  This is a great company ! I mean I have had a lot of other Solar Companies come to my door and tell me about Solar offers but theyre offers werent suitable for me and my big family ! *********************** sold me, his presentation overall was excellent not to mention the offer was great ! *********** will never see another ***** from me . Better Earth Solar is the way to go !

  Have been installed with better earth for over a year now and absolutely love it. Saving a ton of money from PGE. **** did an amazing job taking this project under his wing and making sure the project went smoothly throughout the whole process. Would recommend **** and better earth to anyone out there looking for solar.

  I have had the chance to work with *******************. **** is youthful and energetic. He kept me updated, apprised of the process. It took a little bit longer because of the waiting time from the inspection from *******. Otherwise, the process was quick and installation was done in due time. I do not know why homeowners do not know of this program. There is no fee installing the solar panels. This helps the environment at no cost to them. Better Earth is a great company to work with.

  Update: On 3-17-2023, 2 weeks after my solar installation they stopped producing power. I called customer service who said they will have technical support contact me......Update #2 better solar said they will repair my broken tiles when the city completes their inspection, day 3 no word on my solar failure

  Hey ******, thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us to address. So sorry for the miscommunication here as it sounds like expectations were not clearly set and there was not proper communication either.

  Looks like we ended up getting your system activated within about 40 days after install which is faster than normal, but not great communication to you on what to expect and when we'd come to fix the tiles.

  Better Earth did an amazing job transitioning my home over to solar power. The installation went very smooth and I was updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend getting solar before prices start going up. Thank you for saving me alot of money on my electrical bill.

  Stay way from this company. Initial sales in December22 was all rosy and they had the install scheduled quickly. Install was done on 26th Jan23 and at this point I paid the 95% of quoted price per agreement. Utility inspectors failed the install the week after and I was told that Better Earth installers would come in and rectify the issue. I waited a month patiently for this company to schedule an appointment but there was no follow up. My sales rep *************************** was non-responsive at this time and had to contact customer support. they scheduled an appointment on March 14th to rectify the issues noted by city inspectors. No one shows up but it was an inclement weather at the time and I understand their safety. There was no attempt to call and let me know that they couldnt make it and try to reschedule. Contacted their customer support again on March 15th and was assured that my case was set as urgent and to expect the call right away. Weekend rolls in and no call so far. At this point its been a 7 weeks since Ive paid money with no return but worse yet is the fact they dont have the concern to follow up on customer issues. Im already anxious on how their post activation customer support would be and dont have confidence in this company anymore. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company that can provide better support even if it costs a bit more.

  I had my panels put on in October, I was never given a quote on the project, was never shown cost or timeline. the sales reps didn't really take no for an answer or give me any answers. in addition it is now mid March and I am paying a payment on the panels (not being reimbursed like I was promised) and paying my power bill and the panels aren't on because "we can't get an inspection team out".this company is a scam, and will leave you with $60,000 systems that they don't get functioning!
