    Mr and my boyfriend are so pleased with the customer service we received with **********************. We were offered solar panels from a previous company , which offered less panels. But ***** and ****** came by And talked to ** and were able to offer ** more panels for the same price. They were super professional, but at the same time, built a relationship with **. They informed ** with every update and detail that was going on. Whenever we had a question, we felt comfortable asking any question we had. They would give ** a reply right way. When installation time came around, the guys who installed were super nice and super quick! With Better Earth Solar I feel like we not only got a good deal, but we made new friends. I would highly recommend Better Earth Solar to anyone!?? They are the best!!!

    Signed up for the solar. The property has two meters. The installer came out and installed the solar on the WRONG METER! Never asked the homeowner which meter the solar panel was to be hooked up to. NOW a Month later! Still CAN NOT use the solar! They are saying the utility bills have to be in the same customer name. The home owner is the person who agree to the solar. Not the tenants that pay for their utility bills. Horrible customer service! Installation on the roof was horrible as well and debris from installation left all over the roof. If a company makes a mistake the should call the customer back and fix the issue. But no this company has been dragging their feet for over a month. We even contact pg&e and there is no reason the person who pays for the utility's bill to be on the solar contract. The home owner wanted the solar. The solar company failed to confirm which meter the installation of the solar should be on. You would think a professional installer would have the common sense to ask the question of which meter? if the house had two meters right next to each other. Very disappointing.

    We signed the contract in Feb. But until now we still didn't get it activated. The inspection failed in April and after that I kept asking them for updates, they just kept saying whey are working on that. However, now it's in May, no progress. Now summer is coming but at the same time I still don't have solar panel activated. I called the the customer support multiple times and each time they just kept repeating the same answer. I never had such a bad experience before and I really won't recommend this solar company to my friends.

    Better Earth? Worst Experience!I signed up for a solar system with Better Earth based on their competitive cost but the three month installation process has been a terrible experience and I would urge any prospective solar customers to avoid them at all costs.Specifically:After we signed a contract and paid $1,000 deposit, they surprised us with a $1,000 city fee that they didnt know about previously even though they claimed they were one of the most active installers in my city. When the same salesman later put in a bid for my neighbor, he came up with the same ************* fee.Installers showed up and lacked basic equipment such as a tape measure. I had to lend them one.Even though they claimed to be the most active installer in my city they did not know they needed to schedule a fire department inspection. This delayed the inspection process and city approvals. Though the city was willing to expedite the inspections, Better Earth would not accommodate a faster schedule.During the installation process, the Better Earth technician removed a tamper ring from the citys meter, which means I will be assessed a meter tampering fee by the city.Based on analysis of my homes energy consumption, Better Earth proposed a **** KWh system. It turns out they installed a 3.8 KWh inverter, meaning that more than 25 percent of the energy generated by the solar panels that I paid for goes to waste.When you call Better Earth customer service a representative takes down your information and complaint and promises someone will respond within 48 hours. Rarely does that happen. More often than not, customer service complaints get no response at all.Bottom line: I would strongly advise against using Better Earth. They are deceptive, unprofessional, incompetent and unresponsive.

It sounds like there is 100% opportunity for improvement here to be sure things are handled far more effectively with better communication to you.I can see we reimbursed the fee as that was something we caused.Regarding your inverter and system sizing, completely understand the discrepancy and ultimately we will 100% stand behind the kWh in your agreement per the performance guarantee. Solar Edge inverters are rated to handle up to ****x in system size, so the sizing here is actually within their recommendation. That said, I imagine the main concern is that you won't receive the expected energy output, and just want to reassure you that this is exactly how it was planned for so you can expect the kWh discussed and planned for to be met, and if not, we are responsible to reimburse you per our agreement.If you have any further questions on it or would like to further discuss feel free to chat in through your new customer portal or at our website at **********************.**********************

    The Better Earth team is great. I had issues with my panels and they were quick to diagnose it and get me back and running. I love my solar panels!

    I've been wanting solar for too many years now. Read literature & briefly even met with a few reps from various companies but none seemed to make me comfortable about the process so I just kept holding off despite all the *************** saving aspects. Finally I met with *************************** from ************ She along with her mentor ***** put ******* mom at ease. Not only were they knowledgeable but they were more available as well. From day one of signing up to financing to installation, she along with the Better Earth installation team were in communication with me to ensure that all was on track. Thankfull that we went with this great team!

    Estoy muy ******* con esta compaa por *** ya tengo 7 meses con los paneles instalados y solo me decan *** lamentan la demora la semana pasada dieron cita para la inspeccin vino el supervisor de la ciudad y resulta *** la compaa mand los permisos vencidos dieron otra cita para esta semana el jueves ya casi a medio da solo me mandan un mensaje *** la cita ser el 12 ******* y resulta *** una hora ms ***** lleg el inspector de la ciudad para hacer la inspeccin y resulta *** a l no le dijeron nada *** cancelaron la cita esta compaa es un desastre no tienen seriedad ni son responsables ni tienen tica profesional yo les recomiendo *** ******* 5 veces antes de aceptar un **** con esta compaa plenamente no la recomiendo

    ****** with Better Earth made the process of getting solar panels very easy. I was skeptical of the process and if they really were a benefit. He put us at ease and explained the benefits. I am telling my family and friends to get educated on solar from ******!! Installers were top notch also.

    Im so happy I am going solar and that I chose the perfect company to make the experience painless. ****** was great from the first meeting through install. They have been great to answer all questions and proactively communicate through every step. Highly recommend Better Earth and ************************* in particular. ????????
