I have $30 in gift cards that are in this app. Every time I try to click on them and use them it gives me an error saying its still processing. This has been going on for over a month. I use Bitmo app to buy gift cards and in return they provide points and some time bonus points. Such way I accrued several thousand points and recently redeemed all those thousands of points into gift card for various stores. This is their usual way of redeeming the points in this platform. Recently in such a way I converted those points into Chipotle ($50), Dominos ($25), Jersey ****'s ($50), Subway ($50), Target ($15) cards but now none of those gift cards are available to use. All these cards are showing inactive and could not use it for my personal use. This is been like this for several weeks now. Please look into this and provide a resolution.Initial Complaint

Bitmo refuses to respond to multiple emails and tickets regarding $300 that is owed to me in Best Buy and Under Armour gift cards that were to be distributed to me months ago. I purchased two $100 Uber gift cards on two different days, yet the second one I purchased does not work, it will not activate because its using the same code as the first one.
