      Registration on the 24 hour app is required to reserve a bike for offered spin class.After my app logged me out I was unable to reset password and or user name to get logged I to app.I have seemed assistance at 3 different locations. I have tried contacting corporate by telephone. Never a message option or answer.I have emailed corporate 3 different times, no response.All I need please is to be able to reserve a bike for myself via the 24go app.Can anyone help moving forward? What do you suggest?******

      I originally joined because most gyms were open 24 hours a day. And I work abnormal hours. Now its very difficult to find a gym thats open 24/7. My home gym opens a mere 12 hours on weekends. Theres a super sport nearby thats open 24 hours however I got an email saying the Covid courtesy is ending and that I need to pay more if I want to continue going to that super sport location. I emailed 24 hour fitness but they referred me to their location finder. When did 24 hour fitness became this bad? Its going the direction of ******. My wife goes to planet fitness and I think their gyms are better run and cleaner! Yet they charge less?!?! If it wasnt for the swimming pool, I wouldve switched to PF long ago. 24 hour fitness you better get your sh*t together. All these $ 10 a month gyms are coming for you.

      I have been a 24 Hour Fitness member for many years. I have many complaints about the practices at some of the gyms (I have visited many throughout **********) but have withheld most of my complaints due to the contractual agreement with 24 Hour Fitness, which states that my annual payment for membership would be $49. I have been a member since 2006 and have kept up my side of the agreement. When I recently looked at my renewal payment due for this year a few days ago, I was shocked to see a hike in price. This was not just a small hike in price; this was a hike of nearly 100%. I was given no prior warning of this hike in price. I did not receive an email nor a letter. I then contacted a 24 Hour Fitness club. Of course, the staff there could not help me. I did some research, and it appears I am not the only one with this experience. Apparently, there was a settlement in 2017 which I had no knowledge of. My rate should be honored as agreed upon when I signed up in 2006. If I had owed this company money, I am sure they would not hesitate to recoup their money based on the contractual agreement. So how is it fair for this company to break our contractual agreement?

      My husband and I went to the 24 hour fitness where we originally enrolled to cancel the membership and we were instructed to send email and wait up to 10 business days. The reason for our cancellation was due to a stabbing that happened at the gym. The two times we went people would park on the curb even though there is more than enough parking. The impression of that is skeptical. The last time we went there were two officers just outside the gym and not actually working out. The impression that day was not of a safe environment. Later that week on social media we saw about a stabbing at the gym during busy evening hours. As a pregnant women I have reached out and requested a refund for the year we paid two weeks prior to all of this happening. I hope we can get an answer and a resolution.

      24hr fitness brand is going down hill the facilities are filthy the equipment is old and constantly breaking down the operating hours are no longer 24 hours they are under staffed they lock you into contracts that you cannot get out of unless you pay a $50 cancelation fee even though the poor up keep of the facilities and the old broken equipment along with the fact that they are not open 24hrs anymore is the reason why you want to cancel its sad that this corporation puts its profits over the members who makes them money it is so sad that this gym is going down hill locations are constantly being permanently closed I have regretted everyday that I joined 24hrs fitness. I just want out of my contract without having to pay a fee its not my fault that the 24hr fitness brand is no longer living up to its name and it ability to provide a clean sanitary environment for its members. I have read the reviews online and the concensus is the same across the country very poor ratings and customer satisfaction.

      I am so disappointed in 24 hour fitness when they can let WHITE people coming to the gym and call you ******* and nothing is done about it did you hear what I said Nothing is done about it. now if it was turned arounow that African American person would have been ****** it out by security. what a racist I Mean racist employees/Supervisors they have. now this was done on April 24th 2024 Things is half to change with this 24 Hour they are quick 2 have you exported out when you have done nothing. but when something as SERIOUS as this and nothing is done. This 24 hour business need to be monitor very closer. SO SAD THIS BUSINESS. I have seen them kick a guy out for 1 year for Speaking his mind he did deserve a year suspension but I seen it with my own eyes now when this thing's happens when you've been RACIALLY DISRESPECTED In their place of business and 24 hours is Doing nothing Now if a fight would have broke out yes who would have beexport it out possibly put in jail and membership expended indefinitely. it's SAD Day in ******* Now this white man Seem to be BLINDED but CAN SEE YOU to call you a N***** for no reason at all seems to have a PATTERN doing this ***** **** shame on 24 hour fitness and their management.????

      I have been a member since 2017. The 24hour fitness located on 7th St. in ********** **. Has continued to cut back their hours since 2021. On weekends they are only open for about 14 hours. Having a quality gym that is open 24 hours was the whole point in why I joined. I have tried to contact the manager by email and phone but have not received any response. When I have talked to desk employees about extending the hours of operation they dont really have an answer. Why am I paying for 24hour access when Im not receiving it?

      what a joke. I have been a member for over 20 years. I went in the my two teenage children to use 3 -day trial pass. The passes had no expiration date. One of the female's working, *****, refused to accept the passes saying she had never seen them before. She tried to get me to buy day passes. I said I wanted the 3 -day pass. Again, she refused. My children have never had a 3-day pass. The website even offers 3 day passes for those 12 and up. Total discrimination and unprofessional. I have not heard from 24 hour corporate. ***** needs to be fired!24 hour should not be surprised that equipment is stolen or people don't take care of the gym when they jerk people around.Also, the gym is filthy and gross. They have on person to clean the whole gym. Additionally, why are they not open 24 hours?? there hours are fewer then any other gym in town.

      24 Hour Fitness ***************************** facility:Once AGAIN, ***************************** pool is unswimmable. This is a recurring problem, refusing to be addressed. This is only March 2024. Since January, these are some issues:Jan 29-Feb 24 ******* pool down. contaminated Mar 4 ******* pool contaminated again.Mar 5 ******* pool reopened Mar 11 ******* pool murky Mar ***** ******* pool closed: PH unbalance Mar 25 ******* pool beginning to be murky Mar 27 ******* pool murkyunswimmable NO pool technician to maintenance for 4 months. Only borrowed technicians when there is an issue and complaints.Plus, 4 shower heads in the women's locker room are inaccessible.The Handicap shower has been inaccessible for 14 months! There's a big hole in the plumbing area, with zero attempt to fix. Other shower heads are operating poorly, except only 1 that's decent.Bringing attention to the front desk is worthless and pretentious. In one ear and out the other.

      I have been a longtime member and was grandfathered in to a crazy plan of $20 a year when I paid for 7 years ahead. What they don't tell you is that anytime you miss an annual payment they increase your annual. In my case it went from 20$ a year to 65$ a year and a 100$ fee to hold that. Then I just missed this year and it went from $65 to $155 a year. Not cool since they don't have auto payment and they do this on purpose. They also have no phone number to call to make it even harder to talk to somebody.
