    Ordered an item that Im told was shipped on December 20th 2024. I was told it was delivered on December 30th, never arrived. I asked the company I placed the order with and was told it en route. Still not delivered on January 6th, again the company I ordered it from checked (supposedly) and said the item was unable to be delivered on Sunday January 5th due to unable to contact me. I was indeed home all day and no one came to my home or door. Checked via email again with the company I placed the order with on January 8th and was given the shippers info. Piggy ship. I tried to contact piggy ship at info provided and the number had been changed. Called the new number and the automated system gave me the run around with no tracking number or unable to receive touch tone info. Piggy ship also has changed its name to piggy express. The website provided no assistance in tracking my order. I have disputed the order with my card company and believe piggy ship or ************* is a scam company or flat out thieves.

    Firstly, I want to say this is not the fault of the vendor I ordered from. PiggyShip/Piggyexpress happened to be the last leg logistics service they chose to go with recently (I do not know why). PiggyShip claimed to have tried to deliver on January 4, but the "customer is not reachable." I was home all day and there was no attempt to ring my doorbell or call me. I tried emailing, which still hasn't been responded to. I tried calling, and there were always over 80 people ahead of me in the queue (allegedly). I finally reached an agent on their ************ website chat on January 6. She told me there would be a redelivery the next day or the day after that. On January 7, the tracking said my address was wrong (it was not) and I didn't have a valid contact number (also a lie), so the package would return to the vendor in *****. On January 8, I reached another agent ******* who said the warehouse couldn't locate my exact address and the package was on its way back to the vendor already. I don't know how this is possible as I live in a house on a prominent street in my town. A redelivery was not attempted. *** didn't give me a chance to respond and closed the chat. I've had other successful deliveries by PiggyShip with my address (though they always deliver late). That said, I am skeptical of the honesty of this company and their employees. They make it so difficult to contact them for any issues and the agents don't allow for any response once they send theirs. I've asked the vendor to reconsider having PiggyShip make deliveries for them in the future.

    I ordered a package and the last leg of the shipping was outsourced to piggyship. They said they attempted delivery about 1/4/25 11:37am CST, then actually "delivered" it at 1/4/25 16:20 to somewhere else unspecified. I have a doorman who collects packages. It should have been delivered to them with no issues. **************** has yet to get back to me.

    I Put in an order on Temu December 25th. All items where shipped from different companies. But this one item I have a issue with. On December 26 2024 it was scanned in the warehouse of PiggyShip.. after that there were no other updates. I have tried calling several times only to wait in a wait line that will cancel the call after 15 minutes. it would tell me what number i am in the line and says the amount of time I have to wait. But after 15 minutes it says representatives are busy try back later. I have even try to do a call back but they don't call me back. At this point i just want a refund. i do not want to wait weeks for a package when the company has poor customer service. I have been trying to reach them for two days and got no results. So now I just want a refund.

    The delivery driver damaged my package by throwing it on the porch. I have it on video.

    I ordered a custom item on ****, which the seller needed Piggy Express to deliver. I ordered this back in early November, and was informed that the package should arrive between November 15-December 14. Apparently an attempt was made to deliver the item on December 19, but they claimed that the location was inaccessible, so they took the item back to their warehouse. I talked with customer support and assured them (after double checking that the address was correct) that there was no security code needed or special instructions. They can just leave the package on the porch. They assured me that the package would be delivered in two days. 4 days later, I checked the tracking info again, only to find that they updated it to saying it was no longer in their system. I called them and they seemed very flustered as to where the package is, or even if I would be able to pick it up myself if I drove the two hours over to grab it. They promised to call me back with the address to the warehouse as soon as they could, and of course, there has been no help. They keep urging me to fight the charges with the seller of the item, which seems unfair since the seller spent time, money, and material on my product. I dont feel like I should deny them the money when they upheld their end of the deal- Piggy Express lost the package and is unwilling to do anything about it. Getting a hold of someone has been difficult, and they keep sending me the same generic email anytime I ask a question online. Piggy Express has got to do better!!

    Shipping number ************* Shows delivered, but not to my house. There is no way to get in contact with this company to find my package. They took pictures of my package at a random door and called it delivered.

    They have failed to deliver my package. They dont respond to calls, dont answer emails and just tell you your package is in a warehouse and nothing more. Im so angry, I just want my $184.35 worth of clothing. ******* hasnt moved since Dec 07. Its in Commerce, **.

    This shipper obviously has a massive issue with employees who steal, packages going missing getting damaged. I ordered some shoes online and it smoothly went through the main country, once it arrived in the ** and got into piggy ships hands. All activity seized and my package hasnt moved for DAYS! Piggy ship customer service does not answer the phone or emails. A company with a reputation like piggy ship should not continue to be allowed to operate. The amount of reviews saying people never got their things is highly alarming!

    Placed an order with Colcolors , PiggyShip was the carrier. They mishandled my package by leaving it outside the leasing office which was closed instead of leaving my package at my address which was on the package. Ive tried several times by email and getting the run around.
