May 24th, 2023 I received the following email from *** at luckyday:Hey *****, this payout is approved and all set, but you and **** wont be able to cash out any more beyond this, Its against our terms of use for there to be multiple players playing cash tournaments in the same household.***.I reviewed the terms of use for dice stars (there are actually no terms of use for bingo stars) and it does not state that it is against their terms that people within the same household play the game. It only refers to people that live in the same household with lucky day employees. I had over 200 dollars in my account that I was unable to withdrawal. My husband also had a bit of money he had accumulated in his account. ******************** closed my account and I am unable to login. I wrote a dispute on May 24th and still have not received a response. I have submitted all of the tax documentation that they requested as well as identity verification that they have requested. After submitting all of this they sent this bogus email, closed my account with over 200 dollars available to withdrawal and do not respond to any emails. They should reopen my account to allow me to withdrawal my winnings and allow me to play since I have not done anything against their terms of services. From other review I have seen from various sources it seems that anyone that is making money on the game will eventually be flagged as suspicious, withdrawals will be frozen, and they will eventually close your account.Initial Complaint

I played their game every day for a long time and finally made it to the ten dollar cash out with ***** in "winnings" they said up to 7 days. This was on ****. Numerous emails unanswered. I was on their recent win page but never paid me. Order #******. I want what was promised to me. Countless attempts to contact them but none back. Why was I on the win page without them paying me. Spent a lot of time to get that and they just ignore every message I've sent. It says "sending" with a bar over it half way filled up and hasn't moved at all since the first day.i played every day for hours playing all their cards trying to win and when I finally did they gave me nothing but still used my face and name as a winner to help promote their game. They say I'm a winner but I feel like I'm loosing. They won't even answer me back and I cannot find any help. They should not be allowed to do this to honest people trying to earn a little extra money. I know $***** is not a lot to most people but I'm a single father trying to make ends meet on $744 a month disability payments so that's a lot to me and my son. I won an amount of $100.00 and requested the payout to PayPal. It shows that it can take up to 7 business days, but as of May 26, 2023, I have received nothing. I have reached out 3 times through submitting a request with no response.Initial Complaint

This game claims that you watch ads and in return you can win coins and prizes. You save up coins won and can cash them in for prizes. I have saved up coins for a few years and tried to claim my prize selected and it keeps giving an error. Stating prize failed. I have tried to contact then with no response. Ok I have been playing lucky day for well over 4+ years. And about a year ago tried to cash out. Well I was told that every 90 mins the cards refresh and that is not true. I personally stayed on the gift card page and refreshing it every min for over 4 hours. And never did they refresh. They moved the order of the cards but not refreshed. I have reached out to them at least 5 times and was told the same thing via email that they refresh. To some people this might be considered ***** but I spent a lot of my time watching countless videos for 4+ years. And they shouldn't false advertise they do something when they don't. If more people wouldn't let this stuff slide and made them answer for there scamming then they wouldn't be able to continue doing this stuff to people. I want to be able to cash out my over 21 million tokens for a PayPal gift card. I earned every one of those coins and I want to be able to cashout like you advertise.Initial Complaint

On 01/31/2023 I was the winner of the $1000 raffle. I redeemed my winnings, which totalled $1008.25 to PayPal and was told it would be credited to my PayPal account with in 7 business days. I have yet to receive my winnings. I've emailed the luckyday support and have not heard anything back from them. I simply want the money that's due to me.Business Response

We're really sorry for the delayed response. Payments of this type open our business up to a great deal of risk, so they often take a bit longer than our typical payouts.
That said, we've gotten confirmation from PayPal that this payment has finally been processed, so you should be able to collect it.
