      I was a Jenny Craig client for over a year and still an active client, when they announced the closure their business in early May, with just 2 days notice. Prior to their announcement, I had made a "Jenny Fresh" order and my back account was charged $97.93 for that order on April 28th 2023. I never received the food, nor have I received a refund for that $97.93.I have emailed the Jenny Craig customer service email asking for the refund and have never received a reply. Can you help get that refund for me?

      Ordered from the company for the 1st time a few weeks ago. Only half the meals arrived even though charged for everything. Called and was told the rest of the meals would be delivered the next Wednesday, so went ahead and ordered the 2nd weeks worth of meals. Once again only half those meals arrived. Called again. Was told that the rest of both weeks meals were scheduled to arrive ***** on the next wed.. due to these delivery issues I requested my membership be canceled and my money be refunded for the next weeks meals, was told that the meals "arriving Wed couldn't be refunded because they had already shipped." But was refunded for the next weeks meals that hadn't shipped yet. The next day it's announced the company is closing so I can't get ahold of anyone to get the rest of my money refunded, the meals that "were being delivered on wed" once again never arrive! All I want is my $150 refunded

      My name is ******************* and I have been a long time customer of ********************** on and off again. I first joined back 20 years ago after my daughter was born; so long time! I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated as of late.I have my scheduled appointments on Tuesdays at the ************ ******** location. I did not receive a call or any word that the store was closing let alone all the stores. I showed up for my appointment and that is when I was told and the center was closing that night! I recently joined again in November 2022 and paid the yearly fee and then I paid another yearly fee of $199.00 in March 2023 because the center convinced me it would benefit me since the special was I could get food for a deeper discount. I also referred a friend during this time and never received any discount referral money for this. I want my $199.00 fee credited back at least.

      I joined jenny craig back in January 2023. I was very happy with the services, so much so, that I even signed up for the yearly membership ( February 16 2023) they were offering only to find out that they were going out of business. It is not right that I paid $199 for a yearly membership when corporate knew they were closing the centers. I didn't even find out that the center was closed until I went to the center for my weekly consult. Corporate didn't even have the decency to send out an email or text to not go. I just want the money I paid for the membership to be reimbused.

      I paid for Jenny Craig Fresh food on online like normal on April 26th 2023 for $99.99. The transaction hit my account on April *********. Statement attached and email receipt attached. On April 29th 2023 I went into one of their centers and purchased food there with no issue. The didn't mention that they would be closing all of their doors and shutting down the business. The fresh food was to be delivered on Tuesday May 2nd. The food always arrives the Tuesday after it's ordered. I never received my order. I received an email today May 4th 2023 at 5:15pm that they have closed the business. I tried to contact them on their ***** Jenny Care phone number but it states it's closed and gave the hours that they are open and at the time I called it fell in the operating hours so someone should have answered. The website has been shut down and no one will answer the phone number. I do not have any way to contact anyone at Jenny Craig in regard to a refund.

      Jenny Craig allowed me to place an order on April 29, 2023 and they went of business on Tuesday May 02, 2023. They knew the company was going under and took the money anyway in their local store in **********, **. If they restart their business as e-commerce. This will be addressed.

      Went to a Jenny Craig on Lake ****, *********, ** last week. Received a text that food was being shipped to my home that I did not order and charged to my debit card without permission. Called the location immediately and was told I was put on "auto-shipment" (without consent) and my debit card was saved on their computer without my knowledge or consent either. I made a one time purchase when I was there to my debit card for the 1week of food I purchased and took home with me. I did not require another week worth of food.She did apologize that the corporate office has been doing this to other customers because they have their credit card/debit cards on file? If I was to remain in the program they already knew I would pick up my food in person. I have informed the manager I will not be returning.The manager called me back and stopped the shipment and said she would credit my bank account for the $200+ charge. That was last Wednesday. As of today the charge was not returned and they are not answering my calls. I also sent an email to the corporate office to complain last week and get my money back, they too are not responding.My bank was notified of the fraudulent charge but they cannot credit me until Jenny Craig responds and returns my money.For a company to save a credit or debit card without your permission, try to send you a food shipment when you did not order or need it yet, is an unacceptable practice. Your help it getting them to acknowledge and return my money (no shipment was received. The only thing the manager did as she said she would.) is appreciated.

      I joined ****** Craig on April 3,2023. They double billed me for the membership fee total ****** but fee is ***** . I have been working through my coach to refund my ***** as of this date they have not refunded me and all I hear is that this issue has been escalated to her manager. I called ****** Craig customer service myself and was told they had started an action on April 3 but received no other documentation so the action on my refund ceased. I enquire about this refund every week for 5 weeks - to date. I am a senior citizen and this ***** dollars is important. Can you help get my money back after I was double billed?

      On April 25th, I signed up for a Jenny Craig ************ plan, and placed an order #********, totaling $195.71. I only received the food from Jenny Craig, and not the fresh food (7 dinners at $11.19 each for a total of $78.33). I was not told about company issues - Jenny Craig closing centers, Freshly (their provider for the Fresh Entrees) also shutting down. I received a notice that the shipper was waiting for the label, but that status never changed.I sent a chat message, multiple emails, and called several times to rectify the situation. I finally got through to someone at Jenny Craig. She was not able to determine the issue, and I asked that I be refunded for the unreceived food. That was several hours ago, and I do not yet see that refund. I am concerned that this refund will not come if the business declares bankruptcy. Also, it seem deceptive to have accepted the order knowing the situation.
