      Spoke to a representative (***) at 9 pm Eastern time on February 21 st. while looking at Lively s website saying how their representatives are so eager to help. This woman was so rude, impatient, and wouldn't let me explain my concerns. She talked over me and when I tried to talk, she hung up on me. If I did that to a client, I would be fired!!! I called back and spoke to (********) who helped me and was exceptional.

      Have tried to call customer service,the woman said it may be 10 minutes as they were awful busy.Well after waiting over 30 minutes I hung up. Can't belive the service has now. Remember several months ago when I would call for something,would get a person right away,might be in ****** or Calif but at least got to talk to someone about my problem. Now Lively must of cut that part out,and have one site to call.Email them about this,no reply,as suggested they have a system like the ones I used from other places,and after afew minutes they tell you if you wish to have a call back when the line will be open,press star then someone comes on the line telling you have your number,so in afew minutes they call me. Think more companies like lively would have something like this. Hope that Lively will improve in this.*****

      Terrible. Activated phone. Gave them my area code, prefix and other information they asked and the number they gave me wasnt in my area code. Called back, waited on hold, got cut off at their 6pm close time. Called next day. Gave all the requested info to get a number with my area code. Was told this was the last time they could do a new phone number. Then new number came and still wasnt with my area code where I live. They never said they couldnt give me a number with the area code where I live. What a disappointing way to treat older adults. Very frustrating. Will call tomorrow yet again, but my hopes are low based on this past service.

      I have had not had any problems with the service. It's a basic unlimited talk & text phone with some features useful to Seniors should they need them. The Audio is ******* clear and the controls are simple to use. The Lively 2 phone is very rugged compared to fragile smart phones.For $ 19 dollars per month is hard to beat. ****

      They don't seem to hae a clue about importing phone numbers. You'd think this was something they would have developed some expertise in since it surely is a key component of signing up new customers. I have been trying for three weeks. That is about the limit of my patience. Always very nice and always end up saying I need to do some more checking and will get back in touch with you within 48 hours. They never get back in touch. When you call, it is the same **************** again.

      *************** Just a word of caution, if you see this many complaints, you really should consider another carrier. I was with this company when it was Jitterbug. I got much better service when it was Jitterbug. When the company became "Lively" there were nothing but problems. For me, the last straw was when they erroneously disconnected my service and was not able to restore the service until several hours later. Needless to say I was on the road at the time and I did not know that I did not have phone service until someone contacted someone else that was with me. Worst service EVER! Please do yourself a favor and look at other carriers. I am with a different carrier, and absolutely love the service!

      I was really looking Forward to getting my mom a Jitterbug smart phone with the Lively service. Shes more confused and forgetful all the time and this simple phone with support catered to the elderly looked like the solution. However, after purchasing the phone and porting my moms old number over, I was never able to get the cellular service working. ******* confirmed the number had ported but I kept getting the run around from the Luvely support agents. While some were friendly, none of them were able to help me. I live over 4 hours away from my mom and needed to get this phone working over the weekend but after spending over 3 hours on with Lively support agents and getting hung up on twice, I finally gave up. Just before the last agent disconnected us (after an hour with me and the Beat Buy Supervisor) she told me that the account had a lot of errors that needed fixed and that they couldnt even give me an answer about IF they could help me for another 24 hours. Wanted to share a word of caution before someone else tries this with their 80+ year old loved one.

      The customer service rep that answered the phone this morning sounded like she just woke up and was hung over and was obviously working from home. When I first started using them a few years ago, they sent me all free equipment to get their hooks into me. They were always good about replacing their faulty equipment too. But recently they raised their prices, dropped fall detection with no notice and just now tried to charge me $19.99 for replacing their faulty charger. No thanks, I'll pass. Just another greedy company not caring about their customers. I don't want to line their pockets any longer. I suggest you pass as well. They only care about one thing and its NOT YOU!

We are pleased to see that you have been using your device for over three years. Your device and charger are no longer covered under the one-year warranty and as such you would be required to purchase a new a charger.       If I could give them 0 I would. Have ordered replacement phone for my Mom three times now, and although every agent and supervisor told me it was shipped, it never was! Just made my 4th call to try and get it resolved. Dont touch this company. We will go elsewhere.
