Ruined my skin and they wont return my calls. I purchased clear and brilliant and 3 months later my skin is still damaged. I had good clear skin but the heavy sales tactic they pushed clear and brilliant on me to make the sale. Saying my skin would look amazing just after a few days. Instead for over a week I was red and scabs. Months later and my skin is still uneven red and reactive.

Should have known that the onslaught of phone calls, emails, and texts that resulted from an initial inquiry was a blaring sign of the displeasure to come! Purchasing botox at a required pricetag of $550 for the smallest increment, I then learned that the nurse would only administer $400 worth during my appointment (32 units for crows feet, and 4 units in the upper lip was all that was allowed) compounded by the 15-minute wait for the nurse to come back in the room to do the injections). Disappointingly, there were no results from the injections. This is no exaggeration. I contacted LaserAway two weeks later, scheduled a consult, explaining that I wanted to be fair, and what was a reasonable solution and/or outcome. During this consult, the first employee explained there was nothing they could do, and I reiterated what is fair and reasonable (never was I requesting money back, rather was hoping to hear a recommendation), when two more employees came into my room, reinforcing there was nothing they could do, but did offer to have corporate call me. Corporate got my voicemail, left a message and had no intention of returning my call as there one voicemail message stated I should not come back to LaserAway. It is possible that the employees at the location I visited were simply lacking in much-needed customer service training, and I could be more empathetic to their ineptitude. However, corporate's response said it all...your satisfaction is NOT this company's top priority. There was zero empathy/understanding/compassion. "I'm sorry for your disappointing experience" would have gone a long way in conveying that LaserAway cares about being a professional and quality service provider. *************** nor customer loyalty are part of the ********************** mission. Their mission: we don't care about customer expectations!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER OR EMAIL. I got an ad on tiktok. I'm not actively looking to get lasered but maybe in the future so I just thought I'd take a look at their prices. immediatley ask for your information. For some reason thought doing that might get me their prices. No prices anywhere. Ok nevermind then, move on with my life. Immediately get a text, email, and then 5 minutes later a call that I don't answer. Calls me 3 more times. Calls me from a different number that doesnt have caller ID so I answer. I tell her I'm busy can't talk. She schedules a call for the next day. I get an email and text about it. I blocked her number cause I wasn't interested and have phone anxiety. My phone shows when block numbers tried to call me. She attempted a call 5 times in one minute. Then tried to call me from a different number. Then got a text from a different number. This isn't just normal business practice of following up with customers, this is harassment.

I just beat LaserAway in my lawsuit against them, I spent 2+ years and $11,000 going through excruciating pain trying to remove a tattoo which they promised with the initial charge of $11,000 would be gone in under 2 years. This company is just Crooks and con artists.

*SCAM ARTISTS BEWARE* HONEST CUSTOMER REVIEW - PLEASE STAY AWAY.*I have been a LaserAway customer since 2021. I purchased their "pre-paid" full body package with add-ons in advance. It is the biggest regret of my life. I am writing this honest review to protect future unsuspecting women from the HORROR I experienced.PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LASERAWAY. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. YOU WILL NOT GET DESIRED RESULTS YOU WANT. YOU WILL BE HUMILATED AND FRUSTRATED. YOU WILL DISCOVER YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. THERE ARE BETTER ALTERNATIVES. 1- MONEY LOST: I lost over *$15,000* USD with LaserAway. Their "packages" cost me $******+ and $5000 lost in the Ally loan they promised me has zero interest.2- SALES PEOPLE ARE *LIARS*Network marketers on commission will ******* you with ****+ messages, emails, and calls obsessively until they've locked you into one of their "packages." DO NOT DO IT. IT IS A SCAM. 3- ZERO DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS: THEY HAVE ZERO disability accommodations, and their staff do not even understand what **** violations" mean. They refused to accommodate any of my disability after a traumatic injury.4- "RESULTS NOT GUARANTEED": The results of the treatment are NOT guaranteed. READ the FINE PRINT. If you're looking for effective, lasting hair reduction, I PROMISE you, LaserAways treatments will NOT give you that.5- BEWARE OF THEIR CONTRACTS: They pull women into vague, confusing, ****** page and $15,000 contracts, then fail to deliver services.- NEWSFLASH: "contract" has an "ARBITRATION" clause to prevent you from EVER suing them for MALPRACTICE, DECEPT, PERSONAL INJURY, or anything.6- NO REFUNDS, OR HUMANITY.- After I suffered a spinal injury & medically verified disability, I cried on the phone with LaserAway representatives, PLEADING and BEGGING for accommodations, or a refund. They refused to provide me ANY accommodations, or refund.7- Unethical business overall. Absolutely disgusting.

They are very nice at first. Once they ******* you with up sells online, texts and in person and you purchase a package or other service very different story.I had bad experience with laser and tattoo packages. Nurse that performed waste of money, painful Thermage treatment said one thing, other nurse said another about treatment process. The result is I did not get my moneys worth or any result or a re-do of process as implied when I called to explain about what had occurred with nurses knowledge discrepancies. Re-do or store credit was implied as an option when I finally got someone from corporate to return my many unanswered phones calls and emails. Spoke to *************************. Sales people come and go they sell you expensive packages, entice you with throwing in free facials and lotions, then you cannot get a hold of them because they no longer work there.I have had various tattoos removed since 2007. I bought a package at Laser away and told it would take ***** treatments for small old ankle tattoo. (no color) That seemed incorrect since in my experience it tool 5-6 total for much larger tattoos. During my treatment asked nurse level of laser. Started at 1.0 for safety. After 3 treatments I was up to 1.4. with no difference in tattoo. I stopped going to Laser away and finished removal at different medical spa. They started me at 7.0 so tattoo could actually react to laser. Machine the same. Tattoo came off in 2 more sessions, I see now why they use such low laser setting. To drag very expensive treatments on for many more sessions than necessary to waste more of customer money.

Wow - wish I read these reviews before 1) I paid for the services & the "free" incentives" 2) I had the Thermage treatment. It was a painful experience, but my problem doesn't reside with that. My complaint is that the nurse performing the treatment did not explain things to me OR listen to me. I had repeatedly asked her to STOP but her reply was "ohh it's spicy, just take a breath." Well after 15 "spicy" comments I asked her to stop using that word as that word describes a taste NOT a feeling. I recommended for her to use the word "sting" instead - that's a feeling. I FELT I HAD NO CHOICE but to continue. What a waste of my time but mostly my money. I am completely ashamed I did this. I am in the process of talking to managers, lead nurses and getting the "well you need to file a customer service complaint." Basically the run around. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

****** from there is so pushy and wont stop forcing packages. Then when I told her I read concerning reviews she went off on me and started to say they were in business a long time, even my fave restaurant has bad reviews and kept on going. I said I still would like to call you back and she just hung up on me. This place is a scam and horrible customer service. Go elsewhere.
