      Never received STING commemorative tickets from Order************* NUMEROUS emails on this. It has been almost a YEAR of communication. They need to refund $180 that I paid extra for these tickets or this is FRAUD.
      In addition, I have not yet received VIP merchandise from order ************* I am doubting I will ever receive this.

      I am sorry you haven't received your commemorative tickets. I have sent off for a copy of your order. Once we receive a copy of the order we will be able to refund the price of the ticket. I have sent a request for your merchandise for Ringo Star. The VIP department will be in contact with you concerning your merchandise.

      As a group we purchased 9 tickets for a Toby Keith concert scheduled for July 28th at the Ohio State Fair. On June 12, 2022 the concert was cancelled by the artist due to a medical condition. Ticketmaster advised they were awaiting funds from the event organizer and it has been past the 30 day refund expectations that were set. We can't reach a live person at the business, we have reached out to the Ohio State Fair who told us that they should be almost finished with refunding patrons. Yet Ticketmaster still claims through an automated bot because you can't get a live person that they are awaiting funds from the event organizer. I have also emailed the group representing the artist who said they didn't know anything about refunds. It's unacceptable that there is no way to contact Ticketmaster other than a chat bot to get answers.

      On 12-24-21 I purchased 2 tickets through ticketmasters mobile app. (Posted to my checking account on 12-27-21) for the Chris Stapleton concert in Chicago, Illinois on 7-23-22.. Ticketmaster order number ***********.. The total amount for the 2 tickets was $567. 06.. Ticketmaster was supposed to mail me hard tickets in the mail & have failed to do so.. I have made several attempts to connect with ticketmaster I have gotten less then desirable or professional results. I live in Baltimore & have planned a whole vacation around this concert..

      I am sorry you haven't received your tickets. I can not locate an order for you. The order number provided is not a Ticketmaster order number. Please check your bank statement to see who you purchased your tickets through and contact them directly.
