    DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Returned product delivered via *** confirmation on 6/24/24 @ 10:12am. Still have paperwork in hand. Called the company multiple times in July before finally getting a hold of someone. They claimed the returned items were received and the refund was being processed. Called again in August multiple times before finally someone answered and told me they updated the status and we would get refund in 3-5 business days. It is now October and still no refund credited to card. Claim # ***3741 and RMA #**170.

    We purchased a boat cover in Aug 2024 and never received. We purchased another boat over a few weeks later after disputing the first purchase. Both covers were charged and then both were sent to us. We immediately returned one boat over and have yet to be refunded. We have confirmation that the returned boat cover was received by you on 9/11/24. Weve left many messages to check in the status of our refund in the amount of $212.49. For the love of God, can we please be reimbursed our money? Our RMA # is *****. Weve left many voice messages as well. The Ferreiras - ***********

    Rip off bought 3/13/24 installed 6/15/24 ripped 9/2/24 filed claim have not heard from anyone. Have left voicemails and not call back. You can not speak to a live person. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

    I wished I would have read the reviews before ordering this RV cover. But in fairness we had the same cover for 4 years before this one so I thought it would be a good investment. Boy was I wrong!! The cover was on the 5th wheel for a total of 13 months. I noticed between the 12 and 13 months that the cover had a few little tears between the roof and cap side of the cover. I got a ladder to see what was happening I discovered that the material was disintegrating. Being very disappointed I filed a warranty claim on Eevelle"s website on 8/25 and received an email confirmation stating - We have received your Warranty Claim submission, and will respond within 2 business days. After 4 days I had not received any correspondence from the company so I called the phone number and got a recorded message that there was no one to take the call and to leave a message with claim number, name and phone number and they would get back to us when they were able. I have called this company over a dozen times and it is now 9/16 and I still have had no one get back to me. My warning to all of you reading this is not to buy any cover from Eevelle or National RV Covers who owns Eevelle covers. Do your research and check out the reviews of this product, not reviews that talk about the cover they just received out of the box. This company has no customer service!!! As for the 3 year warranty that seems to be a joke also ( the joke is on me for believing that!!!).

    If you have a choice DO NOT shop from this company, National Covers. I learned my lesson.Unresponsive and unhelpful customer service they do everything they can to prevent returns. And despite the 800 number and telling you to call them -- you CANNOT speak with anyone Live at all.Worse, if you pay with a service like a ********* you are only provided with a "transaction" number for ******* not an Order Number from National Covers. Welcome the "land of no returns"... Lowest rating I can give is 1.

    I'd give zero stars if possible. Order an "in stock" boat cover. website said it would ship in 1-3 business day. Product didn't ship within the promised time frame. In fact, it didn't ship for 9 days and won't ship because I cancelled my order. I tried numerous times to contact them and get an update with no success. Once I cancelled my order they told me I'd receive an email the following day notifying me of the cancelation and would receive a refund ***** hours after. Needless to say, I never received and email and 5 days later still haven't received my refund.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!After taking my payment, I was told that my order was shipping that week. I had more than 7 inquiries over the next month regarding my order, and each time I was told that my item was shipping any day. After a month I received a FED EX number, exciting. Then I was told that it hadn't yet actually shipped yet and that the color I ordered wasn't in stock and would I like this other color. Also "My prompt response is appreciated".

    Zero customer service. Everything looks good from their website, including ordering. However, I have had 6 attempts at reaching someone via their online chat, email, and phone, and none of these methods have allowed me to speak with a representative. Timeline:6/24/24 I placed an order for an item listed as in-stock, to avoid any shipping delays.6/24/24 I received a confirmation email with a link to check the status of my order.6/25/24 I clicked the link to check the status- item shows In-Stock, and estimates shipping on 6/27 6/27/24 Status is not changed, contacted customer service for an update. No response.6/28/24 Status not changed, contacted customer service to cancel the order. No response.6/28/24 Contacted the general number for National to cancel the order. No response.

    20% restocking fee? $319.99 ($64.99 restocking fee) That is crazy... Just cost me ***** to ship the cover back to you....... i will be out $89.00 (For a cover that did not fit right) They received my return 10 days ago and I still have not gotten a credit
