Bitmo is a mobile app that sold gift cards for various brands for many years. My last purchase from them was on June 13 2022 for a Topgolf gift card for $100 with many similar purchases in the months prior. Some time around November, I noticed that the gift cards that I had purchased through the years were no longer visible within the app. At this time I have 41 gift cards representing $3525 that I purchased from Bitmo that I cannot view and thus cannot use. I contacted Bitmo support on 1/17/2023 about this issue and received no response. On 2/6/2023, I contacted Hungry Friend support since the Bitmo team seemed to have shifted focus to that mobile app, and still received no response. I along with many others have yet to be able to reach anyone at the company to get a refund or to get access to these gift cardsInitial Complaint

On April 3rd I redeemed points for a $25 lowes gift card and it was unavailable to be used even after the 24hr period of processing it stated. I then reached out to the company via the support email address and got a request number (*****). It has been over a week and I was never contacted back.Initial Complaint

I used Bitmo to get a Target Gift card, and Bitmo did not deliver. The error message says the card is in process but it never becomes useable. Bitmo took my money and failed to deliver on the product I ordered.Initial Complaint

My Bitmo account is @joshuat21 and account email is ******************** Bitmo owns me 8 gift cards. 2 of them are $100 Bestbuy gift card, 1 of them is $100 TotalWine gift card, and 5 of them are $30 Domino's gift card. I have tried to get my gift cards since 11/15/2022. However, it always shows this error "Card order is still processing and should be available shortly." I submitted the customer support ticket on 11/16/2022. However, I still do not get any reponse until to now(3/10/2023). I want the company refund or provide gift cards to me. Thanks.Initial Complaint

Bitmo is a company that provides points for things such as Gift Card purchases, clicking through their referral ************* activities, etc. I did this over the last couple of years and collected some points that I was able to redeem for Gift cards. I have two such recent gift card redemptions in my Bitmo wallet that I cannot access due to an error message in the application that reads "Card order is still processing and should be available shortly." I have reached out to Bitmo via ********************************** many times over the last couple of months to ask them to fix this, but they have not responded at all beyond the automated response. My Bitmo account is linked to my email ****************************** details of the transactions are:- $100 Best Buy gift card: Initially redeemed on 11/11/2022. I sent off support requests on 11/11, 11/15, 11/21, 12/12, and 12/29. Still no response from the company.- $100 Target gift card: Initially redeemed on 12/7/22.
