      Purchased for my elderly Mom but after 1 year all her stored images/photos are POSTERIZED!! Kind of look like a negative. Thought she did something wrong but even the camera shows images this way. Checked all settings and updated the SW...still looks terrible!Contacted Lively and got nowhere because I have service with another carrier. Asked for product support on phone and would not help or direct **** was told to call ******* (my carrier) but I explained it was not the service but the phone that was having an issue!!! Still no help even though an obvious defect with phone.Unless you consider this a disposal purchase, I would avoid Lively products!!

      Our customer service representative at **********************, Alaurah was amazing! She was so patient, kind, understanding and very helpful. She spent an hour and a half on the phone with my mom and I. My stepdad is in a physically therapy nursing home 4 and a half hours away from us and has been having trouble with his Jitterbug phone. I called him on my phone and had him on speaker and my mom's phone on speaker. ******* talked to my stepdad and tried to troubleshoot his phone. She was able to find out what the problem is and is having a New phone shipped expedited to him. She is a real asset to Lively! One of the best phone representatives I've ever talked to.

      I ordered a phone but decided I did not want the service. Too expensive. I put phone away and forgot about it. That was months ago. Today I received a bill for $57 in mail. I never turned that phone on or did anything with it. I had paid for the phone. I have been dealing with different health issues from a stroke. I am 73 years old. Evidently this was a second bill as they say I owe over $100!!! I called customer service. Rudest girl I ever talked to. She ended my call as she was upsetting me more than I already was.. I feel like this company is a total scam. How do I cancel this???

      This is the worst cell phone service I have ever had. I tried to port out one time and they lost my phone number. Next I finally ported out of their business and they charged me 3 times the amount owed. I am a disabled person and now they want doubled the amount for my bill! The phone was so lousy and no one could hear me. I believe it is a crooked company.

      Nothing but issues since early Jan of this year. My moms flip phone ***** work but heard there were issues. Phone finally worked again up until last week. No service. Called, said they were aware of the issue and issued a new flip ********** got here in 2 days. Took two days to get it activated as customer service rep ***** know what to do. Called again & said it was on their end that needed to be updated on their computer. This new phone only worked for 6 HOURS today and now no service. Shes 85.

      Very POOR customer service and I have called many, many times, only to give up after ***** minutes. I think their quality control has disappeared as I have three Jitterbug phones that do not work. The best of them quit letting me send pictures to others and when I received a call, the caller could not hear me, so I would call them. The next phone they sent me had black lines on the screen that never went away. The third phone would not activate, and I was told (after finally talking to a real customer service person) that it had a battery in it for a Jitterburg smart phone! What is going on with this company?? The Great Call company had great service and very timely. I am looking around for another carrier and in the mean- time, I am sending back three of their crappy Jitterbug phones!

      The worst purchase that I've ever made for my mom. The customer service is awful. I ended up calling at least 20 times in one month. The customer service would promise discounts then charge double. My advice Don't get for a loved one
