1 starBought an RV cover and used it for 1.5 years before a zipper broke in half - followed the warranty requirements and was given WARRANTY CLAIM: W010640 Followed all the rules (receipt, manufacture's tag, and photos) when claim was filed, along with cost estimate for local repair.After being told, via one of the 25+ emails that the check has "been arranged and sent", I'm still waiting for reimbursement, now almost 6 months later.I've been told that a check was sent, but to the wrong address and I've been asked twice, by different representatives, "what is your current address", even though I've proved my full current address 3 times over the last 3 months.I asked for an update, 2 weeks ago, again in the long and continuous email thread, but no response, yet...So, the warranty policy information on the website is looks legitimate and filing a claim is not difficult, however, being reimbursed for a legitimate claim, after the claim has been approved, is quite another story..And, yes I have called numerous times and left messages for the warranty department; however, the only time I have spoken with a real human being, is during the order process and when selecting the "place an order" selection, not "warranty claim" selection...National Covers

1 starDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Like many other reviews I have read here, once they have your money they will not respond! Ordered a Bimini top and it does not fit correctly.They advertise that they have a "30 day fitment guarantee", but will not respond to request online or by phone to requests for an RMA. Their website link for "returnform" does not work, No One answers the Return Request extension, leave a message and never get a return phone call or email.National Covers

It is essential to understand that our products are not advertised as being OEM or original equipment from the manufacturer. The full kits come with installation instructions, and since they are aftermarket products, they may not mount exactly as the factory top did. 1 starAvoid at all costs. The website says easy returns and fit guarantee and this is not true. I placed an order for a boat cover with a sales rep and she asked if my boat was a cabin cruiser and said no it was a bow rider. They sent me a cover that was for the cabin cruiser it was so big it would wrap all the way around my boat. I retured it the next day using their RMA processes the recieved and said they would process my refund but did not. I paid over $700.00 and got nothing now I have to pursue legal actions to get my money back. Do not do business with this company their customer services and support is horrible and their return process is fraudulant.National Covers

1 starI ordered a cover for my golf cart on April 28, 2024. The cover was in stock and the tracking stated that it should ship on May 2, 2024. May 2nd came and went and the order stays on theeir web site still says May 2 (G770547). I have made numerous attempts to get an update and I got some automated answer that states a ticket was created and I would find out soon. NOTHING, NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME.National Covers

1 starDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! What an awful, misleading company that sells inferior products! We spent over $1000 on a full boat cover. We called and spoke with a sales representative to make sure the cover would fit our Pursuit 260 boat including the **top and 2 covers for the engines. (Please note on their website they list the make and model of boats and also offer covers for the ****** engines so the covers should fit properly.) The sales rep assured us she knew exactly what we should order for the right fit. At the time, we were sucked in by her confidence and she placed the order for us. She assured us if it didnt fit, they had a 30 day guarantee to return or exchange. At the top of their webpage it states, FREE SHIPPING - EASY RETURNS - FIT GUARANTEE. Not true at all!The sales rep never mentioned the 18% restocking fee and the expensive shipping fee of $127!!!! Dealing with this very deceptive company cost me OVER $240 and I DO NOT have a boat cover!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! We received the cover and it was not even close to fitting our boat. Plus, the canvas is cheap material and wont last. The engine covers were way too small! They only take phone calls if youre ordering. If you want customer service, you must leave a voicemail and the NEVER return your calls. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I wish I could leave a review with NI STARS!National Covers

1 starBuyer beware and do not buy from this company. Their product is overpriced and very poor quality. **************** is absolutely the worst. Bought a cover for our 5th wheel last year and it tore quickly. We hardly used this cover and kept it protected in our garage. We went to put it on for the 3rd time (since buying it) and 2 zippers will not zip up or down now. We had to clip the sides together. This was not a cheap cover. We contacted customer service, and the responses were rude and basically calling us liars. Telling us people just try to get new covers. We sent pictures and invited them to come see for themselves, as we are 1 1/2 hrs from their facility. ***** ended his email with "Thanks for trying!" After calling them to complain, they told me I could pay almost as much as I paid for the first one to replace it. They also wanted to charge me shipping which their website clearly states Free Shipping. We have never been treated so poorly by a company. We felt compelled to review on BBB to hopefully save someone else from wasting their money and dealing with the frustration this one purchase has caused us.National Covers

We apologize you feel that you did not get a good experience with National Covers. In reviewing your previous emails and pictures, you have submitted 2 claims on the same issue, your first claim was received 01/19/2023 and we are unable to proceed with warranty assistance, as this hole is not due to a warranty defect. We recommended that you use the included, cut to size, self adhesive patch kit that comes with your RV cover, in order to patch the damage shown in your photo. This is not a warranty defect. Then again you submitted a new claim on 12/15/2023 and we reopen your claim and try to help you and approved the claim base on our policy term which clearly said in our website "National Covers cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be paid for prior to shipping. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on possible claims. Note that for verified warranty claims the manufacturer will replace or repair the item at their sole discretion." 1 starDisturbing that companies with such a faulty product are still in business. The cover I bought lasted less than **** years. During a relatively mild summer/mild winter in ********. This cover was warranted for 7 years, however when making a claim they offered some patches. By that time the cover was basically failing (ripping) in several areas. When I made a second claim they wanted to sell me a new (overpriced) cover at about a 40% discount. I decided not to make the same mistake twice. Make No Mistake this company may look good on their website, but in reality the covers are substandard and they lack a quality warrantee. Strongly urge you to look elsewhere for a boat cover. Absolutely not worth the excessive cost of their boat covers. ****National Covers

1 starBought a cover for my boat using the company's cover finder. I put in the year, make, and model of my boat. They provided the cover model that fits; however it did not fit. Company has 30 day fit guarantee. I processed a return and went to send it back. Per their policy I am responsible for shipping on return. If I had any clue a return would cost over $100 I would have never bought. Very disappointing since it was their cover finder that told me the cover to buy.National Covers
