  This company is very good as communication and follow through is concerned. They have been communicating every step of the process. We called them several times to check on the status of our Solar Panels and dealings with the electric company and **************** and inspections, they always gave us all the information and answered all the questions we had. We are so excited to see the results and will refer them to our friends and family! Thank you

  *********************** sold us our solar through Better Earth approximately one month ago. ***** was absolutely amazing, informative, extremely knowledgeable, and assisted us in every step of the way. He never pressured us into anything, rather explained everything in depth the benefits of solar and why Better Earth is the best company. I would recommend ***** to anyone who is interested in Solar.

  We had a great experience with Better Earth in ********* CA. ********* was well informed about the benefits and ROI of adding solar to our home. He and the entire BE sales team were responsive and professional. After signing the contract, we were equally impressed with the Better Earth installation, permitting and connection experience. Better Earth delivered on their promise and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

  Better earth came out and did a fantastic job . The installation was complete in one day . Very clean and courteous . Not a drop of trash left on the ground . The roof looks great . On the rear of the house , obviously you can't see. On the front , I don't even notice the panels there . The color match was spot on and they look pretty cool actually . We have had horrendous rain , wind , and yes even snow , and no problem as of yet . That is a shock in the inland empire . Thank you Better earth.

  Similar to other reviews, I have had nothing but excuses, frustration and poor communication since working with Better Earth. If you do not care to read the rest of the review, I will leave it at this; I would not recommend this solar company to anyone. This is my second solar installation so I am familiar with the process. My first installation was a breeze (with another company) and this has been nothing but headaches. To start, the installation crew showed up hours later than they were supposed to. Because of this, they could not finish in one day and had to come back a week later. On top of that they showed up in SunRun clothing, which I suppose is fine but unprofessional. They broke multiple ceiling tiles which I have submitted several requests to have fixed to no avail. I have failed inspection TWICE. My install was in November of 2022. I have still not received a date for my third inspection. After it failed the first time, the tech that came to fix it forgot his tools and had to borrow mine to complete the work he needed. It still failed inspection. After waiting for weeks for my next inspection I called Better Earth and was told " Oh nobody told you? We are waiting on you to call SCE to get your meter locked". So I called them and got that done in 24 hours. 2 weeks later, still no progress from the company.The design I was given did not match what was on my roof AT ALL. When I asked about this it took MONTHS of excuses and non-responses to finally see my actual design plans.What did I get from going with Better Earth? Poor service, Poor communication, a system that can't pass inspection, 2 bills (solar and electricity from SCE since I am still not activated), and endless frustration.I am now planning my third solar installation and will be staying FAR FAR AWAY from better earth. My only hope is that their customer service team has enough client care to finally put this nightmare to an end.

  2 years and 3 contractors later, we finally have the ground mounted solar system we wanted due to the can do approach from Better Earth.With a 25 year panel warranty, we wanted a panel manufacturer who would be around for 25 years. We initially decided on ** Elec, since they are a multinational and diverse company not just a solar panel company like Solaria Corp, whose solar panels Better Earth were representing.Contractor A wanted to bring in a bobcat to do the trenching and dig the footings in my rocky **** conditions. However, our backyard gate was not wide enough for the bobcat and Contractor A said it was our responsibility to demolish and replace the block wall next to the backyard gate to allow the bobcat into the backyard. This was going to be US $1000s more out of pocket expenses.Contract cancelled.We moved on to Contractor B, who also offered **s panel.Aware of my rocky **** conditions, Contractor B on Day 1 of Installation hand dug the trench through my backyard lawn without any major concerns.After a few hours of trying to hand dig the 4 feet deep footings, they resorted to an electric powered jackhammer, which kept tripping our circuit breaker.On Day 2, Contractor B decided it was too much work hand digging and estimated it would cost us another US $5000 to bring in the proper digging equipment.Contract voided.We finally circled back to Better Earth, who were now offering the Hanwha Q CELLS Q.PEAK DUO G10+ 400 w solar panels.Hanwha is also a multinational and diverse company not just a solar panel company.Better Earth was extremely flexible to our wishes and followed our desires on the best situation for trenching and the solar array placement.The Better Earth crew was amazing and hard working. They knew what they were doing and brought their backs for the labor intensive job even under the inclement weather.Kudos to Better Earth management in allowing their crew to source whatever tools they needed to get the job done.

  I recently had solar installed at my home and had an excellent experience with Better Earth Solar and their representative ***********************. He was very knowledgeable , professional and communicated excellently with me every step of the way. It went much quicker than I expected and they came through on their 60-day installation guarantee. *********************** at Better Earth designed a custom system for my home (I recently had an ADU built on my property and I anticipated my energy bill going up). Since installing my solar system I have had a significant reduction in my energy bill and I feel good that I am doing my part to reduce my footprint. I highly recommend *********************** at Better Earth.

  There are so many scammers and companies out there but Better Earth is the company you can trust. ***** an agent from Better Earth came to my house and explained how their company works and the whole system works. He is very knowledgeable and very quick in responding. Whenever you need to know something or any questions just let him know. He helped us with reimbursement. I just told him that we have a bill but system is not activated. The company does what ***** shared with us. Just wanted to recommend Go with Better Earth Awesome experience Thank you *****

  I was very impressed with the whole solar experience! ****** made sure the process was smooth, quick and easy. The installation crew was on time, they were courteous and went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned up and looking good. I am grateful to have this opportunity and if it wasn't for ******, me and my neighbors would not be enjoying a cool summer with no energy bills! Thank you ****** and Better Earth for such amazing customer service and for the effort put forth to make me feel comfortable during this whole process by keeping me informed every step of the way. *******
