On the 1st of January I was apparently due a delivery through Piggyship who you are already investigating, there is a photo of my house taken by the delivery driver from the street, no package was left and security footage from this day shows no delivery taking place and I enclose a screen shot from that day plus emails I sent to Piggyship which were ignored, three phone numbers were given, two are discontinued and the other goes to answer phone after a short time and no one reply's to email or phone messages, is this company even legit? it is only a small amount of money I paid but this is not the first time this has happened. tracking number is PA0003588227, so called delivery date and time 2024****** 16:21 as shown below, please see attachments.thanks Tracking details p******************t, 559****359 **************************************************************************************************************** 16:21 GMT-8 Delivered Package deliveredInitial Complaint

I am writing to address a serious issue with the delivery of the package (Tracking No. PA0002785886). Despite the notification that my package was returned for an incorrect address and no valid contact numbers, this is inaccurate. I have been a resident of my current apartment complex for several years, during which I have successfully received numerous packages, including those delivered by PiggyShip. Your driver provided a picture of the package that clearly shows the correct address, confirming that there has been a significant error on your part. Notably, there is an intercom system at my building's entrance. It is straightforward to find my last name and contact me directly if there are any issues with accessing the building.Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer service via phone and email, my efforts have been met with complete silence. I am disappointed with the lack of response to my calls and emails, and request immediate redelivery of my package to the correct address. Back in October, this company said it delivered my package to my door... From the pictures they took, you could tell it wasn't the right apartment... So they stole this package because when I went to that apartment number right after I received the email and the package was gone... So today, I get an email saying that the package from today (01-02-24) was undeliverable because of the address... Went and looked the address up and it was correct so how was it deemed undeliverable... ************ is some scammers... They don't answer the phone or return emails... Back in November, I placed two orders on Aliexpress that were to be shipped by last-mile carrier Piggyship. Today is December 31st and I have received nothing. I have attempted to contact this business several times, by phone, by email, and they have been radio silent. According to the tracker on their website and parcelsapp, both of my packages have just been sitting in their warehouse for several weeks. They were supposed to be delivered around the 7th-15th of December, which is now 15+ days ago.Initial Complaint

I have tried, multiple times, to get in touch with someone on their so-called "customer service" team. I have emailed countless times with no responses, and nobody picks up their phone lines -- their voicemail boxes are full, so I am unable to leave a message, and I do not receive a response when the numbers are texted either.Twice now the package has been "out for delivery" (or so they claim) and that it was "undeliverable" as "customer is not reachable". I have not been contacted even once and have no means of knowing when the package is approaching. A quick ****** search (and a comb through these reviews) reveal multiple customer complaints with similar issues. This company is shady as h*** and makes it impossible to get in touch with someone. They are likely stealing packages. I do not expect I will ever receive what I paid for, and AliExpress has been incredibly unhelpful in trying to get in touch with the shipping service they chose.I will be taking legal action.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from a company called Iconic Puzzles. They shipped my item via "PiggyShip". When I reached out to the retail company about delivery they informed me that the tracking shows it was delivered this past Saturday the 16th.The photos provided from Piggy Ship only show the package label - nothing showing it was delivered physically to my door (such as the type of photos Amazon delivery provides).I informed the puzzle company that I did not receive my package and that I was home all day with other packages being successfully delivered that day. The package in question was not one of them that was delivered.They said I needed to reach out to PiggyShip to file a claim.I have sent an email to PiggyShip customer service with no response and I am unable to get through to them via phone. They do not answer and the system states their voice mailbox is full no matter what extension I select.I am at a loss as to what to do now. I have reached back out to the puzzle company to press them on their assistance with the missing package.After reading the multiple bad reviews online for this shipping company "PiggyShip", I felt I needed to file a complaint here as well in hopes that it aids in a response from them to deliver my package.Business Response

This company claimed that they delivered my package at 7:00pm 12/19/2023 and on the AliExpress page it said someone signed for it. Me and my mother were home the entire day expecting the package there was no knocks on the door and I contacted the company directly the customer service the operator was very rude and unhelpful and claimed herself that it was not signed for and they left it at my apartment door which is not true and actually no one has to sign for it. If that is the case then for sure I know that it was never delivered as I was standing outside the door at that time What I can say is this company either never even received the package or an employee stole the package as this happens from time to time with private companies and also from the reviews from the BBB That this companies quality is very low.Business Response

This company was sub contracted to deliver a package I ordered online. They did not follow the instructions to leave the package at my front door and instead, elected to leave it on the sidewalk outside my front gate where it was stolen. I got a notice that my package was not delivered because of incorrect address which is completely wrong. I verified the address on my order and its correct. I have tried calling several times and no one answers. I want my package to be delivered asap.Business Response
