    I tried to redeem a giftcard over a month ago and I keep getting the message -Card order is processing and should be available shortly. It never takes more than a couple mins to get a giftcard unless there is a problem. When there have been problems, I reach out to customer service and always get a reply in 24 hours and a resolution within 48 hours. I have reached out 4 times now and Im not getting any reply.

    I am a registered customer of ********************** App (account email: ********************* which provides loyalty points for purchases that can be redeemed for gift cards. On November 12, 2022, I redeemed the loyalty points in my account for seven gift cards like Bestbuy and Office Depot. When attempting to access all three cards, the app registered an error stating "Card order is still processing and should be available shortly". Since then, I had emailed Bitmo customer support five times in last few weeks via Submit a Ticket in Bitmo App. I havent received any response so far after I reached out several times. As of today on December 13, 2022, I am still unable to access those gift cards as they still show the same error information. I seek assistance in accessing the cards that Bitmo owes me through their loyalty point redemption.

    Ive been trying to redeem my target gift card that Ive earned for weeks now. It always says processing and will be available shortly. There is no reason for this to be locked up and its blatant theft.

    Hello, I have a registered account with Bitmo. The company issues loyalty points for purchases such as gift cards from their app. The points can then be redeemed for gift cards. At the start of December 2022, my friends informed me that they had trouble activating the gift cards that they had purchased or redeemed. As a result, I tried to activate the various gift cards that I have purchased or redeemed from them, but kept getting an error saying "Card order is still processing and should be available shortly". I have already emailed ********************************** twice for help, but the only reply that I have received is an automated email asking me to go to support.bitmo.com/hc/requests/27521 for updates (please see attached email). However, they have not contacted me after that. I would be grateful if you can help me to ask Bitmo to let me activate the gift cards which have not been activated. Please find attached a spreadsheet showing the gift cards which have not been activated and the receipts with the purchase dates.Thank you very much for the help.

Around three weeks ago, I was trying to activate the various gift cards that I have purchased from them, but kept getting an error stating "Card order is still processing and should be available shortly". Immediately, I emailed ********************************** for help, but have not received any reply at all. The last time I sent a reminder on 4 December 2022, I received an automated email asking me to visit support.bitmo.com/hc/requests/27520 for updates (please see attached email). However, I have not heard anything from them since. I would be grateful for your help in asking Bitmo to let me activate the gift cards which have not been activated.     I redeemed a $25 gift card for Instacart on the Bitmo app on November 11. Usually the gift card is available immediately. It has now been a month and I still have not received the gift card.

    My wife (***********, email: ******************* and I redeemed 3 Target gift cards ($50, $15, $15) and 1 Uber Eats gift cards ($20) on 11/22/22. When we tried to get the gift card codes, Bitmo system have always shown Card order is still processing and should be available shortly. We have contacted ********************************** 3 times, but got no response. When we tried to see our previous redeemed Lowes gift cards ($5 and $20 each for my wife and myself), it has shown the same error message.

    I have had numerous gift cards and a lot of money in a wallet for gift cards that I can no longer access. I have reached out to them on numerous occasions and have not received a reply. Today I went into my account and it was deactivated. Could you please let me know how to receive the money I have in there?

    I purchased a $100 Instacart gift card to be used on groceries the following week and when I went to use it I got the error message seen below. I have sent multiple claims but they haven't even been viewed! It says regifted but it never was! Now I am out $100 in groceries for my family!

    I am a registered customer of **********************, which provides loyalty points for purchases that can be redeemed for gift cards. On November 11, 2022 I made three separate points redemptions for Best Buy gifts cards. These redemptions were: ******* points for a $100 Best Buy gift card, ****** points for a $25 Best Buy gift card, and ****** points for a $10 Best Buy gift card. When attempting to access all three cards, the app registered an error stating "Card order is still processing and should be available shortly". I contacted Bitmo customer support (Ticket ID #****** on November 11, ***************************** receiving the cards. I did not receive a response from Bitmo and continued to inquire about the card status four additional times. I have still never received a response. I submitted a direct email inquiry to Bitmo customer service re-instilling my inquiry as to when I will receive the cards (new Ticket ID #****** on Dec 2. I have not received a response. Attached are the two full customer support inquiry logs, of which I have not received responses to. I seek assistance in accessing the cards that Bitmo owes me through their loyalty point redemption.
