      I spend over $3,000 for 8 laser treatments and I have the same amount of hair that I had before and shaving the same amount as i was before the treatments and all they told me was to buy more treatments.

      I contacted LaserAway back in February in **********, I was looking for some firm tightening skin advice. I received at least 5 phone calls daily for a week and until I scheduled a face-to-face consult. I met with a young lady who told me that Thermage was the right treatment for me and that I would be seeing the desired results. I spent over $2000 for the neck and upper legs and after 3 months I saw zero results. I called and emailed, staff were avoiding me like the plague. I finally got a reply via email from someone who told me that treatment does not work for everyone and there will be refund even partial. I was advised to instead try another treatment.Needless to say I was not too pleased considering I was told to not worry and it was the best treatment out there. Highly disappointed with the lack of follow up and assistance, here we are 6 months + later and still no result, no follow up and out of $2200.....

      I have been a loyal customer of ********************** for several years, but my recent experience at the ************ location on ************* has been deeply disappointing.I arrived at 3:15 PM for my scheduled appointment, only to be informed that their system had me down for 3:00 PM. As a result, I was forced to wait until 4:30 PM for the next available slot. After patiently waiting, the nurse repeatedly prepared me for the wrong treatment, despite my attempts to correct her. This confusion led me to decide against continuing with the treatment, and I requested to speak with a representative to discuss the situation.The representative I spoke to, ****** *****, displayed no empathy or concern for the miscommunication and inconvenience I had experienced. Instead, she accused me of being aggressive and told me I needed to lose the passion in my voice because the nurse claimed to feel threatened. As a Black woman, I was particularly offended and hurt by this comment, which reflected the type of microaggressions that are far too common in these situations. This was especially upsetting after having spent over $1,000 on services over the years, only to be treated with such disregard.When I calmly expressed my desire to escalate the issue and speak to someone in a higher position, ****** accused me of making threats and claimed she was the highest person available. This dismissive and accusatory behavior is entirely unacceptable, particularly from a company that prides itself on customer care.I am not seeking a refund but rather a formal apology and a resolution to address the unprofessional behavior I encountered. I hope that Laser Away will take steps to correct this issue and ensure that no other customer has to endure such treatment in the future.This experience has left me questioning the companys commitment to customer service, and I feel it is important to share my story so that others are aware of the lack of respect and professionalism I encountered.

      I contacted support for a refund 9/7 they said I would get a response within 24 to 72 business days. Heard nothing. Contacted support again on 9/12. Chat said same thing that someone would reach out in 24 to 72 hours. Still nothing. Now trying everywhere to try and get a response.

      At one point I was interested in Laser Hair Removal from Laser Away. My circumstances changed, and I was no longer able to afford the service. When I reached out to the sales representative to let her know, I was told that they could not cancel my loan and would instead offer me store credit. I had not had any services from them so I was somewhat confused as to why they couldn't just refund the loan to PatientFi, instead of keeping the funds and still holding me responsible for a loan I could no longer commit to. I've read multiple instances on reddit where LaserAway sales representatives have engaged in similar practices and it's not only unethical, but incredibly dishonest. I shouldn't be held responsible for services I've never received.

      I ordered the package and i decided to cancel . It was in same day . I try to cancel with in 24 hrs and they wont cancel . . So I am losing $3000 , because I cant use their services, and they wont return me my money. They ordered me a store credit . But I dont see anything I want to use At this point. Going to call a credit card .

      I have been laseraway costumer from 6 years. They burnt my face in 2017 and I still trusted and went back to them this year. And in the last appt in fremont they burnt again saying spot test. First 3 pics are from 2017 and last pic is from Friday's August, 23rd, 2024 Appt. Still I thought it was my skin, I requested for follow up and went today morning, Aug 26th. The lady just applied vaseline and went over the micro crusting instructions. The female who treated me didn't even send me these instructions. I requested for refund.I am very unhappy with the staff and they don't seem to be professional

      I find it very hard to believe that this company has not yet been shut down. Everything they do is a scam. They have sketchy sales practices. They keep calling customers with false promises until they get them to buy a treatment plan then they vanish on them. They refuse to refund you when you find out you were scammed. They set you up with payment plans with supposedly 0% interest if paid within 18 months. But then they make sure your payment plan doesnt get paid off in time so you end up accumulating interest. Reddit reviews all align with this but yet no one has sought after or stopped this company from doing what they are doing as they continue to expand and have new branches all over the **.

      The service was great but way more expensive than any other clinic for 3 touch *** in a larger area. I was charged $1300. When I decided to cancel after just one treatment they told me I have to pay $789 just for one treatment instead of $433 that will be the third part or the initial deal. Do I have any consequences if I dont pay?

      The worst place to ever go!!! ******** services here horrible. Arrived at appointment time which was 10:00am to then have the blonde girl in front desk say it's at 11:30 showed her the email and texted received that shows 10am. She said we'll here it's 11am. Now 11?? You said 11:30am it's for a very small tattoo removal. This is the second time this has happened to us! We live 45min from the location. She just said not her problem was very rude! I will never use there services again have a few sessions left that I pre paid for! DONT GO THERE THEY DONT TREAT LIKE A PERSON AT ALL. when leaving she then said to another customer what a bitc* . That truly was the last thing you say to customer how came on time twice and you moved the appointment. FYI the session for the tattoo removal are only 5min, she could have said our mistake but we will get you right in but no call me a bitc* and say not her problem when asked if a manager is available she said she would say the same thing so I didn't want to argue so we left back 45min trip home.
