Terrible customer service. Originally called on for 4/11 to have my bill forwarded to my ********************* However, received a bill on for 5/7 with an overdue bill. I called to get an update and was provide a contradictory information on if my bill was sent to Workers Comp or not I have waited over a week to speak to a supervisor. They will not provide phone number or email address for any supervisor and keep telling me to wait. I have contacted my lawyer about this frustrating situation.Breg

Spent close to $600.00 Machine lasted for two weeks first surgery. Next procedure was a half year later, I went to use machine It died after 5 days. Company said they cannot help. Out of warranty. I asked for just a new pump. Sorry sir we are a regulated company. Go buy a new machine.Breg

Breg Cold Therapy has a warranty period of 6 months from the date of dispensement. The unit is classified by the *** as a Class II medical device so we are unable to distribute parts due to compliance/quality regulations. If you have not done so already, our ************************ *************) can walk through troubleshooting steps to attempt to resolve the issue. Their braces are poorly designed junk. Especially the hip brace. The engineer must have gotten their degree from a cracker jack **** A child could create a better product! The thigh part keeps falling off. It's impossible to tighten because it doesn't work due to a terrible design. It's so terrible, it's not even funny.Breg

I've been trying to pay the bill they sent me but their phone line and website are never working. I tried calling their "customer service" but they were no help, they just kept telling me to try back later. I'm just worried that they're doing this on purpose as a delay tactic so they can charge me late fees which I can't afford to begin with since I'm on disability. I tried my hospital where I had my surgery done and where they gave me that stupid ****** and my insurance company and there's nothing they can do. If I had known I was going to have to pay for that stupid ****** which I don't even use because I already have one I never would've accepted it but the nurses told me my insurance and ******** would cover it, which isn't the case. I just want to get this resolved because it's causing me extreme anxiety. Breg is a very unprofessional company that has no organization whatsoever.Breg

I recently went to a physician with a foot injury and was given a small plastic wedge to be placed in a shoe. I later received a bill in the mail for $210 from Breg for the product. If I did sign anything at the doctor's ******* it was in no way a transparent transaction regarding the pricing. This is a plastic wedge that could cost no more than a ************* to produce. To say the pricing and business practice is unconscionable and predatory would be an understatement.Breg

Breg should be ashamed of their business profile. I purchased a Kodiak Ice Machine from them last year. Ive literally used it once and just had my knee replaced-it does not work. $200+ for this purchase. I was told the company would do nothing since there is only a six month warranty. When I asked Breg to do the right thing and asked to be transferred to a Manager-she said these machines are made for ONE USE ONLY. She said Breg did nothing wrong and would not help me. They NEVER marketed with this information. ONE USE ONLY! Shameful.Breg

I received a bill for 28 dollars for a brace by Breg that was given to my son in the ** for a broken thumb. Initially, the bill was not run by my insurance. I gave BREG my insurance information in order for the bill to be run by my insurance. Unfortunately, my insurance did not cover the bill. BREG tried to charge my insurance 300 dollars for the brace (instead of the $28-dollar that they initially billed me). I asked for an itemized bill from Breg on 9/11 once I was notified by my insurance that they would not cover the brace. In the itemized bill, Breg deducted ****** (as a write off allowable) for the 300 dollars that they charged my insurance and are now trying to collect $153.37 from me (a considerate amount more than the 28 dollars that they originally billed me when insurance was not involved). This company is a complete scam. No wonder that health care cost is out of control in the US. It is for companies like this that try to take advantage of insurances and patients that cost to receive medical care is now astronomical.Breg

Breg Inc. falsely billed (through Carecentrix) my minor daughter for a product that was never received (and for an injury my daughter has never had or ever treated for with any doctor). The fact that my daughter is a minor is particularly concerning as I do not know how they could have ever even gotten her name, address, or date of birth. As such I have filed reports with the *** and ********** of ****** and ***** Services for HIPAA violations. I encourage any one else who's minor children have experienced this to do the same so governmental attention can be brought to this company. I left a voicemail for Breg about this but highly doubt I will ever hear back as this appears to be a pattern of behavior.Breg

Terrible company, no way to reach anyone that can be of any help. I received a bill for $315.00 for a simple wrist brace that you can find anywhere for $10 dollars at a local store. Doctors told me this was at no cost to me yet Breg is giving me a bill for this. **************** hangs up on you, and when they don't you can hardly hear them over the chickens in the background of someone ***************. This is a fraudulent bill and yet if I don't pay it they will damage my credit. Completely irresponsible company and price gouging at its finest! Do not use their products or you will get the bait and switch just like me. I hope someone with the means files a lawsuit against this terrible "company" and gives them what they deserve! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH! STAY AWAY AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!!Breg
