      We purchased the bundle pack for John Mulaney concert. We have not received it. Basically we need to either receive the package (which should have been available at the show) or receive our refund. The company has no working phone number. To offer a product and then say it is not available at the time agreed to is a bait and switch tactic and should be illegal.

      over 700 reviews and a one star rating and nobody does anything about it .. pathetic . they have zero customer service , could not transfer a ticket to someone else and there was nobody to help . how they are still in business is unreal. I recommend buying tickets from anyone but them .

      Thieves and Crooks!!!! That's how these pathetic clowns can best be described!! I tried to go to a baseball game but due to an unexpected illness I wasn't able to attend and I informed these clowns at Ticketmaster and told them and asked for a refund or at least move the money for the ticket to another game so I wouldn't waste my money. You think they give a hoot about customers, **** NO!!! Repeadtly wouldn't work with me or do anything about the $56 I spent. I've been robbed and now I can't get the **** money back!!! Freaking thieves!!! They need to be investigated and held accountable!! Stay away from Ticketmaster!!!!

      I have been trying to contact customer ******* for over a day now trying ti exchange tickets that I purchased for an event. After getting responses 10 minutes after all of my instant responses. The responses started coming hours and hours later. And still to no avail. This company is a joke and completely unacceptable in their responses to customers. There is no reason they should still be in business.

      I have been trying to reach someone at Ticketmaster for two weeks! I sold tickets and verified my bank account information. I still haven't received payment! Customer service is non existent! Next step report to BBB and see what other legal action I can take. I want my payment for tickets sold!

      I resold some tickets for an event that I couldn't make. Turns out the event moved out two months later for Whiskey Myers in Brandon,MS. It said I now have to wait two more months before I can get my money even though the tickets where bought via resale. I have now got an email saying the folks who bought my ticket have requested a refund so now they get there money back and the tickets are now returned to me that I had sold to them and I still never received any money back for my refund. Now I'm stuck with the tickets and lost my money. This is Terrible I will never use Ticketmaster again!!!! They need to fix this for me ASAP!!!

      I bought a Brian ****** VIP ticket at **** for the Tampa concert for 6/28/2022. 1) I paid $80.00 for "valet" parking; and was forced to walk 3/4 of a mile.
      2) I reached my area at 6:30 pm. I was informed that the VIP booth closed at 6:20, for some unfathomable reason, as the concert started at 7. I was told to contact TICKETMASTER in order to have the VIP package sent to my home address, as the VIP booth inexplicably decided to close early. My daily contacts were for naught. When I FINALLY contacted someone by email, they essentially told me that I was SOL.
      WHAT A RACKET TICKETMASTER IS!!! How can they get away with highway robbery with impunity? Is there no governing body to regulate these thieves?
      If anyone has a solution/resolution, I would be glad to hear it.
      Leaving ONE star because I can't leave NO star.

      Offered no help in resolving my ticket problem. Deferred me to every other party involved and just flat out stopped responding to me through their Online Chat. They don't even have a way to contact outside of online chat?? No phone number, no 1800 line, no email address, nothing. **** company, break up the monopoly!

      They Owe me $600 dollars and won't answer their phones or emails or anything. I want my money back !!! I purchased some hockey tickets for my elderly father and sadly he really sick so he could not attend the event. On their page it allows to cancel and get a full refund which is exactly what I did because it was with 2 day time frame and their time frame which I did and also purchased their 3rd party insurance in the event that anything were to happen. I have been sending messages with them since March still no resolution. They won't answer their phone They won't respond to their emails I'm now short $600 dollars and I just want my money back. If anyone can help me please this is frustrating

      Paid 280.00 per ticket. Had actually Ordered VIP tickets...ended up getting general admission into the pit where tickets were sold for 122.00!!!! Was harassed by security for no reason and sent to the back of the pit!!!!!!
