      Terrible internet service and terrible customer service. I have emails with a ******************** rep. **** him what I want the internet for, work from home, gaming and streaming. He recommended a plan. I went with the next plan up, as felt wasn't enough. On 1st day service was slow. On 3rd-4th day had an outage. I called rep said bad weather, but it was sunny. He said where the satellite is is sky.I said upload speed is extremely slow. He said its not going to change. All satellite are like that I said I was never advised it was going be that low 3 mbps . No empathy what so ever. I called next day to cancel. I told them they can prorate the few days. **** me about penalty fee and I said it work 3 days out of 4. I asked for supervisor same script,, I asked for manager, same script . He said company doesn't prorate or give refunds. They don't have a trial period. So if service doesn't work the customer is screwed , like I was . I do not agree with penalty fee . I said I am before the bill and told me they going to charge me for 1 month and I had no choice. After that they charge penalty. After researching viasat they have their **** covered on all aspects and not responsible for anything per their lengthy policy. 1 day later I call and cancel . They are a scam company. They should be shut down for ripping people off for a service that doesn't work correctly. For not telling upload speeds as this is vital if using for work.

      The very worst company. My internet went down and when I tried to get a technician to come, they kept telling me that there was no technician available in my area. I callled repeatedly to get an appointment, but they kept giving me the same answer when it came to getting a technician to fix my internet. I went back to my previous ISP and I'm getting much better service. Don't call nor subscribe to this company. You'll be left hanging if you do.

      New customers: be wary of agents, willing to lie to get a sale I live in a real area with just a few options for Internet. When I signed up, I was explicitly told that I would be able to switch to other providers without fee or penalty. This turned out to be a blatant lie. When I chose later to switch to another provider, I was hit with over $300 in cancellation fees. During the cancellation process, I was told that there was nothing that could be done about this fee because I received the contract by email. This is an unsatisfying answer as I didnt receive the email contract until AFTER signing up by phone. Therefore I never had a chance to review this policy until after it was done. I am being penalized for trusting their agent.The agent also failed to tell me that the rate we were discussing was only good for three months. After three months, the price increased by about 50%. He did not present the price as a promotion or short term rate, but rather the monthly rate for my service. I am profoundly disappointed by the intentional exclusion of critical information and blatant false information.

      We got this internet installed literally an hour ago and its TRASH my boyfriend specifically told them on the phone what the internet would be used for and they stated that the internet would work fine for that and it definitely does not! Cant even load games on any devices cant use it for anything we have called multiple times and they are saying their systems are down and that there is nothing that they can do for us so after over $300 in installation fees and everything else and taking the time out to be here for them to install it which took over 3 hours a we cant even use the internet at all

      Terrible service, horrible customer support false advertisement. List goes on dont go with Viasat as if you get very bad speeds or technical problems or even if your area isnt good for Viasat its hard to get a refund as theyll try to give you the run around instead of offering a refund.. HAVE TO FILE WITH THE *** TO GET A REFUND!!

      Do not use Viasat, service is very unreliable and the lock you in a contract. Then when you finally had enough of bad service, they make money off of you on the cancellation and charge you for another month of service. Use Starlink, simple, no contract, and very reliable.

      The *** doesn't speak good *************** told her, that I am on disability, and that I could only afford $30.00 a month for Internet, so she set up for the tech to come and install the system, and I asked the Tech, how much is the monthly payment, and he said, that he doesn't know. A few days later, I get an email, telling me that it's $ ***** a month, so I called Viasat and told them to come get their system, because I can't afford it. Now they want me to climb up and disconnect the satellite and pay them $ ****** and some odd dollars.

      By far the worst business and company I have ever dealt with in my life, including the customer support. There was never any support. There is no way I was going through 35 GB in one hour. They could not explain it to me after seven months of calling. When you try to talk to someone you cant understand a word theyre saying, and they are very rude and will not let you speak to anyone else, they hang up on you all the time their prices are outrageous. Their service ***** for the worst experience in my life. !!!!!!

      And on top of all their other **** they're not even accredited with the BBB. Ive read plenty of horrible reviews and written my own and cant stop lol. My fiance is the one who found this internet company and got it all started. They didnt even have his email correct and he had no idea he was putting us under contract, that right there was a red flag for me. We had the satellite internet service for 3 or 4 months before calling it quits. We literally couldn't even use the internet, dont remember how much mbps it was supposed to be but our phones hotspot with ******* worked better lol, thats what we've been using. It wasnt even 100 a month very inexpensive I was happy about lol but not point still. We got to shut off the service and they bring up this contract, which we have no record of WTF?, charge us a **************************************** top of our house and take the c*** off our roof and send it back they want to charge us another 300. Me, just coming into the **** mad af, not knowing any of this is what was gonna happen for disconnecting, we called them multiple times to discuss how its all ********. And we told them to take the card off file, send that s*** to collections lol f*** no I'm not paying 600 for shittttt. And they still charged us the 300 disconnect fee. It made us broke, we called back and told them the same thing. Just do your research before getting yourself tied up into nasty **** like this.

      A person working for the company came to my house and I signed up for there internet and it was awful so I cancelled in 3 weeks. The person that came to my house said I have a 30 day trial period and if I changed my mind I could cancel with no fees. When I canceled they told me I have an early termination fee of 350 dollars that they dont do a trial period. I explained to them what there rep told me and they said they will not reverse the fee. ******* will not respond to my texts or calls.
