      Extremely Disappointed Dont Put Your Expectations on Ticketmaster Ive been subscribed for weeks waiting for the ***** ****** pre-sale. I was online over 30 minutes before the queue opened, ready and excited. But when the moment finally came, both the Ticketmaster app and website completely failed me.Despite having the correct code, I kept getting errors and couldn't get in. I tried again and againwith no success. By the time I was finally able to sign in (45 minutes after the queue opened), all the tickets within my budget were gone.I even called customer servicetwiceand waited more than 20 minutes each time, only to be told there was nothing they could do. If your servers can't handle the demand of excited fans, maybe Ticketmaster shouldn't be the platform used by major artists. It's heartbreaking to see dreams crushed like this.This isnt the first time I've had a disappointing experience with Ticketmaster. But I hoped this time would be different. It wasnt.Pleasedont put your expectations on this platform. Its not reliable, and it leaves fans devastated. Im incredibly disappointed that I couldnt make my dream come true. 5 years waiting for this moment, honestly not platform that artist should trust with fans dreams.

      purchased Order 15-17953/ WDC Meet Greet VIP ticket for ****** paid by card that was confirmed with a receipt, ******, facility charge 6 dollars, Service Fee127 dollars, day of show went to check in ***** **** VIP Check in was told by One More Time VIP that my name nor email was NOT on list, the refused to give me a laminated credential, T-shirt, at the show venue calling ticketmaster VIP , give note ******* ***** was not on check-in list despite showed the ticketmaster receipt that clearly said that said Meet Greet VIP plus my ID, ********************** only refunded ****** dollars, Claiming the package was 529???? I did not see any of the show, nor get any that was to be given of the VIP Meet Greet, why did not receive and email was not explained to me only saying my name nor email was not on the list despite being purchased by ******* ***** and email, hence want to be refunded the remaining, because the amount paid was 762 to Ticketmaster

      Terrible - I don't know how there is not another option to buy tickets to events that you can do online. Event venues - PLEASE FIGURE THIS OUT!!!! TICKETMAST/LIVE NATION SUCK!!!!A little details on the situation. I entered a discount code that - after the fact - I realized didn't get applied. But since there are no refunds, exchanges, etc. I'm not stuck going to a concert for 3x the price I thought I was paying. When I contacted customer service, lets just say there wasn't any servicing. I was quoted a policy and told that I can try to sell my tickets through their site. Problem with that, is I heard a news story about how TM/LN is not showing personal sale tickets as well any longer, so it is harder to get your tickets sold. What a scam.

      Bought resale tickets through ticketmaster (day before the concert) Went through the steps to accept the tickets and once they were transferred, they were described as obstructed view. We called immediately and Ticketmaster (Vlina) admitted that they did not advertise them as obstructed view but she could not cancel the order, could not submit a complaint on my behalf and could not connect me with a supervisor. We went to the box office and found one of the seats was directly behind a balcony support column!! (No seats in between. Directly behind the column.)Ticketmaster defrauded us and is not doing anything to correct the problem. We will dispute the charge with the credit card company if that doesn't work we'll try small claims court.

      A total unethical business. They let ** members buy tickets and think they have an option to sell their purchased tickets on their site however in the last many cases, ** does not allow the "sell" option however will allow "bids" for your tickets at half price. it is unknown where these bids" are coming from since you are to allowed (sell option is grayed out stating "sell" is not available for this event and there is no option to post tickets for sell on the ** site. The bids are suspicious as a way to control the sales and enables ** to make more money off already purchased tickets. ** also has no pone # and the "Chat leaves you hanging for over 30 mins and disconnects. Very disappointing, shady and disturbing experience.

