      I purchased 5 ticket from ticket master for a Kendrick Lamar concert and paid over ***$. After they took my money they never provided me with any tickets and said I had to wait a week before the event to get my tickets. I purchased these tickets with a group of people with my card and they were upset that they gave me money for a event but had nothing to show for it and I had to pay them back and now I'm out **** and have no tickets to show for it. I tried to gain access to these tickets so I can try to resell them but they will not even give me access to the ticket to try to even sale them. They don't know who I am but I Hope they lawyer up because I definitely will and I can not wait to see them in court. This business is dumpster juice and if I could I would give them negative 5 stars!

      We are sorry for the inconvenience. The disclaimer during your resale purchase stated the tickets were not currently in hand. They will be made available by the seller in time for the event.

      On July 1, 2022, I purchased tickets for the July 2 Monster Jam show in Cleveland, OH (2 tickets to the pit crew, 2 tickets for Monster Jam and 1 parking ticket (total $130.05). I was unable to use the tickets, so I selected the "sell" option in the Ticketmaster app; there is NO indicator that says a tax ID number is needed if tickets are sold. Shortly after selecting the "sell" option, I received an email that the tickets sold and I will receive payment within 7 days. The next email I received was requesting my tax ID number - which I don't have a tax ID number and the cost of the tickets is under the $600 threshold - I informed Ticketmaster of this also. On July 3rd, I received an email asking me to verify my credit card number - which I did. Now I keep getting emails requesting a tax ID number- which I donot have a tax ID number nor should I need a tax ID number to receive my payment. I am requesting payment/credit my account for the amount of the tickets which is under the $600 threshold. How many times must I say I DO NOT have a tax ID before I can receive payment that is due to me. I have even requested that Ticketmaster do their research. Very hesitant about using Ticketmaster

      Hi Rene,

      We apologize for any confusion. You must enter your tax information in order to get paid. Your tax id can be your social security number. You can go to my listings and click the link at the top to add your tax information.

      Thank you for your response - I feel that the information for TAX ID should have been mentioned up-front. I went to the Ticket Master site and I do not see nor is there a category called "My Listing".

      My tickets were stuck in "selling" status even though not actually for sale. For days have been chatting with ******* and all they say is log out, uninstall the app and refrsh things. Did all this, same issue on mutiple computers and app yet they just say the same thing over and over. Gonna miss the concert tonight since noone will actually help me and lost out on my tickets and money. Horrible.

      Do not buy from Ticketmaster. They do not honor refunds and you cannot speak to anyone live. It's all via a bot chat. They lied saying the called me multiple times, then after saying that they said they cannot call me due to their high volumes, and can't provides a 800 # to call them. I asked them to provide the # they called me from and they could not. You will never speak to a "live agent". They voided our tickets and won't give me a refund. Total joke and absolutely the worst customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy tickets somewhere else.

      Purchased Tickets for a Real Salt Lake game. The day of the game about 2 hours before the game started, I got an email saying my tickets were delayed but that they were working on getting them to me. I tried to contact them to see if there was a way to exchange for other seats but their ******* is atrocious and confusing. No phone number even worked, nobody responded to emails. I finally found where to join a chat with a bot to try and resolve my problems and I didn't even get a response until the day after the game. I got an email saying "the tickets are now available" the day after my event. Now they WON'T REFUND my tickets that I wasn't even able to use because they never gave them to me.
