      Very unprofessional charge me a price I never agreed to pay. I asked for proof because I know I never said I would pay that. I was rudely talked down to and never came with a resolution. Bad business poor customer service

      I had a scheduled appointment on friday 712/24 between 11 and 2pm ok no one showed up called spoke to someone and rescheduled for the next day Saturday between 8 and 11am and still no one at the time of this review it is now 6:41pm Saturday.

      If I have could I'd give no stars. This company does nothing but take your money tell you one thing and then does another. They are scammers and will charge you more money than what was agreed on almost every 6 to 9 months. They lie and make it seem like it's the customers fault. Run Far and Fast after 2 years of dealing with this company I started put at 50$ a month They just charged me 230$ and my bill was supposed to be 158$. They tell you if you upgrade it's cheaper and better but that is just a lie to get more money from you. They tell you to call back to get a better deal but little do you know that "deal" is only going to cost you 125$ more after they just upped your bill thats not refundable. They are sad excuse of a "company ". You ask for the corporate office and all of a sudden Noone knows anything and no manager I's available. You ask fir an upgrade and everyone knows everything and all the managers are free. ************* sad. Don't let them take your money! It's makes me sick the amount of money they have taken from my little family!

      Worst internet company ever. With today's smart home tech, their daily drops in service and extremely long wait times for repair servicing are ridiculous.This company should not even be allowed to do service in the ** especially considering that they have absolutely no US based customer support (good luck understanding them and getting them to understand you). When you can, with lots of luck, get someone you can communicate with they have no idea how to do their job and help you resolve the problem. I'll say it again, this company should not be allowed to do business in the ***If you do choose viasat over ****'s net you will experience many problems such as, unexplained frequent drops in service, c*** service, bad customer support, and a lot of stress. It just is NOT worth it. Don't take my word for it alone. There are thousands of negative reviews and their rating is extremely low. Check it out yourself and do your research. Much luck to you.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I never tried to get there service and they did a credit check on me. I'm trying to improve my credit not destroy my credit. When I called to get information on why it was done they claimed that they have no record of my name and number. I will never ever try to get their service. I couldn't understand the representative because of the accent. Thumbs down all the way.Angry consumer

      The worst company Ive ever dealt with. Will take your money but wont provide refunds. Sub par service and will steal your number if you dont use it enough.

      My Internet from the very beginning, never worked to its full capability, I was told 60 gigs would be plenty for me and my household. Learned very quickly after two days and running out of data that that was not the case so I called to upgrade my plan to their highest plan available which is 500 gigs of data a month. I talked them down from around $200-$115 a month. Was told that my plan was locked in and would not change and no extra fees would be added on. The next month comes by and I get charged $200 because of a change plan charge I called them and they said they could do nothing about it even though their technician told me that I would not get charged for anything. A few months ago by and my Internet still isnt working to its full capability so I called technical support and they told me everything was fine. I went into my app and figured out that that was not the case. Essentially making me my own technical support. I called them back and they wouldnt tell me anything was wrong until I mentioned the specific problem. They sent a contracted company out and they told me that it was never working properly to begin with when I had already had their Internet for four months. Today they charged me $312 and I called them and was talking to their technical support or billing department for 45 minutes and they essentially told me that they apologize for their team members not being clear with me about a pro Rated plan. The cancellation fee to get out of my contract is less than my monthly bill will be. Trying to do anything in my power to get the word out so that people dont fall victim to what I have.

      The internet service is not the quality I expected. The *** phone system is a serious deterrent to customer service. This company turns off your internet service quickly if you dont let them in your bank account. I hate it and want out of the contract. The service is way too expensive and I am a senior citizen drowning in debt.

      Horrible company and internet service. This company is totally dishonest they lied about the internet speed. They told me I would be getting 100 Mb/s I ended up with 2 MB/s. Their customer service is the worst Ive ever seen. I dont recommend this service to anyone.

      Horrible internet service and customer service they charge you for everything I paid 389$ a month for WiFi and it cut off 20x a day and barely worked they payed me for a fool go to Starlink you wont regret it