      I was purchasing a gift for mothers day, selected the pay in 4 and once i clicked proceed the page went blank and I received an alert from my bank that the full amount has been deducted instead, i immediately called ticketmaster, spoke with Ashawn and he stated that the transaction was completed on his end and recommended to call ****** because it wasnt letting him do anything and it was supposed to be ****** the one fixing the payment error.After my conversation with a supervisor from ****** I made few other attempts with ticketmaster, one of the agents had me for 43 minutes waiting "for some answers from the supervisor" and hanged up on, second told me the system was down and couldn't assisted me and the last one told me the system wasn't down and that there was no way for the other agent to be able to speak to the supervisor when it takes up to 24hrs for them to contact me after they request it. Also advised that isn't their problem there was an issue the moment of completing transaction, the supervisor from ****** advised me that she clearly can see on her end that I selected the pay in 4 option, however apparently ticketmaster has some type of agreement that takes the full amount instead and I was not aware of that, there's clearly a payment error here, because I wasn't supposed to be charged full amount instead was supposed to be split it in 4 payments and they said it is ****** fault and they can't do nothing about it on their end because the transaction was completed and it is ****** doing and are the one's that have to resolve it. I really need assistance here, because at this point I'm not satisfied with the product or the way the transaction was completed and how unhelpful are they becoming, I do work on finance at my job and I know that a refund can be override it, they just don't want to proceed and blame ****** instead of doing their job

      We bought tickets with this platform like a month in advance for a concert at ************* and the day of the show just approx 4 hours prior to have to head over there they emailed saying they didnt have my tickets and offered different ones in return. When we agreed they sent later other email saying not possible and the tickets were getting worse in location and we had paid a good price ourselves back in March. We asked for cancellation and they didnt respond till i mentioned BBB and i will dispute my card and i think there has to be rules for that rip off they do.

      I purchased event tickets through Ticketmaster and attempted to list them for resale a few hours before the event using their integrated resale feature. The tickets were placed in a "pending" state, marked as "will be listed soon," but they never actually listed. Because they were stuck in this state, I couldnt use the tickets, cancel the listing, or transfer them to someone else. They were completely locked on Ticketmaster's platform.I called customer support and was placed on hold for 30 minutes. They were only able to resolve the issue five minutes after the event had already started, which rendered the tickets useless. I missed the event entirely.I escalated the issue, and the only resolution they offered was a refund of the service fee, which I find completely inadequate. Due to what appears to be a technical issue or platform bug on Ticketmasters end, I believe I am entitled to a full refund and a sincere apology. Their faulty platform and poor customer support directly caused my loss.I am filing this complaint in hopes of holding Ticketmaster accountable and seeking a fair resolution.

      I purchased two front-row tickets for the Beyonc concert at ************ on April 28, 2025, in Section FL-A2, Row 5, Seats 17 and 18. Without my consent or any prior notification, my tickets were relocated to Section FL-B3, Row 4, Seats 16 and 17. I never received an email or alert regarding this change.On Saturday, just two days before the concert, Ticketmaster processed a refund for these tickets only after I contacted them multiple times. I then requested a proper resolution: either a refund for the remaining ticket I had (in Section 350, purchased at $576) or a relocation to a better seat, since I was willing to accept an alternative of equal or greater value.However, I was told I could only exchange my ticket for options equal to or more expensive than what I paid, and the only available seats were $543.40 or $1,012, which made no sense. To make matters worse, the same section (Section 350) was being sold for as low as $249.20 on the day of the event.I ended up attending the concert frustrated and feeling cheated, having paid more for a worse experience than other attendees sitting in the same area. I also had to travel alone, as the rest of the tickets I had bought and transferred to friends were taken from their accounts and returned to mine without notice, causing great embarrassment and forcing them to cancel their ******** addition to the seat relocation and refund issues, the customer service experience was extremely poor.I attempted to contact Ticketmaster multiple times by phone and email before the event, especially when I noticed the unauthorized changes to my tickets. However:Phone support was only available until 7 PM Eastern Time, even though the concert was at 7 PM Pacific Time, leaving West Coast customers without help close to showtime.

      Due to changes in stage production, some fans now have seats with an obstructed view. The Event Organizer has accommodated these fans with new seats in a comparable location on the floor. We've notified all fans who have been relocated by email to the address associated with the ticket order.

      Refunds were issued if fans completed the short form within that email by the due date provided to have their orders canceled and refunded.

      Your second order was not affected, so our Purchase Policy stays in effect. All sales are final.
