      I have spent 45 minutes online with ARLO about our ARLO Cameras! They are 3 months old. Life is too short to deal with crappy service!! We are throwing away the Cameras and wanted to share with those who might be thinking about buying one..JUST DONT.If I could give a ZERO star review I would.

      You are engaging in deceptive practices. Those of us who upgraded from the old to new system did not understand that we were forced to pay a monthly fee to use the cameras. I thought I must be doing something wrong but did not have time to investigate further until after the return period had expired. The subscription does not offer anything useful beyond storing the recordings. Anyone who already has a home security system does not need another monthly payment to look at what the camera recorded. I will never do buy anything from this company again.

      Arlo is horrible. I canceled 2 years ago. I keep going around with them. They keep charging me and wont stop.

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have an email confirming that my subscription was canceled, however, the company continues to charge my credit card. The only option you have to speak with anyone through the website is by chat, however, you can't chat with a live person if you don't have an account. It's absolutely ridiculous. I attempted to call the one number I could find, you have to have an order number. After a ****** search, I found an email address, shared by another disgruntled customer. This company is fraudulent. I've attempted to email them, and I've also contacted an attorney. We'll see what happens.

      I couldn't get pass the sales team. I chatted with them to see if their c cameras would be a fit for my needs and found that the sales team knows nothing about their products other than what can be read on their website. They are horrible to work with and couldn't answer any questions. Seemed to only read from a script. I would not recommend this to anyone.

      Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. No number to call for assistance, No response whatsoever from emailing support. My cameras were connected but all were deleted from my account with no explanation from Arlo. 2 weeks later, I finally have 3 working but the other 4 still will not connect. Complete waste of money and time.

      Arlo cameras are a rip off you have to pay $400 to $500 then you've got to subscribe to the subscriptions to keep seeing your cameras then when you do the $12.99 a month for unlimited cameras then they tell you with a factory reset now you have to pay an additional $360 to $400 for a one-time fee to continue to have your cameras I have a total of 13 and I'm down to two and when that money runs out I will not be buying anymore you will not get another dime of my money

      Absolutely the worst customer service. I got one issue resolved -- they upgraded our subscription after we said no -- after an incredibly lengthy chat followed by an incredibly lengthy phone call. I then said they had been double charging us -- we paid for an annual subscription but they continued to charge us monthly fees on top of that. I was told to make a new complaint. The next day I was on a chat for about an hour when the person I was chatting with simply stopped responding. It has now been 90 minutes and the person has still not responded -- the chat is still open. They also charged us for two subscriptions even though we have only one doorbell. Buyer beware!

      I do not recommend arlo cameras to anyone. The cameras are good but the customer support is worse than terrible. I was charged over 3 months that needed to be reimbursed but can not get anyone to talk to. I finally was told I had to pay $5 to speak to someone. Reluctantly I paid and still have not talked to someone. Their customer support seems to be a scheme.
