about the commemorative lanyard & the live nation employee said, " Look, we're at the last leg of the ********* ran out of them". So i told him I understand but I paid for that. Now, I read the fine print when i was purchasing the ************ clearly states that any items not picked up at the concert venue, would not be mailed. So in essence you are forfeiting the items. So the guy turned to his coworker & told her to take down our address. The girl looked confused. He said take down their address, so we can mail them the lanyard. I now question if she was even typing. The concert was on 08/25/22 & we have yet to receive any of the promised items. So I reached out *** Nation, which is the company Live Nation works under. Here are the emails between myself & *** Nation: #1:Name: Customer Message: Hello, I am messaging because I purchased a *** ticket to *********************** concert in *******. I did not not receive my two laminates because they said they ran out of ******** did not receive the Vinyl I prepaid. I inquired at the *** Nation table but no one knew where I should go to collect the vinyl. I would like the vinyl or a full refund please. Response: *** nation had nothing to do with Vinyls. I am sorry. #2: Ok, what about the laminates? Response: They were available at check in & cannot be shipped #3: No, the guy at the *** Nation table said they ran out & asked for our mailing address to mail them to us. So was that a lie? They did not & have not responded. Do not purchase anything from this company.Live Nation

That would be great. Thank you for responding. It is however it's unfortunate that it takes someone complaining on a consumer site before anyone is willing to address the concerns being brought forward. However, if this issue is actually resolved, I **** post that on the BBB site.Review fromThomas B

This review/complaint refers to the ******************* concert in **********, ** on 8/11/22. Live Nation could not POSSIBLY have mis-advertised our tickets any more than they did, and if they have any commitment at all to customer satisfaction then they **** respond to me with some sort of resolution. I guess in a way this could be considered a test, as I already sent a letter via regular mail on 8/24/22. But it is now a month later and I have heard nothing, so at this point customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority!! Here are the details of my complaint: I purchased 3 tickets to the ******************* concert at ********. They were advertised as "Premium" tickets and were priced at $250 EACH! They were HORRIBLE seats possibly the WORST in ********, and I am totally serious about that (the $99 seats were MUCH better). On the website at the time of ordering they looked like 3rd baseline seats with a good view of the stage. Ha! What stage?? Our seats were in Row ** ******* 27 - right next to the ballfield (with the stage in center field). But in front of us and an arm's length away was the insanely distracting heavy netting that saves people from foul *****. And then there were the field seats in front of ** - to protect the turf, these seats were raised up on plywood or some other supporting surface. Our "premium" seats, then, ended up about a foot or more LOWER than the seats in front of us! LOWER!! There was NO WAY (!!) that we could see the stage the entire night. We had two choices - watch ******************* on the Jumbotron (which I could have done on a large screen TV in my own house) or stare at the butts and backs of people in front of us. A real scam to advertise our tickets as Premium and to charge $250!! They should have been advertised as "Limited Visibility" as many ticket sellers **** do in the name of honest advertising. Imagine, with fees $900 for three people to see NOTHING!!! Very disappointing, and very misleading. Live Nation ... are you hearing me?Live Nation

This report is to lodge a formal complaint, regarding Live Nation's ticketing procedures for the Santana/EWF concert - - August 20, 2022.
Last year, I purchased six (6) reserved lawn seat tickets, which came with a seating spacing (or designated seating spaces) attached to the ticket purchase.
Upon completion of the event ticket transactions, I was presented with several alacart items for purchase during checkout, which included the actual offering of lawn seats/chairs.
Given my previous experience(s) at Jiffy Lube Live where reserved seating did NOT come with actual lawn chairs and the alacart lawn chair purchase was required; I purchased six (6) lawn chairs - thinking it was a requirement. I was also offered alacart fast track admission lanes as an upsell as well; an additional purchase that was not even necessary, because there WAS NO FAST TRACK LANE, at all???
On August 20, 2022, we arrived early and got our chairs, only upon arriving at the reserved section to see chairs were already placed in the designated spaces. Panic and disappointment. Imagine six (6) people and now twelve (12) chairs. Embarrassing.
So I am left with only one conclusion: I purchased items that I was led to believe were necessaries for an enhanced concert experience, re. the type of ticket purchased a lawn ticket in the reserved area (not knowing that the venue had seats already in place; because, remember there were no chairs provided in the designated area during my previous visit. I believe your website (fraudulently?) misled me to believe these items were an addition.
It was begrudgingly admitted during our encounter that the Live Nation computer system is, "unable to track additional alacart unnecessary items within each seat(ing) classification".
I **** also first-alert the Virginia Attorney General's office, as I haven't heard ANYTHING from Live Nation since (see horrific "other" stories of customer service experiences). Waited long enough.Live Nation

