      What good does it to leave a review when the BBB gives them an A+ rating and doesn't use customers reviews to hold the business accountable for their lack of service. We were flooded out from *** and could not return to our destroyed home to use the service we payed for or get our equipment and they are still charging us and everyone you talk after sitting on hold for man hour in not even American VIASAT IS A CROOKED COMPANY and should be fined for their shady business tactics and shut down.I would give them a 0 rating if I could.

      Run don't walk away from Viasat. I finally canceled my service. They said they were going to send me a package for return. It did not come. I called them three times to get it sent here. Nothing came. I pleaded with the rep to help me solve the issue to let me mail it in on my own. They did nothing. I am out $325 at not fault of my own. Actuallly, I went above and beyond to try to solve the problem with their system to no avail.

      Horrible service, high speed internet at 150 gbs lasts all of two days then your data capped especially when paying ****** plus gas for sub par services the wifi router they provided has to be reset more than my old centrylink wifi router/ modem which is saying something, and to add to this if its raining no internet if its to cloudy no internet sometimes even the wind prevents a good internet connection. Wish I wouldve never wasted my time and hard earned money with their service xfinity doesnt reach me and Starlink isnt available for over a year so waiting isnt an option for the time being I plan to cancel this company as soon as consolidated internet service does their install.

      This company is a terrible internet service provider. The customer service is horrible as well. We can't use the internet because of very poor service but they are holding us into a contract and want to charge me an additional $330 to cancel it. Supposedly we have used ****** of data so far and we are not even able to browse the internet or my children play online. I have better service on my cell phone in my home with a metal roof. I would advise anyone looking for internet to please do a little more research and find another company!! They don't give you a time frame to try the internet to see if it actually works. Once it's installed, you are screwed! They were not helpful at all. Never even once asked if they could help me to trouble shoot the problem to see if something was wrong. They were quick to tell me it was a breach of contract and I would be charged! This is one of the few internet options in my area. We live in a very rural area and were trying to find something for my children during school in the event of going virtual or having to miss school. If I could give them less than a 1 star, I would! There is not a single thing about this company that I can say was decent!

      I would give these people a -10 if I could !!!! I disconnected in March of 2022. Always paid my bill on time, always had problems with the services. On Sept 24, 2022 they took $150 out of my checking account because I didn't get in the roof and get there transmitter. I told them I was not climbing in the roof and getting it. So they are going to send a tech out to get it and they will reimburse me $55 AFTER they get it. These people are crooks and everyone I know will know that.

      Worst internet company with even worse customer service. Canceled after having them 2 years. Waited 45 days for 3 different return kit boxes. All the while they kept calling threatening to charge my account $400 for unreturned equipment. They internet service they provide is not good. Couldnt stream ******* on one device without it continually pausing. When you call customer service, they dont care and ask if you want to buy faster service. Was being charged monthly $120 for no service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. You will be sorry! Also make sure you change your card when you cancel, because you will mysteriously be charged out of country charges for say plane tickets to a foreign country just minutes after canceling. Big time scammers!

      This company is terrible. They are way over priced and take advantage of people who cant get anything else as far as wifi goes. They are a huge scam. And will not help you nor work with you on anything. I payed a higher end package for a way lower package of speed. And when I called to ask them about it I talked to 6 different people 3 supervisors and they refused to help me. I canceled with in two days

      Disgusting customer service when cancelling service. Viasat satellite internet service was cancelled on X-XX-XX by us. They claimed to not receive the returned equipment and charged us $318.00 for not returning their equipment 6 months after we initiated cancellation. Made eight (8 phone calls on ***** ***** **** ***** ***** **** ************ Company policy was to send the customer an equipment return box via **** Supposedly they made at least 4 attempts to send a box , but could never provide a *** tracking number. We never received any of the shipping boxes. A customer service rep finally provided a shipping address for us to return the equipment at our own expense.
      IN SUMMARY: Total phone call time was 194 minutes, we had a 75 mile, 2 hour long round trip and paid $21.90 for *** shipping for which we have a "Proof of Delivery" receipt from ****

      Terrible internet service provider. Connectivity is intermittent at best, speed is slow and data just seems to disappear. The customer service is terrible and they offer no resolution. They did not meet the terms of their contract of providing quality internet. Their representative and manager agreed our service dropped out multiple times a day. They would not agree to remove or discount the termination fee. In our rural area this was the only available option. The company takes advantage of this and charges very high rates. I do not recommend. Sign up for the Starlink waiting list.
