      Wen they do a contrat they have to tell the true not lier to the customers they put under contrat I filing they abused my rights wen they not clear on they contrat All the business the I know They clear on the contrat they don't

      I would give zero stars for this review, but the system will not take it. Therefore, they automatically get one star. Let me explain how these crooks do business. First, I have been a customer of ********************** for over 6 years. I have been on auto pay since the beginning, so I've never. d a past due bill. Beware, should you ever need to cancel their service, you must do it prior to your billing date. They will not disconnect your service in the middle of the month unless you are past due. I called to cancel service because I have no use for it anymore now that my employer will no longer let me work from home. I attempted to cancel in the middle of my billing cycle, and they refuse to disconnect and prorate the "pre-paid" month. They said it is in the fine print of the disconnection disclosure. I asked why they did not disclose this when I agreed to my contract and again said, because it is part of the disconnection disclosure. I asked for persons in higher positions that could make that decision and was not able to get above manager level. I find this business practice extremely poor, unclear, and dishonest. I pray this eventually lands in court with a class action law firm. I would love to be part of that. Without hesitation, I would recommend never placing your account on auto pay. The service is ok when comparing satellite internet service. It is slow - like all of them. The only one that is much faster and has no data caps is StarLlink by SpaceX. Oh, and StarLink only charges you for what you order. Disconnect whenever you want. Furthermore. I have been on a ViaSat plan for years now that they no longer offer. It was to be a locked in price. Although they did honor that, my speeds dropped in the last two years. After several calls to ViaSat about the lower speeds, the customer service agent told me that my speeds are being throttled back because they want me to go on a new plan ($80.00 more a month to get the same speed and data I am currently locked in to receive).       If this company pops up just delete or move past to the next. They completely lie about their service. It doesnt work, they have unrealistic data caps and their only solution is to charge you more. Even when you get the bigger package the data caps still happens. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid, run away and do not get service with this company!!! Horrible!!!

      I called before the Labor Day weekend since my modem started was overheated and just stop working. I called for someone from Viasat to come in to fix itthe viasat team scheduled me for September 6th, so I took off from work. Time frame was from ****am. To make the story short, I called there 6 times. Last call lasted until 6:23pm for one hour since they had me waiting all dayI wasnt able to find out if the person was going to arrived. No one on Viasat was able to help me or give me any time framethe customer service was terrible- I asked is ******************** could assist me on this company to call me since they already charged this month but they are not trying to fix the modem or doing any follow up and they already collected payment. I asked if I could get some assistance in locating a manager since Im unsure anymore who to call here

      They are a scam. We called **** and set up service recommended by ***** they told us it would be 2 weeks for install. That same night a viasat tech called us and told us they could install in 3 days. The tech told us he was a subcontractor for ***** Lie one. They also told us the internet package we were ordering would handle 9 devices lie 2. They also told us for the first 3 months our bill would be $65. Lie 3. The mondayvthey came for connection the te h told me he was affiliated with ****** made sense because I was a cable install for **** and time Warner so subs made sense) tech brought dog s*** in the house he stepped in and did not clean it up. First day we dud not watch second day we tried to watch and it stayed imaging most of the time, and did that for the first week. We canceled service in 9days disconnected it in 5 days( ordered ********* I signed no contract with these people. They kept telling me the contract I signed with them I was responsible for 2yrs of service. I couldn't even get one week of service. They told us we used our data ** in 5days, tried selling us more data. Once I was able to cancel they took forever to send the box to return it. Once we returned it they tried saying we're past our return date yet they received the package in less time we were given. Yet they tried charging us. I put a stop payment on them because they didn't honor their contract mind you we never called viasat we called ***** so it leafs me to believe **** sold our info to viasat and they led us to believe they were subs for ***** Now on the stop payment they changed they billing info to get into my account. I filed with my bank again for another stop payment. They called me and threatened me. This business is a bad faith business who scams it customers and **** should be held accountable for selling our info to a third rate business. I have not found one good review on these people. I hope they fold and ho bankrupt.

      Don't even think about getting service with them. Absolute predatory business practices that everybody who works here should be ashamed of. So here are a few things you should know:When you cancel you have to return part of the dish that is on your roof. They'll send a technician out to install this dish at no charge, but its $90 to have it removed. So unless you're in the mood for climbing up on your roof you better plan on paying $90 to remove it or up to $300 for not returning it. If you call to cancel during a frozen account they will do everything possible to kick the can down the road so that your account comes out of a freeze and you get charged again.On top of all this the service is slow, data caps are unreasonable, and good luck having zoom calls with the latency. I truly feel sorry for people that have this and other satellite service providers as their only internet option

      this is the worst company i have ever delt with There customer service cant help there internet service is horrible and 3 months later it is still not resolved. They have asked me to return my equipment because I sold my home and no longer needed there service I was told that a return box with all postage paid would be mailed to me to return. On June 28, I had not received call again, still on july 18 not received I canceled my Service on june 1, and it is August 26 today. Still don't have the box to return, Todays inquirly was told it would come in my mail but no box

      We terminated service today (August 25,2022) with Viasat after 6 years. Termination experience is horrible. I called them today requesting service to be cancelled immediately. They said that since I am calling after the billing cycle has ended that I would have to pay for another month. You pay for service for the month ahead not for the month that you have already used. So I am paid up for service through Sept. 15, 2022. They are making me pay for another month of service starting Sept. 15 going through Oct. 15 that I don't need. My guess is that they realize that they are doomed to fail regarding the vastly superior competition that they are up against that they are going to soak whatever penney they can get out of customers that are heading out the door.

      This company should not be allowed to do business with anyone. I purchased my equipment out right and did my time, when we decided to cancel due to a better option in our area they became very difficult to deal with. The day I canceled my service they told me that I had to return the equipment that I paid for, and I explained that I purchased it outright and owned it, had to read the man my contract and the payment details, he then kept me on hold for over 20 minutes and then told me I was correct and there would be no charge. a month later I am receiving an email stating that I need to pay for the equipment or return it. I would be more than happy to return it but them I feel they need to refund me since I already own it. They keep telling me that they need to file a case and I will hear back on said case in 3 to 5 days. I was also told that they would delete my card on file but I see it is still tied to my account on line. They are terrible and not reliable and un trustworthy.