Good luck trying to get ahold of them with any complaints. We went to a concert they were in charge of and had the worst experience trying to get it. After searching the rules for weeks to make sure we knew the updated ones, we purchased a wagon for my 1.5 year old who was going with us. The concert started at 8 and we needed somewhere safe for her since this was lawn seating. When we get to the gates, we're stopped by a young man who said we couldn't take it in. I questioned him since there was NOTHING about wagons. He refused to get a supervisor (said he was a manager) refused to give me a complaint card, and couldn't answer any of my questions. He literally told us our only option was to put all of our belongings (we didn't bring purses to follow their "no bags" rule and had everything we needed in the wagon) into little plastic bags and try to carry everything and my daughter. He had also told us other peoples wagons were turned away. When we got through security I went straight to the customer help station and talked to two other supervisors. After 45 minutes of arguing with people, one of the women finally agreed to give me my wagon for the safety of my daughter. We missed the opening act and was left extremely upset the rest of the concert. I then saw other mothers who probably lost their wagons wresting their tired toddlers throughout the night. Don't try to claim to be kid friendly and welcome children if you're going to have rules that you refuse to post online that literally affect the safety of these children. I've tried for a week getting ahold of customer service with no luck. I currently have 3 read, and ignored emails on Facebook since that was literally the only contact I can get with anyone.
Live nation, make the rules for your events known. I searched multiple websites to have my **** covered and I was still left in a horrible situation due to your lack of communication with your customers.Live Nation

HORRIBLE customer service. Bought event tickets through their website and was notified they would be mailed to me. I moved two months after purchase and needed to update my shipping address but they're was no place in my account to update the address. Customer service number was always busy and another number I dialed said they were unable to provide phone support at this time. They never replied to my emails so I'm unsure how I'll get my tickets at my new address.Live Nation

Trying to use the heavily advertised Summer 4 pack deal. Went to purchase 4 tickets to Shinedown at Pine **** in Clarkston Mich. I get the message roughly stating "Oops, sorry, someone else has those tickets, try another selection". There's only one option for summer 4 pack. This is just a scam to push people to ticketmaster. I've asked you guys to make it right by reaching out to me on facebook and giving me the offer but no one appears to be even tending messenger. People are irate! Make it RIGHT!!!!Live Nation

Our sincere apologies, but the Summer 4 Pack deal had limited inventory, first come first serve, and sold out quickly. Again, we do apologize for any inconveniences. -THChristopher H

I am absolutely appalled at Live Nation. I took my mom and her friend to the Rod Stewart concert at Blossom Music Center in Ohio, and for starters, the bag policy was followed INCONSISTENTLY by Live Nation employees. We were in line waiting to get in and a person ahead of us was let in with a purse that was the same size as my mother's purse but turned my mother's purse away. SO, I had to walk 1.5 miles back to the car to drop off the purse which made me miss the opening act. I think it is so unprofessional to not be a united front about policies. You cannot be wishy washy! It is unfair. PLUS, when we were walking out of the concert. We saw a number of people with big purses. Sound unfair to you? That is because it is. THEN, let's get to the tickets. I spent extra money to have reserved lawn seats. Meaning we were supposed to have spots closer to the stage. Well guess what? That did not happen. We were told to sit on the regular lawn section. Why did I spend EXTRA money if I just got the same lawn seats as everyone else? I really believe I deserve partial refund for the tickets. Just unprofessional business practices.Live Nation

Hi,
I am so sorry you experienced that. Thanks for providing the feedback. As far as obtaining a possible partial refund, I see you had tickets transferred to you. If you did not purchase directly from ticketmaster we cannot consider any compensation.
Thanks,
Dain

The tickets were purchased directly through Ticketmaster. 2 of the tickets were transferred to my mom because I had to take her purse back to the car due to the inconsistent bag policy, so I would like a partial refund. ThanksReview fromWilliam F

This organization should be prohibited from the business of selling/distributing tickets. I've never experience such incompetence. In March I purchased tickets for a Norah Jones concert in Boston in August. Having not received a confirmation for nearly a month (my fault), I inquired. I spoke to an agent who gave me a case number and who told me I'd hear back in 24 hours. Never happened. I called again and spoke to another agent, only to be cut off part way through the conversation. I called back several times only to get a busy signal. I went online and made another request about the tickets. There, the customer is informed that they should be contacted within 48 hours. A week later, they contacted me stating that the confirmation was sent to a wrong email. In the meantime, I'd asked my credit card company to initiate a dispute regarding the payment I'd made on these tickets. Yes, of course the credit card had been charged. Still waiting for the outcome of that. Still, my wife and I wished to see Norah Jones, so I bought two more tickets and made sure to get the confirmation information in case I needed to call again. Of course, no tickets in the mail and the concert is two weeks away. So I called again. After a considerable wait (always the case), a woman answered and asked for the confirmation information. After I gave it to her, I was once again, cut off and unable to re-establish contact after calling seven times. All I have is a receipt which states that it can not be used for entry. But it is all I have and no one there is really of any help.Live Nation
