I purchase an item that was shipped from *****. The packaged was processed by sf-express and forwarded to piggyship for the last mile. The tracking number is PG10002071376. The package has not moved and is listed as being in the warehouse since 11/21/23. I attempted to contact piggyship multiple times but never gotten a response. Sf-express said that the package is likely loss and I would need to ask the seller for a refund, but the seller is having a tough time getting a hold of piggyship as well. Id like ********************** to either deliver my package or refund the seller for the lost package.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the seller and the seller tried to contact Piggyship directly to resolve the issue since the package was lost while in Piggyship's possession. They were not able to get a response from Piggyship. I ended up getting my credit card to reverse the charge, but I feel for the seller since it's not their fault.
It's clear that Piggyship is not professional enough to try to resolve this issue directly with the seller and is passing the responsibility to the recipient which is unacceptable. I hope the company gets their business Lucent taken away so that other logistics businesses can be given the opportunity to do a much better job.

Absolutely the worst company to ever deal with! I have called every day, multiple times a day trying to locate a package that contained all 9 of my childs Christmas gifts. At this point we do not have money to repurchase these items along with the company not able to refund us until 3-4 weeks after the final expected delivery date leaving us with nothing for my daughter for Christmas. I have lived in the same apartment complex for 3 years and have NEVER had an issue with our mail not being delivered (we all have different addresses making it extremely easy to find) I have contacted the company via text as instructed on the voice mail, as well as email. I bought a package which took about a week to recieve . I did not receive it until the third of December 2023 my package was not dropped off inside of neither one of my boxes which is parcel and my regular mailbox also was dropped off at 7pm at night which is very rare for a carrier, they have not refunded me my money there is no way to get my money refunded. Piggyship marked my package as delivered when they made no attempt to actually deliver it. I was home all day on 11/28 and there was no delivery. My outdoor camera did not record any deliveries. The delivery image taken by Piggyship does not show any delivery. It only shows my package on top of other packages in their truck or warehouse. I made multiple attempts to email and call and there has been no response. I am unable to get a refund from the seller because Piggyship marked it as delivered. I have tried calling and emailing Piggyship to get a refund but no response. The goods inside cost $94.55. I need a refund for goods not delivered.

The **************** "PIGGYSHIP" has a history of not delivering packages (you can look them up on line and find copious amounts of complaints about people not receiving items that Piggyship has stolen.On October 25th 2023, I purchased a few guitar k**** on the Reverb.com Site. The package took about a month to get from ***** to the U.S, and then a few more days to get through customs. From there, Piggyship was supposed to deliver the package. They (Piggyship) said it was delivered on Friday Dec 1st, but the package is no where to be found, not on my doorstep or ini my mailbox. They sent me a picture of a hand holding the package, but that tells me nothing. I checked with my Guard at the front gate, and there are several other packages for other units in our complex, but there is nothing for me.This "Piggyship" company has a reputation for stealing packages and faking deliveries. A simple Search on line will prove this. This company is a huge scam!! I've just had my second order stolen by a driver who didn't properly deliver my package. I witnessed them take photos and walk off with my package. We have a package valued at $67.07, which was "delivered" by Piggy Ship, in a circumstance where they appear to have taken a photo of the package and then removed the package immediately following that event, such that the package was not delivered but was photographed by a driver. This is worse than failure to deliver, in our opinion. The package was not imaged by our cameras, which cycle, such that the driver had three minutes, approximately, to deliver the package and have it stolen or taken back by a follower behind the driver or by the driver themselves, such that we have no delivery on this package. We have contacted Piggy Ship to open an investigation, to inquire as to whether the driver is still employed there or has a history of theft or has a memory of being followed or can recall any details of the event. So far, we have not heard back from them. We are seeking delivery of the package or restitution in the amount of the missing $67.07. The information we have is tracking updates, including "2023-11-07 11:10:42 Package is delivered. Leave at front door 2023-11-07 09:09:29 Package is out for delivery 2023-11-07 04:41:18 Package is scanned in warehouse 2023-11-02 21:29:18 Data transfered in the system", and a tracking number, along with what appear to be faked photos, given that the package was immediately removed after ************* of the package was taken. We have asked both Piggy Ship and the seller of the missing package to open an investigation into the missing package, but have not heard back from them, and are seeking chargeback as well, with the card company.Business Response
