I have two orders from Temu and for three days it been out for delivery now just says rescheduled with no updates. I called number give and says voice mail full cant even leave a message for them to get back to me, I have a few other packages with them that is checked into facility so concerned. So frustrating when cant get answers and days in a row your promised delivery.Business Response

I ordered from AliExpress on 10/26 for 50pieces of CXC Thread. It left ***** and arrived to *** in good time. But once it got delievered to PiggyShip it has been sitting there with no movement since 10/26/23. I have contacted PiggyShip via the numbers provided on their "website" and both were unavailable. I have also contacted the seller via AliExpress ALSO with no response. I just want my product. I was recommended this seller via ******* crossstitch. I placed an order on AliExpress, with the shipping carrier being PiggyShip. Tracking PA0001565157. It never arrived.Tracking status for that number to ************** shows three "out for delivery" statuses. The first two show "other reason" after the supposed delivery attempt, and the final one shows it "delivered" just 13 minutes after it supposedly went "out for delivery." The "proof" picture is a blurry mess that doesn't show anything.They claim it was "handed to customer," but it definitely wasn't. We were home at the time of delivery, and neither of us received anything.This wouldn't be as big of a deal if it weren't for the fact that I'm being denied a refund by ********** because the item "shows delivered."Initial Complaint

I have had many online orders where the shipping transferred over to this piggyship courier provider and then the packages are delivered weeks past their estimated times. Now I have two different online orders that the tracking hasnt updated for weeks and is 3 weeks past being due to be delivered. Called the customer support of this company and communication was very difficult but the representative who would not give their name said the packages are probably lost and stolen. I asked how do I make a claim and they told me I would have to contact the seller for refund, I explained that I bought these purchases from two different companies through tik tok ( to which I have received product from these same companies just fine when it didnt involve piggyship ) I explained that I couldnt ask for refund unless returning the product and I never received the product that the tracking on both packages were scanned into their warehouse and then nothing after that. The rep admitted they had to have lost them but they dont give refunds to the customer, that I would have to contact the sellers and have them refund me and then charge piggyship honestly over all tik tok shop I trust and havent had issue with any sellers, its only when my packages have been handed over to the local shipping provider this piggyship that I have continued issues and problems and now missing packages and I only called them twice to resolve this and they said o was harassing them and they cannot help me.Business Response

This company is horrible... I ordered a item from temu that never came after it was scanned into piggyship 20 days ago there is no update on tracking.I ordered a item off aliexpress with fast delivery and piggyship is supposed to deliver that also , it was scanned into there warehouse on 10/18/23 and it is october ********************************** movement on this package everyone should stop using this terrible business so they can go out of business because in this day of age this type of crappy service is completely unacceptable.Business Response

I have tried to email and call this company for my missing packages but Im unable. One number is disconnected the other on an answering machine but you cant leave messages. I ordered a package through AliExpress and the address was incorrect. I tried reaching out to PiggyShip multiple times and they would not respond to emails or phone calls. I was able to get ahold of them once and they said they corrected the address and I should be receiving my package. I order some items off of Temu on the 23rd of September. The items were due to be delivered no later than the 5th of October. PiggyShip is the delivery partner assigned to deliver my package. PiggyShip has been in possession of my package since the 30th of September. I have called and emailed PiggyShip with no assistance. I reached out to **** who have also tried getting in contact with them. My items have been out of delivery for over 96 hours now. I started looking into PiggyShip and there have been numerous complaints from people stating that they claim packages are delivered and steal them. I just want the items that I paid for undamaged.Business Response
